First of all, I would like to sincerely thank our participants who trusted us and came to our 3-day, overnight camp. If you are thinking, “Should I participate?” and wondering what to expect, you can find accounts of our participants’ experiences in their own words on this page.

What changes did you see in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
By the end of the camp, I felt like a feather 🙂 I had an incredibly beautiful personal experience. I had the opportunity to review myself, those around me, my family, my loved ones, those who hurt me, and my reactions to the flow of my life – in short, my life.
What are you taking with you from this camp into your life?
A state of mind full of happiness, love, and peace. I always give thanks for every day I live, but this time I carry a more meaningful, lived, understanding, calmer, and more serene form of gratitude.
What would you say to those who want to participate in our future camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I would say they will have a peaceful and joyful experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be self-aware, value themselves, and choose a happy and peaceful life.
I.K.
What changes have you seen in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
It was a wonderful camp where we touched upon self-compassion, introspection, questioning what you want, feeling in the moment, and talked about holistic well-being. I returned with even greater awareness of these topics, which I was already interested in.
What are you taking with you from this camp into your life?
I realized the beauty of living a healthier, happier, more peaceful, and calmer life, and that achieving this wouldn’t be as difficult as I thought. I understood once again that 1 is greater than 0, and I think this awareness is something I want to keep in mind for the future.
What would you say to those who want to join our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I would recommend it to everyone, but especially to those who need to pause for a while. It’s a wonderful environment where people who don’t know where they’re being swept away in the daily rush can stop, think, turn inward, and realize their needs. Regardless of the program content, this journey, which I embarked on simply to satisfy my need for escape, became incredibly enjoyable and unforgettable thanks to the beauty of the environment, the program, the participants, and the instructors 🙂

What changes have you seen in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
I decided to participate in this camp because of something Sema Hanım said when I first started following her. It was about how yoga isn’t as difficult and frightening as it’s presented to us, and that it’s easy and sustainable when learned from the right person. I saw that meditation and mindfulness aren’t something to be afraid of. I learned that you don’t need to dedicate a lot of time during the day to incorporate it into your life; you can practice it in the moment. I found that resting and being away from my phone did me a lot of good. I realized I wasn’t alone in this; many people are in similar situations in their lives. I made new friends. We shared different experiences. I experienced a shared room for the first time with someone I met for the first time, and I saw that it’s possible 🙂
What are you taking with you from this camp into your life?
I realized once again that breathing is the healing power of my life, and that spending time with myself isn’t loneliness. I learned that to truly rest, you need to just stop and do nothing.
What would you say to those who want to join our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I would say that taking time for oneself is not a luxury but a necessity, and that with the support, compassion, and attention of our instructors, Sema Hanım, Constantinos, and Tuğçe Hanım, I had a wonderful three days. I also said that every breath we take is actually our healing power, and that we need to remember this to give it the value it deserves. This camp provided great support in this regard. I would actually recommend it to everyone, but especially to those who don’t know where to start.

What changes have you seen in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
Before coming to the camp, I had some awareness about my life and I always gave thanks, but after coming, I learned to give more, more sincerely, and more consciously thanks for what I have (my family, my health, everything I possess).
What are you taking with you from this camp into your life?
I understand the importance of accepting everyone as they are, working on changing my perceived shortcomings and acknowledging what I can’t do, loving myself deeply and prioritizing my own happiness before being able to help those around me, and realizing that you can eat healthily without going hungry.
What would you say to those who want to join our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I would tell them to come without hesitation, that they can eat healthily and spend 3 days without going hungry. I would also tell them that this camp isn’t just about healthy eating, but that it’s a journey of self-discovery, both mentally and physically, a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. I recommend it to everyone close to me. I want to constantly talk about what we did. I’m even trying to convince my husband to come to the next camp 🙂
Thank you for being here and for letting me meet you. May your positive energy and love for each other always endure. Thank you for everything.
What changes have you seen in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
I came with excitement, without high expectations. It was much more beneficial than I hoped. I found peace, health, ate healthily, and gained knowledge.

Not taking everything personally, loving myself, being kind to myself, staying away from anything that could make me sick…

Absolutely, join and get to know yourself. With Sema and Constantinos, the information becomes more fulfilling, and harmony between body and mind is achieved.
Thank you so much for everything. Lots of love…
What changes have you noticed in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
I feel slower. I’m far from the constant rush and anxiety of always trying to keep up with things; I feel more peaceful. I’ve never been at peace with my body all this time, but here I thought, “I think I can love my body. Why am I torturing myself?” I brought a notebook to write down nutrition tips, but I never needed it.
What are you taking with you from this camp into your life?
I’m taking with me self-compassion for my body. I also really want to take Chi Gong with me, to repeat the movements. I’m carrying a mental image of these things, so I can remember them when I need to.
What would you say to those who want to join our advanced camp, and who would you recommend it to?
I would definitely recommend it to beautiful souls who have become detached from their bodies and caught up too much in the hustle and bustle of life, so they can understand their own worth a little and press the ‘pause’ button on life for a while.
Thank you for everything, especially for your amazing energy…
I.K.
What changes have you noticed in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself was a weekend I’ll always remember with a smile. I’ll incorporate meditation practices into my life.
What are you taking with you from this camp?
Smiling faces, small, sweet memories, and the value of taking time for yourself, of slowing down.
What would you say to those who want to participate in our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I usually hold back from these kinds of camps because I think they’re financially focused, but after meeting Sema Hanım and trusting her lifestyle, I thought this camp would be different and participated. I’m so glad I did. It was a very sincere and beautiful camp. It truly refreshes the soul. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time alone with themselves. Thank you so much for everything 🙂

I’ve shed some of my prejudices, I’m more motivated, and I’ll continue with my life seeing that completely different people are experiencing similar things in completely different lives.

It will be a peaceful return with a relaxed mind, knowing I can do the meditations alone.
What would you say to those who want to join our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I would recommend it to people who feel stuck, for a few days that will be like medicine for them.
A.P.
What changes have you seen in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
Although I came with some preconceived notions, I am very happy with the change. I spent 3 days without bloating or nausea due to what I ate. I feel much more relaxed and calm. I didn’t have any palpitations during the 3 days either.
What are you taking with you from this camp into your life?
I want to carry into my life the mindfulness and awareness exercises we constantly experienced at the camp, the ability to stop and look at life and feel it.
What would you say to those who want to participate in our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I tell those who want to participate in the camp, “Definitely participate,” because here you have the chance to remember the most necessary and actually the most “fundamental” things for living our lives “beautifully,” in the easiest and most enjoyable way.
M.K.

P.B.
What changes have you seen in yourself between the beginning and the end of the camp?
I gained wonderful experiences in terms of communicating with my body in the right way and recognizing its needs. I can say I got a little closer to myself. Some time ago, I realized that for years I had been very harsh on my body, neglecting its needs. My body has been on high alert for a long time, actually 🙂 At the same time, psychological topics, mind-related work, exercises, and my journey of self-discovery brought me closer to myself. Most importantly, it provided an opportunity to stop and breathe in our busy, hectic lives.
What are you taking with you from this camp?
I would say the knowledge that I need to be more compassionate towards myself, and a determination to continue with healthy eating and mental health exercises.
What would you say to those who want to participate in our advanced camp, and to whom would you recommend it?
I would definitely recommend that they do this favor for themselves, but camps are coming to an end 🙁 Although I will keep my hopes up for Athens 🙂
