I’m going to tell you about a wonderful sauce. It’s the sibling of pesto sauce. I make extra and keep it in the refrigerator. It adds a wonderful flavor to everything.
I sauté any steamed vegetables in it for 2 minutes, and it becomes an amazing dish. I love the sauce so much that sometimes I even crack an egg into it. If there are any egg haters out there, I definitely recommend trying it. I didn’t eat eggs for 35 years, and I’ve only been eating them for the last 5 years, but if there was a mixture like this, I would definitely eat it. Adding just one spoonful to our oatmeal pie makes it a feast. The options are limitless. I suggest you prepare this in 2 minutes and store it in a jar in the refrigerator. It works with everything 🙂
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1/2 lemon juice
- A very small amount of grated cheese, hard cheeses are better, but any cheese will do.
- 1 clove of garlic (maybe this can be added later, I’m not sure if it’s necessary in a breakfast recipe)
- 1 small handful of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil and enough water to thicken

The image of the food processor is above… So, it only takes 2-3 minutes to prepare. Just a quick sip and it’s ready. If you have any other ideas for using it, please let me know. I use it most often with steamed and sautéed vegetables. It takes the vegetables to another level. Enjoy your meal everyone.
With love,
Sema.
