pişmeyen fındıklı tart

It turned out so beautiful that I wanted to share it with you right away!

Base

🌸 1/2 cup hazelnuts – I think hazelnuts are the most affordable nuts right now, and they went very well. You can also use almonds or walnuts if you prefer.

🌸 6 small, soft dates, or 3 if you’re using larger ones.

🌸 1 teaspoon coconut oil. It’s optional, but I love the aroma.

Topping

🌸 1 local banana

🌸 1 teaspoon cocoa

🌸 For decoration: dried coconut, frozen fruit and hazelnuts (this is entirely up to you).

I processed the hazelnuts and pitted dates in a hand food processor. So, you don’t need anything strong. I added the coconut oil and kneaded it. I lined a 10 cm diameter (tiny) tart tin with parchment paper and spread it out. I mashed the banana and mixed it with cocoa. I put that on top and removed it from the tin and placed it on a plate. I decorated it and enjoyed it very, very, very much 😀 If your dates are very dry, you can perhaps soften them in some warm water. Dried apricots can also be used instead of dates. Open to changes/improvements. You can find the making videos at the link below:

Those who don’t like cocoa can use cinnamon. Those who don’t want bananas can perhaps cook grated apple with cloves and add that instead. Oh, I think that would be delicious! I’ll try that tomorrow too 🥰

As it is, it contains 4 servings of fruit. We need to be mindful of the fruit portion size. Just because it’s refined sugar-free doesn’t mean you should eat it all at once; I recommend dividing it over two days or sharing it with someone.

Enjoy! 🙂
