This is one of my favorite and most filling ways to prepare quinoa. Plus, it’s so easy to make! 🙂
I soaked the quinoa in water overnight to sprout it, but in the morning I decided to boil it because I love it so much this way 🙂
It’s also ideal for carrying around when going out.
-When boiling the quinoa (using 1.5 cups of water, it stays fluffy), I added 2 tablespoons of dried vegetables.
-A little salt too.
-Once the water was absorbed, I turned off the heat, drizzled some olive oil on top, and it became a wonderful quinoa pilaf. Quinoa keeps me very full. Grains are almost non-existent in my life, but if I do have them, I prefer quinoa like this 😍
