banana bread

Hello everyone… Here’s one of the best recipes: Banana Bread! 😊

Foreigners call it bread, but I think it’s a cake because I already like cakes this sweet. It turned out to be a wonderful, fluffy cake that isn’t cloying.

– I mashed 3 ripe local bananas.
– I whisked 2 eggs until fluffy. I mixed them with the bananas.
– I added 5 tablespoons of teff flour. Teff flour is my favorite flour in the gluten-free world; it’s fluffy and tastes amazing. It’s about 1/1 the same as regular flour, but if you want to use different flours, you can check out the consistency videos in my Instagram post via this link. Any flour will work.
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of ground ginger
– A pinch of baking soda

I would have added walnuts if I hadn’t been too lazy to crush them, but I was too lazy at the time 🙈 I think you should add them, they would be a great addition.
I mixed everything together and poured it into a 15 cm diameter round pan. I baked it in a 170-degree turbo oven. It turned out great! 😊

Wishing everyone a healthy, happy, sugar-free day.

With love, Sema
