My seed crackers, which I’ve made countless times and fallen in love with again and again, are here this time with a detailed recipe 🙂 These are low-carb, flourless, very filling, and healthy crackers.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked in 5 tablespoons of hot water)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoons tahini
1 egg white
All tablespoons are used.

Except for the egg, tahini, and chia seeds, we put all the ingredients through a food processor.
After processing in the food processor…

Next, we add the chia seeds (which have been soaked in hot water), egg white, and tahini, and mix all the ingredients together.

We wet our hands and spread the dough thinly on the tray. Pressing down with the palms of our hands, we wet our hands again as they dry, shaping it as shown below and dividing it into pieces.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius until crispy, then let cool.
You can enjoy them with cheese, honey, or sugar-free jam, if you like. Bon appétit!
