I love dishes that combine vegetables and eggs, but not fried, I prefer baking them 🙂 This way, the dominant taste of the egg is softened. I bought some Swiss chard from the organic market this weekend. I think Swiss chard and eggs make a delicious combination. I made these wonderful friends in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
– 1 bunch of washed Swiss chard, sautéed with onions and garlic. The important thing here is that the chard should remain slightly firm because it will continue to cook in the oven.
– 4 beaten eggs
– 250 g cottage cheese
– sesame seeds for garnish
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour into paper muffin cups. Garnish with sesame seeds or nigella seeds, if desired.

Bake in a 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes, monitoring frequently.
I also added yogurt and hot sauce on top. It went very well.
Note: In this recipe, I made protein-packed muffins without using flour or oil. A flourless meal will keep you feeling full for much longer.

Bake in a 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes, monitoring occasionally.
