I tried making flatbread in a cake pan this time, just like I’d tried before. This turned out to be the best buckwheat bread I’ve ever made.
🌸 2 cups (200 ml) buckwheat flour. (Make sure your flour is raw. Roasted buckwheat has a very unpleasant taste.)
🌸 1 bottle of soda/mineral water
🌸 2 tablespoons water
🌸 3 tablespoons olive oil
🌸 Salt
🌸 1 teaspoon baking powder
🌸 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds. Optional: hazelnuts, walnuts, or olives can also be used.

I mixed all the ingredients together. You can find the consistency video at the link below. Cup or spoon measurements may vary, so you can monitor the consistency. I poured it into an 18 cm loaf pan. I didn’t spread it out completely. If I had spread it out completely, it would have been thinner. It’s exactly the height of a loaf of bread.

It baked in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius with a turbo fan for 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
