After mindfulness and meditation entered my life, I became a different person. Actually, we saw in the 3-week meditation seminar that it’s not that complicated, that anyone can easily do it. I’m happy to share the wonderful feedback we received with you.

What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
I realized that I hadn’t set aside time for myself like this in a long time. It felt great to have done so. Especially after the training, I’ve noticed that I’m more positive, and focusing on my breathing relaxes me whenever I’m tense.
Were you able to find answers to your questions about meditation and breathing?
For example, I used to think that meditating was just about visualizing a seaside, a wooded area, or any such place and going to that moment. And I thought I could never do that and never even wanted to try. It’s wonderful to know it’s so easy. 🙂
Were the program and details easy to understand for you? Yes, I enjoyed it very much. The way you explained the theoretical aspects, the natural flow of the training, and the practical part – everything together was very understandable, in my opinion.
To whom would you recommend this program?
First and foremost, to anyone who wants to do something positive in their life.
D.D.
What changes have you observed in yourself at the end of the Meditation and Breathing Training?
While my thoughts flow very quickly and complexly throughout the day, being able to stop this and say to myself, “Hey, wait a minute, you’re not here right now, it’s the past or the future that’s tiring you. Let’s take a deep breath”:)
Were you able to find answers to the questions you had about Meditation and Breathing?
I was able to find answers to many of the questions I had in my mind.
Were the program and details easy to understand for you?
The program and especially the supporting materials were superb. 🙂
To whom would you recommend this program?
I would recommend it as an introductory course to anyone who says, “We know that meditation and breathing are important, but how do we breathe correctly?” You opened the doors to a beautiful world for us; the rest is up to us. 🙂

Dear Ms. Sema,
First of all, thank you so much for these very enjoyable and productive 4 weeks.
I had wanted to learn meditation for years and could never start. Thanks to you, it was my destiny to start at the age of 70. You explained it so beautifully that I grasped the concept immediately in the first lesson, and I’ve been doing it every day ever since. It takes between 15-20 minutes. The breath-focused approach worked very well for me.
I felt my brain and soul calm down and find peace. I can’t tell you how good it felt to be able to dedicate time to myself like this. It had a very positive and positive impact on my mood.
Your program, your teaching style, your encouragement, your approach are amazing. In this day and age, I recommend it to everyone, young and old, even children. It gives you a sense of security. If you’re upset or stressed about something, you think, “I’ll meditate now and relax, everything will be alright.”
Thank you again and again.
Best regards,
D.T.
What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
I don’t know if it’s related to the training, but I’ve started falling asleep much faster. 🙂 This is very important for me because it’s something that has challenged me since childhood.
I’ve become aware of my own breathing in daily life. I’ve noticed how shallow my breaths are and how I sometimes hold them. As I become aware of this, I start breathing deeply and can relax my body, just like we do during exercises. It also helps me stay calm when exposed to stressful external factors.
Have you found answers to your questions about Meditation and Breathing?
I’ve had a few meditation experiences before. However, neither my body nor my mind could stay still. Now I’m amazed at myself. I can stay calm for a very long time.
I’ve realized that the most important thing is to notice and control these escapes. Staying calm then comes naturally. I learned about the effects of proper breathing on our nervous system and mind. You showed us that we can become aware of and control the power we possess. Thank you very much.
Were the program and details easy to understand for you?
Yes, you provided simple, understandable information without overwhelming us with unnecessary details.
Your sincere and very affectionate tone of voice makes us feel like we’ve known each other for a very long time. This makes us feel comfortable and gives us confidence. 🙂
To whom would you recommend this program?
I recommend it to everyone.
We are at the beginning of our journey, thank you for holding our hand and helping us continue on our path. 🙂
With love,
A.S.
Dear Ms. Sema,
Participating in this training was a wonderful experience for me. Even a short time spent alone makes one feel good. I have serious sleep problems and a constantly restless mind, but the breathing and meditation exercises we did together have somewhat relieved me in this regard, and I believe it will get even better over time. I thought these exercises would be more detailed. Thanks to your simple and straightforward explanations, I now feel very close to meditation and breathing exercises. Your positive energy, smiling face, and simple explanations were wonderful. I can recommend this wonderful training to everyone I love, thank you very much for that.
With love….

What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone who held their breath and mostly exhaled through my mouth. I knew this wasn’t right, but thanks to the program, everything became clearer when I saw the logic behind it and what it could affect… I still hold my breath now, but as soon as I notice it, I tell myself to snap out of it and shake it off :)) As for meditation, I used to do OM chanting occasionally, but the connection with breath became much clearer in this program. Also, since I was in your 3-part Elimination group at the same time, I saw/understood how much breath and awareness/being in the moment are actually related to nutrition. I think the two programs are interconnected and harmonious. Those who have the opportunity shouldn’t hesitate…
Did you find answers to your questions about meditation and breathwork?
Yes, absolutely….
Were the program and details clear enough for you?
Everything was quite clear and understandable. Afterwards, I tried to watch the notes, audio recordings, and broadcasts at least twice as much as I could. Ms. Sema is already a very positive and cheerful person, thank you very much 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
Actually, it’s necessary for everyone, but I would definitely recommend it to business people/managers/students/bankers who work in a fast-paced/stressful environment.
A.T.
Before starting this training, what were my desires to change in myself?
To integrate moments of solitude into my daily life.
What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
I understood how easy and applicable meditation techniques are, and how much they can instantly relax a person.
Were you able to find answers to your questions about meditation and breathing?
Absolutely, I found answers and understood that these techniques can be easily applied in daily life.
Were the program and details understandable to you?
Everything was absolutely very clear and understandable. The additional materials provided for later recall are
very helpful, as it’s difficult to remember them when you want to apply them later.
To whom would you recommend this program?
It’s definitely a program that every individual can and should participate in. However, in some
cases, participation may be urgent due to an individual’s psychological or health condition. Those in this situation should definitely participate.
Individuals with demanding work conditions will benefit greatly. I think it can offer a solution for those with insomnia. I had this problem, and it definitely relieved me. People of all ages will benefit, but those who join at a young age will naturally have an advantage because they can apply it for many years. In this sense, I believe it will also be very beneficial for students. Furthermore, I believe it is very helpful in understanding and clarifying an individual’s cognitive processes.
Thank you so much for everything.
B.G.Y.
Before starting this training, what were my desires to change in myself?
To slow down my overactive mind, to rest it, and to concentrate on the tasks I was doing.
What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
After the meditation and breathing training; thanks to slowing down my thoughts,
my concentration level increased, my mind didn’t constantly wander, my memory
strengthened, I gained even more serenity (I’m already a calm person), I had less
stress, I could live more in the moment, I felt my body was renewed from the inside and out, and my ability to fall back asleep easily during sleep transitions or nighttime awakenings improved.
Did you find answers to your questions about Meditation and Breathing?
I’m sure I found answers to much more than I had questions about 🙂
Were the program and details understandable to you?
The program and details were understandable.
To whom would you recommend this program?
I recommend this program to anyone who wants to find balance in daily life, find inner peace, clear their mind, slow down the pace of life, overcome depression, and live in the moment.

Hello Sema Hanım!
I am one of the very happy students of your recently concluded meditation course. No matter how much I thank you, no matter how much I try to express my gratitude, it’s not enough, not enough, not enough. Unfortunately, due to the time difference between us, I couldn’t attend the live classes except for the first one. But I’m so glad you took the recordings for a week. I did them at the times that suited me best, and I enjoyed them so much… Especially the second and last class was very special. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and meditation for 2 years. However, because your way of conveying information and communicating is a little different, it was very easy for me to internalize it without getting distracted or confused. Oh, I could write pages and pages about what happened, what I felt, how I felt, but I’ll stop here and continue in the question-and-answer format below. I’ve gotten so used to you, I keep gifting myself your programs in various ways so that you’ll always be in my life 🙂
I also loved and benefited greatly from your October 2020 Elimination Seminar. But breathwork/meditation opened a whole new door for me.
I believe that the shared energy of everyone who leaves your seminars with gratitude, like me, will return to you with great blessings. May you always be happy and healthy, and may your loved ones always be by your side. I send you kisses on the cheeks.
Before starting this training, what were my desires to change in myself?
I wanted to make meditation a regular part of my day, even if it was only five minutes, and to be able to sit for those five minutes without my legs and back aching, or my arms and hands itching. I also wanted to understand how to calm myself with breathing exercises during moments when I felt stressed, restless, or irritable for various reasons throughout the day.
What changes have you observed in yourself after completing the Meditation and Breathing Training?
For the past four weeks, I’ve been able to dedicate 10 minutes each morning and evening to meditation. At the end of the first week, I started extending the 10 minutes, especially in the evenings before bed. I also repeat the breathing exercises five times whenever I think of them, wherever I am.
Have you found answers to your questions about Meditation and Breathing?
Yes, I have. How to sit, why should one sit upright, is there another way if I can’t sit cross-legged, what about the countless thoughts going through my mind, does the meditation become invalid if completely different and banal thoughts come to mind, what if the spiritual aspect isn’t for me, etc. All of these were answered during the classes. It turns out that many of us had similar questions. In short, there was no need to worry about these details.
Were the program and details easy to understand for you?
Yes, the order of topics was very accurate. Getting concrete and practical answers to questions where I expected difficult, spiritual responses was helpful and ensured continuity.
To whom would you recommend this program?
To everyone.
A.G.
Before starting this training, what were the things I wanted to change about myself?
I wanted to do something for myself, not to change myself, and that’s why I joined.
What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
I learned how to focus my mind on something. Most importantly, I realized that the logic behind meditation is focusing the mind, and that this has a very relaxing effect on a person. I incorporated this into my life. When I woke up in the morning, opened the window, and heard the birds singing, I closed my eyes and listened to the sounds for a while; this was a form of meditation for me. I didn’t do it routinely at specific times, but I always tried to focus on something during the day. If there was nothing else, I watched the sky. While my body was here and my mind was elsewhere, I reminded myself that these were just thoughts, that I was here in the moment, and tried to focus on the present. These were very beautiful experiences for me.
Were you able to find answers to your questions about Meditation and Breathing?
Yes, I understood the logic very well. Now I know how to relax after stress.
Were the program and details easy for you to understand?
Yes, the program was very good. Ms. Sema is a very sincere and sweet person, and she does her job with great love and enthusiasm. You can clearly see the passion for helping people in everything about him.
To whom would you recommend this program?
We are going through a very difficult period, both in our personal lives and globally. It’s impossible not to be affected by this situation. I know many people who are psychologically exhausted. And most importantly, those who are aware of this and feel helpless. I would love for them to participate, because it allows them to see that the solution lies within themselves, within their own efforts, and to find happiness and peace again within themselves, instead of searching for it elsewhere. Thank you…
D.B.
Before starting this training, what were my desires to change in myself?
I wanted to take a break from my mind, which was constantly thinking and feeling tired. My main goals were to be able to focus on the present moment and be alone with myself.
What changes have you observed in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
I am progressing towards becoming more peaceful. My being craves breathwork. I feel its absence when I can’t do it. I had intended to take the step, to make the effort. The universe rewards your effort.
Were you able to find answers to the questions you had about Meditation and Breathing?
Actually, I had tried it before. Somehow, either it wasn’t the right time or I wasn’t ready. It remained somewhat awkward. I had been following you on Instagram for a long time, and when you mentioned this, I believed it would work this time, so I immediately signed up. I realized that the point I was stuck on was the rigid set of rules that I was already tired of. How could a practice that is meant for me be difficult for me? It’s actually a very simple truth, but before this program, I hadn’t accepted it, and I didn’t even realize why I was resisting it.
Were the program and its details understandable to you?
They were extremely understandable. Your efforts to make it as comfortable as possible as a guide encourage the participant to make the most of it.
To whom would you recommend this program?
I recommend this to everyone who wants to live a quality life as we deserve, who doesn’t just settle for being an observer of life, and who wants to show or learn to show self-compassion. Please, if possible, don’t be prejudiced about anything in life. You never know where you might find healing. With love,
Y. O.
Before starting this training, what changes did I want to make in myself? Before starting this training, I actually wanted to make changes in myself without knowing what could change in myself. What is conscious awareness? How is it different from the meditation practices I did before? I participated to learn this, hoping it would be beneficial. My goal was to implement a sustainable meditation program.
What changes do you observe in yourself at the end of the Conscious Awareness Meditation Training?
My reactions have softened compared to before. I realized that I am very, very involved with the people around me and that I spend a lot of time with them, even if they don’t want it. Now I consciously notice sounds, smells, and my own thoughts. I learned that I can observe and accept myself and others without judgment. Most importantly, I realized I needed to take time for myself and show myself compassion, and I immediately started practicing it, which makes me very happy. I understood the importance of breathing.
Were you able to find answers to your questions about meditation?
Why should I meditate? The scientific explanation helped me fully understand the concept. Unlike my previous learning, the fact that it’s a meditation that can be easily practiced at any moment of my life – while walking, eating, without sitting for hours – was surprising and also delightful.
To whom would you recommend this program for problems?
I would recommend this program to those who are constantly rushing through life, stressed, irritable, restless and don’t know why; to those who are aware of the need to take time for themselves, or not; to those who want to easily meditate; to those experiencing problems in their relationships; and to those with nutritional problems.
M.S.
1- Before starting this training, what changes did you want to make in yourself?
I wanted to be able to clear my mind from time to time. I felt the need for it. I’m someone who can manage to stop or take time for myself, but it felt like it wasn’t enough. The questions swirling in my head wouldn’t stop. That’s why I wanted to turn to meditation, but while I couldn’t figure out how to do it, I saw Ms. Sema’s program and immediately joined.
2- What changes have you observed in yourself after the Conscious Awareness Meditation Training?
I think my awareness is tending to increase. Sometimes, without thinking at all, it made me realize the importance and place in our lives of things we do (primarily breathing).
3- Were you able to find answers to the questions you had about meditation?
Absolutely yes. First of all, it made me see that it’s something anyone can do. I think it’s something that will be truly needed when you need it and love it, and you’ll feel its absence if you don’t do it. It was reassuring to know that those who say, “I can’t do it, my mind keeps wandering, I always find myself thinking about other things,” are not alone. In other words, the fact that it’s the nature of things isn’t an excuse not to do it. On the contrary, I think this wandering of the mind can lessen with time. We’ll try and see 🙂

1- Before starting this training, what changes did you want to make in yourself?
My goal was to be able to stay in the moment and increase my awareness; I wasn’t sure if I was doing this correctly in the meditations I tried.
2- What changes do you observe in yourself after the Mindfulness Meditation Training?
First of all, I learned that meditation isn’t actually very difficult, that there are many forms, and that it can be done anytime, anywhere. The fact that it can be done in many ways has been very helpful in integrating it into my life. I learned to notice, I became aware of many new things around me and my own emotional states. My daily meditation routine improved, and I learned that it’s very easy. The happiness I get from the time I dedicate to myself is also a gift 🙂 Now, even if I’m in a difficult situation, I can stop and calm down.
G.D.
1- Before starting this training, what changes did you want to make in yourself?
I wanted to be a calmer person, more aware of what I feel. Sometimes I experience many mood swings during the day. Most of the time, I find myself moving from one emotion to another without even knowing the reason for the change. This situation has started to wear me down a lot lately. I didn’t used to experience such drastic changes. I think meditation would be helpful in terms of emotional awareness and control. Also, I can’t/don’t take steps towards the goals I want to achieve in my life. I believe that meditation will motivate me and help me concentrate on my goals.
2- What changes have you observed in yourself after completing the Mindfulness Meditation Training?
I listen to myself and my feelings more. I remind myself to breathe from time to time. After meditating, I definitely feel more relaxed and positive. Some days I don’t get the results I want, but I know I’m at the beginning of the journey. I especially enjoy focusing on my body during breath awareness meditation. The compassion meditation we did yesterday was a completely different experience. I would definitely like to read more and work on it.
3- Were you able to find answers to your questions about meditation?
To be honest, meditation wasn’t a topic I had researched much before. In fact, I experienced it for the first time with you. I had some preconceived notions about the subject. There are differences between how meditation is marketed today and how we experience it, and seeing this made me very happy. I’m sure there are different forms of meditation, but the candle/incense/light combination irritated me a lot. Seeing that meditation is about dedicating a few minutes a day to your own body and feelings really made me happy.
4- How would you recommend this program to people experiencing problems?
I think you don’t need to wait for a problem to start meditation. It’s an easy exercise for everyone of all ages, requiring effort but also rewarding. Especially in today’s hectic world, everyone who wants to stop and breathe should experience it.
F. B.
1- What changes did I want to make in myself before starting this training?
Being able to stay in the moment, not missing the present while living with the past and future. Being able to be happy just with myself. Being as positive as Sema Hanım to attract people on the same wavelength as me. :))
2- What changes have you observed in yourself after the Conscious Awareness Meditation Training?
I observed that I could find peace and happiness even when I was alone with myself.
3- Did you find answers to your questions about meditation?
Absolutely, it was a very helpful training in this sense. Sema Hanım’s explanation that we can meditate anytime and anywhere relieved me of an incredible burden. Because what she said was very true; I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it if the right environment, time, etc., weren’t right, and I wouldn’t do it at all.
I thank the participants very much for these kind words.
With love,
Sema
