I’m so happy to see people who have been able to adapt healthy eating into their lives through this program and are happy with it. Such wonderful results have been achieved with this program that I wanted to share them with you.
S.T.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My wife has Crohn’s disease, and I have weight problems. We thought we were eating properly at home. But knowing too little is always very dangerous. My wife’s attacks had decreased to once every 10 days. She was writhing in pain every 10 days.
I had been following you on Instagram for a long time, but I kept thinking, “We can’t do that.” Then I wanted to get closer to you. I said, “Even if we can’t implement it, I should know these things; if it suits us, we’ll do it, if it’s too difficult, we’ll run away.”
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
We were poisoning ourselves so much, my friend. My wife only cut out gluten during this process (she can’t drink her tea or coffee without sugar, and she didn’t eat any sweets). I, on the other hand, cut out both gluten and sugar. Throughout the program, my wife hasn’t had a flare-up for four weeks, and interestingly, she’s lost weight and looks fitter. My bloating has decreased, everyone says I’ve lost weight, but I don’t know for sure because I haven’t weighed myself, neither at the beginning nor now.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve noticed in yourself as the program ends?
I can climb the stairs in my house without getting out of breath 🙂 I feel super energetic. My digestive system has been perfect since day 2 of the program. The real bombshell for me is that my hives/allergies, which hadn’t gone away for 4-5 years, disappeared after 2 weeks. Literally, they’re gone! I’m so happy. After that, it’s the same for everyone; no more bloating, my energy has increased, I’m happier…
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Those who are bored of cooking the same things at home all the time, those who get tired easily for no reason, those with allergic skin diseases.
Anything else you’d like to add…
This is probably the time for a confession; I couldn’t do everything you suggested, and along with the things I couldn’t do, my allergy disappeared, and my husband hasn’t had a Crohn’s flare-up for a month, I can’t thank you enough…
N.K.U.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I knew that a gluten-free and sugar-free diet was healthy, but I never tried it because I thought I could never do it. I’m so glad I tried it with you; I would have done it wrong if I had done it alone 🙂 Seeing that I could achieve and sustain it was my biggest goal.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The informational emails you sent helped me stay motivated. By reading these emails every morning, I never deviated from my goal, I never cheated. Trying the delicious recipes you sent, the wide variety, and being able to feel full helped me reach my goal.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself by the end of the program?
I had chronic constipation, and for the first time in my life, I started being able to go to the toilet very easily every morning. This is a miracle for me 🙂 The second physical change is that sudden hunger pangs have stopped; I don’t get to the point where my hands and feet tremble. Behaviorally, I now plan my meals and prepare them in advance. This way, I don’t stray from my path.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I recommend this program to everyone with a chronic illness. However, I also recommend it to healthy people without any illnesses. Living a quality life without losing our health is so easy, not difficult at all. Most importantly, it’s sustainable.
Anything else you’d like to add…
I was already following you, but I think I got to know you better through this program. And I sincerely see that you are a warm, genuine, kind, and wonderful person. I’m so glad you exist, I’m so glad I met you.
S.K.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal was to learn “Healthy Eating” and make it sustainable…
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
First of all, I want to say that it’s a fantastic program with your superb explanations and easy-to-follow recipes. I was already paying attention to certain things, but now that I’ve learned the key points, I will continue on my path more consciously. Because this isn’t a diet, it’s a lifelong journey…
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself by the end of the program?
While I haven’t experienced any significant physical changes in my body and don’t feel bloated at all, I want to say that I’m particularly pleased with the behavioral change. Because now I eat knowing and being aware of what and how I eat, and most importantly, I enjoy it very much.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I recommend this program to everyone; I don’t think you need to wait for or expect to experience any health problems. Our bodies are very precious, and the more care we give them, the more comfortable life they will provide us.
Anything else you’d like to add…
I love your programs. I first participated in the Mindfulness Meditation program, and now in the Mindfulness Healthy Eating program. Both were incredibly enjoyable. Your explanations are very simple and understandable, and you’re very relatable. I wish it were a little longer and that you continued sharing your experiences. At the last meeting, two tears welled up in my eyes when the program ended…
I love you. I’ll continue to follow you and share your wonderful experiences…

What was your goal when you started this program?
I have Hashimoto’s disease and am going through menopause. I never really liked sweets or fruit, and I almost never used any oil other than olive oil in my kitchen (very rarely butter). I only ate two slices of homemade whole wheat bread in the mornings, usually with meat, fish, chicken, salad, and a vegetable dish. However, after retiring, after breakfast at 10:00 AM, around 2:00 PM, rather than hunger, my head would feel foggy, my perception would drop, and my body would signal me to eat something. Since I don’t like snacks or nuts, I would either eat a slice of pastry or a plate of leftovers from the previous evening. I love tea; in the late afternoon, I would brew some and eat what I thought were healthy snacks like Wasa crackers, whole wheat breadsticks, etc. My brother, who lives in the US, came for a month and made some of your healthy snacks to go with the tea. When I felt foggy at lunchtime, he gave me some of his baked chickpeas with sauce. “Oh my God, this is so delicious and filling, you’re amazing!” I exclaimed, and just then, a message arrived on my cell phone saying, “Welcome to the program, a Zoom link will be sent.” My dear brother had done me a favor, but to be honest, I thought, “I already eat healthily, what could this program possibly offer me?” But I thought I was reciprocating his gesture by meticulously following every email before the Zoom session. Then, after the first Zoom session, I had an epiphany, and my wife, who has hypoglycemia, and I embraced the program wholeheartedly. It turns out I hadn’t done a great favor to my brother, but to my wife and myself.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’m so happy.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
I’m so happy, my wife and I are very happy. We’re energetic, we enjoy delicious food immensely, we cook with joy, my wife’s hypoglycemia is almost gone, the days of “what am I going to eat, I’m so hungry, my hands and feet are shaking, if there’s still time until lunch, maybe I’ll have a bar or a banana” at 2 pm are over.
I would recommend this program to those who have problems like:
Those who think they’re eating healthily but actually know absolutely nothing…
Anything else you’d like to add…
Both my wife and I learned incredibly valuable information. About our bodies, food, and healthy living. We are grateful to my sister, the apple of my eye, who introduced me to you, and to you, who changed our lives 180 degrees. It’s definitely sustainable for us, I don’t worry about it at all, but I’m sure I’ll return to my ideal weight of 55 in the long term. I’m so glad your mother gave birth to you. And I’m so glad the universe brought our paths together; I wish you a very healthy, joyful, and long life with all your loved ones…

Dear Sema,
I’m a graduate of FSB now, hurray…
My goal when starting this program was:
To gain knowledge and awareness, to change my eating habits, and to lose weight.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Mindful eating opened my mind, it seems…
For example, like being on autopilot, eating coffee and dessert every time I sat in front of the TV. Now I ask myself, “Am I hungry?” and think carefully, anchoring my breath…
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself since the program ended?
My awareness skyrocketed! Vegetables became my lifeblood. I never knew I would happily eat celery and grated apple for breakfast. And I lost weight… (3 kilos)
I would recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
When I started the program, I was undergoing physical therapy for “frozen shoulder” syndrome. Despite my insistence on asking, they said it had nothing to do with diet, but as soon as I stopped eating flour and dairy products, my pain eased. It’s also helping with fibromyalgia, again due to nutrition…
Anything else you’d like to add…
It was a very enjoyable program, I’m so glad we met. May the hands of those who do their work with love, meticulousness, and passion be kissed. Special thanks to Ms. Nur…
Stay healthy,
From across the ocean
S.M.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I wanted to switch to healthy eating to get rid of both my excess weight and my unexplained body aches and chronic fatigue. However, even though I knew many things, I couldn’t put them into practice. My goal was to create a roadmap and see if I could do it.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Sema Hanım’s genuinely sincere way of explaining everything based on factual information, her week-by-week guides allowing us to observe the changes in our bodies, and her wonderful recipes were very helpful, not only in guiding us towards healthy eating but also in showing us that it’s nothing to be exaggerated or afraid of.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve noticed in yourself as the program ends?
Physically, I lost 2.5 kg, but more importantly, my body aches, which forced me to take painkillers almost every night, have significantly decreased; I only took painkillers one night during this process. My uncontrollable snacking cravings have also greatly diminished.
Thanks to you, I’ve realized that healthy eating isn’t something to be feared or intimidated by, and that Turkish cuisine is actually very suitable for healthy eating. Especially understanding that there’s no need for unnecessary things, as you said, has been very reassuring.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I definitely recommend it to those who intimidate healthy eating and say “I can’t do it,” and to those seeking sincere guidance.
Anything else you’d like to add…
Ms. Sema, thank you so much for your efforts. Thanks to you, I’ve truly seen the feasibility of healthy eating, which I had been dreading, and the relief I feel in my body and the reduction in my aches are my biggest motivation to continue. Thank you again.
E.T.
Dear Sema,
Thank you so much for everything you’ve given me. I can’t believe I can continue on this path with only 5% deviations. ❤
As I mentioned before, my hunger patterns, cravings, etc., everything has changed thanks to this program. I feel more energetic, more mobile, and much lighter, and I’ll give you a big hug when we first meet. ❤
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal in starting the program was to change my weight and terrible eating habits, which I’ve been struggling with for the last 12 years of my 25th year. And it happened! Although I didn’t experience an incredible change in terms of weight in the first 3 weeks, I really like hearing people around me say, “You’ve really slimmed down now.”
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
As I wrote in a previous email, it taught me that healthy eating doesn’t equal tasteless eating, and that’s amazing! I learned how the nutrition pyramid we’ve been taught since elementary school needs to be rewritten, and that means sustainable and delicious eating habits! My crackers, cakes, and cookies are selling like hotcakes. 😃
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
Before starting the program, I realized I was eating very automatically and unconsciously. Eating used to be an impulsive act, but now I’m eating consciously, with awareness. What does that mean? Before the program, eating was just something I did to fill my stomach and move on; anything that would keep my body going was enough for me. But shortly before starting the program, I noticed something. My body was now responding to any unhealthy food (let the embarrassed monkey come here!) with diarrhea. This meant to me: Ekinsu, you’re 25 years old, and your body can no longer tolerate these unhealthy foods. Yes, you’re keeping your body going in the short term, but you can’t see the long-term consequences, I told myself. That day was the first day I wrote to you. 😊
Another change was how I felt hungry. In my old routine, as I said, eating meant eating anything. This meant sudden hunger pangs and trembling hands and feet, leading me to eat the first unhealthy food I could find or the first thing that came to mind. My hunger patterns changed on the fourth day of the program. Forget the trembling in my hands and feet; I stay full for so long, and it’s such an energetic feeling of fullness, like I just ate a meal two minutes ago and just got up. I changed my body’s fuel thanks to you! My body doesn’t run on sugar anymore! It’s like I had an LPG system installed; I can go much further with less, but much better, food.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I didn’t start this program because of any illness. But I started it because I became aware of the illnesses that would have awaited me a few years later if I hadn’t started. I recommend this program to everyone from 7 to 70.
Anything you’d like to add…
I’m eagerly awaiting the meditation group, and as I said before, I love you. ❤
P. Ö.
Hello Sema Hanım,
I really don’t know how to thank you. There’s probably no suitable word for it. I’m so glad I met you. Thanks to you, I escaped the vortex I was in. It turns out everything was so easy. May your energy and happiness always be with you. Always smile.
With love.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I started following you on social media about 5 years ago, after my gastric sleeve surgery. However, at that time, because I had a different diet plan, I was just thinking, “She’s doing such wonderful things, maybe I can do them in the future.” Four years after the surgery, I started gaining weight again, and those feelings of self-hatred returned. And I started worrying about how to lose weight again. And the nightmare began. The doctors I went to would tell me to lose weight and exercise, and the dieticians would tell me to eat three spoonfuls of this and three spoonfuls of that, but they wouldn’t answer my questions of why and how. This state of mind continued for a year, and I gained back about 8 kilos. One day, I came across your book again, which I had bought before but only looked at the recipes in. The preface in that book became a light for me. It said, “This is it! I must learn to eat healthily.” After all the suffering I endured trying to lose weight, I decided I should eat healthily and happily.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Your positive energy, your explanations that made the process easier, and most importantly, the fact that I received answers to the why and how questions without even asking, both made me happy and motivated me.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
I haven’t weighed myself, but there’s been a significant reduction in weight. Most importantly, I’m more active, I don’t get tired easily, and I’m happier. I love myself more.
I recommend this program to anyone who loves themselves.
M. A.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I was looking for something different from the standard dietitian diets that constantly turned into a puzzle, triggered my feelings of failure, and didn’t do me any good at all – diets consisting of a matchbox-sized piece of cheese, a few olives, and almonds. I had excess weight and wanted to get rid of it, slim down, and get smaller. Starting from the idea that excess weight is actually an indicator of ill health, I thought that if I ate healthily, I would automatically lose weight. Because the image of being able to wear small-sized clothes wasn’t motivating enough for me; something didn’t make sense, something wasn’t right, and I was looking for an alternative. When I examined the program content, I thought, maybe this is what I’m looking for.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I found more than I expected, and I learned so much, understood the inner workings of things through scientific explanations that made sense to me, and, just as I suspected, I lost weight in a way I couldn’t understand when I ate healthily! The weekly live broadcasts, supported by daily emails, and all this with incredibly practical and delicious recipes, made everything much easier than I expected. I felt very close to her during this process. Also, the reminders throughout the program about focusing on the week and even the day were very timely and helpful.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself at the end of the program?
The weight loss wasn’t particularly impressive at the end of the three weeks, but I experienced significant slimming and reduction in size. I could fit into jeans I couldn’t wear a month ago. The biggest change was in my calves; I lost a full 7 cm! I noticed my mood was more balanced and calmer. Surprisingly, I became a more tolerant person. Whereas, with a classic diet plan, my psychology would be affected, and I would be worn down. I used to be exhausted from the feeling of deprivation. I couldn’t believe the days when I would frantically attack food, eating platefuls of it, but my hunger was balanced, my trembling hands and feet stopped. I felt my tolerance to hunger had increased. I felt lighter, both mentally and physically. Yes, literally lighter. I became a more energetic person. My bowel problems decreased, my constipation and bloating ended.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Those with insulin issues, those who are overweight or, despite being at their ideal weight, constantly feel tired and weak, those with chronic illnesses, those with stomach and intestinal problems, those who cannot tolerate hunger, those with mood swings, and anyone who wants to incorporate healthy eating into their lives but can’t seem to do so.
Anything you’d like to add…
What I love most is that Ms. Sema explains the logic, the reason, and the purpose of everything. The most difficult thing for me in my life is not being able to find an answer to the question “But why?” when I need it. If something doesn’t make sense to me, if I can’t understand the reason, I can’t incorporate it into my life. In this program, or rather, because Ms. Sema’s approach to this subject is very similar to mine (I just learned this and once again felt close to her), it became much easier for me to follow, apply, and incorporate it into my life.
E. Ö.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I started this program with the goal of making healthy eating a part of my life. I’ve pretty much established healthy eating habits. Now I need to do something about exercise too. 🙂
On the other hand, I had some problems, and I suspected they were related to my diet. I couldn’t sleep horizontally; I always slept upright with pillow support. I think my stomach was pressing on my windpipe, and I was constantly coughing. I constantly had heartburn. Even though I knew about these problems, I couldn’t stop eating. Because I didn’t know anything other than bread, eggs, and cheese for breakfast. When I was hungry, I would eat bread and cheese. I wouldn’t get up from the table feeling full; I would get up before I was full, and the more I ate, the more I wanted to eat. When I had sweet cravings, I would pop chocolates into my mouth. I hardly ever ate fruit. (Although I can’t say I eat much now either; I need to work on that.)
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
All my problems are gone. I can sleep horizontally, my reflux is gone, I don’t cough, my stomach doesn’t burn, and I don’t have sweet cravings. My way of feeling full has changed completely. Now I feel full.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
I think I’ve lost 1-2 kilos. 🙂 I can’t say for sure if my stress has decreased because I work under a lot of stress, but I stopped eating because of work stress. Maybe the stress has decreased too.
I would recommend this program to those who are experiencing the following problems:
You don’t need to be experiencing a problem to implement this program. Any adult can do it. Our kitchens are very suitable for it anyway. Our stews are always vegetable, meat, and legume-based. We have a habit of eating salads. We just need to spread these out throughout the day. And we need to transform our habits regarding sweets, pastries, and bread in our kitchen. It’s not about eliminating them from our lives, but transforming them. I think that was one of the most important things I learned in this program.
Anything else you’d like to add…
I didn’t even know the difference between legumes and grains; I’d never thought about it.
I knew very little about sugar alternatives; I learned about them. Now I’ll stay away from many recipes shared as healthy. There was no need to fill the house with syrups and preserves. I’m glad I didn’t buy them 🙂
S. K.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I had recently reached my desired weight, and losing weight was no longer a problem for me. However, I wasn’t exactly happy because I was shaping myself into the person I wanted by being angry with myself, sometimes harsh, sometimes bad. I was wondering if there was a way to make it sustainable because my zest for life and motivation were gone, and I was becoming very strict and uncompromising. But I realized that with the program, this perspective changed, I softened, and I regained my old cheerfulness.
First of all, let me state that there are no unanswered questions here. When you see someone who shares 100% of what they have, you naturally go with the flow. The recipes, the daily emails, are very helpful for maintaining motivation. I mentioned that I was initially looking for ways to make healthy eating sustainable. Therefore, I’m learning to eat by listening to my inner voice and asking my body to find my own balance, and it’s working very well. In this process, I first listened, then listened again, and then asked my body. Everyone’s needs, habits, likes, and cravings are very different, and this program is very helpful in finding one’s own balance.
And after all, isn’t the main purpose of life, no matter how many things we experience, feel, or consume, balance? To remain balanced… and not to blame yourself when you can’t, to remember that you are human. I felt human in every cell of my being; I’m sure many people understand what that means. 🙂
U.E.B.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I’ve been interested in healthy eating for a long time. I was reading from different sources and books. However, no matter how much I knew, I couldn’t fully put it into practice. Even if I tried for a week or two, my motivation quickly diminished. Finally, my husband and I decided to start the program with the aim of adopting a sustainable, non-boring, healthy eating style in the long term.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The program showed us that this type of diet wasn’t as daunting as we feared. We realized that the worry of “how can I live without sugar and processed foods?” was actually unnecessary. Because we really don’t lack any food; there are alternatives for everything with wonderful recipes. With the recipes, information, and the wonderful live broadcasts, our motivation never dropped for 3 weeks, so we saw that we could succeed.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
Of course, one of the things we wanted most when starting the program was to lose weight.
We lost weight; I lost 2.5 kilos, and my husband lost 3.5 kilos. But I think there’s much more to it than just weight loss. Our body measurements have changed, the food binges and sugar cravings are over. I realized I can feel full with healthier foods, with vegetables. This was especially important for me because I was someone who never craved vegetables and salads and consumed very little of them. Now I crave carrot salad for breakfast the night before; I feel like we’ve become free from food constraints. I know there are so many delicious meal alternatives without bread, bagels, jam, pasta, etc…
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I definitely recommend this program to those who want to incorporate healthy eating into their lives, those who know about healthy eating but can’t seem to adapt it, those who are tired of diets and haven’t found what they’re looking for, but most of all to those who enjoy food. Because this is not a program where we torture our bodies and souls under the guise of healthy eating; on the contrary, it’s a program full of flavor and health where we eat delicious things and cleanse our bodies.
Anything else you’d like to add…
My husband and I completed the program with great pleasure. Now, of course, we continue with our eating habits according to what we learned 😊 Your energy is so wonderful; the 3 weeks were very enjoyable. Thank you so much for your sincere responses to all our questions and for preparing such a wonderful program 😊 See you in different programs in the future, with love 😊
U. D. Y.
What was your goal when you started this program?
Two months ago, I gained a lot of weight; I have a habit of snacking, especially while watching TV series. I couldn’t get up in the mornings and was praying to God for energy because my husband is currently abroad and I have two children to look after. I started experiencing dizziness, I would suddenly fall to the ground, and there’s a history of heart problems in my family, so I was really scared. I didn’t tell anyone, but my vision would blur while driving. I knew my diet was the problem. First, I read Banu Fresko and Esra Hanım’s book, and I started to understand the problems I was experiencing, but I didn’t know how to solve them. I started this program to learn how to eat healthily and give up my bad habits. My goal was to learn healthy eating and regain my health.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I had the information, but I didn’t know how to use it. Thanks to the regular files that Ms. Sema sent every morning, I learned what and how to eat. Çapa Meditation was very helpful when I felt overwhelmed. Becoming aware of hunger and fullness, and being able to stop when I was full, helped me control myself.
What was the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
The first thing I learned in the program was that there’s no such thing as “never give up,” that you can overcome addictions, that we are not prisoners of any food or drink. I learned to be patient, to be grateful, and to become more aware of myself and my surroundings. In total, I lost 4 kilos, my waist circumference decreased by 24 cm, my energy increased, my dizziness decreased, and my migraines decreased. I used to take pills every day. I regained my health, and I won’t let anyone take that away from me anymore.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Those with insulin resistance, migraines, or autoimmune diseases who cannot regulate their diet, healthy people who want to eat healthily, and mothers who care about their children’s health.
Anything else you’d like to add:
Last night I washed the dishes and my eyes fell on the window; the night view was magnificent, and I was becoming aware of these beauties. I felt a sense of gratitude. Thank you so much for giving me this awareness, for teaching me how to navigate my path, and for being my light.
P.D.
What was your goal when you started this program?
To gain awareness about healthy eating and to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle without dieting.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
A very different eating life began. Best of all, I never felt like I was on a diet and I realized its sustainability.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
I realized that I would achieve a beneficial version of everything. I saw that eating is an enjoyable behavior without being on autopilot, and how I could contribute to my own digestion. I understood the importance of staying away from refined sugar and consuming other sugary products in very small amounts, and I ingrained in my mind once again the harm they cause to my body. My gluten-free lifestyle philosophy. There was no milk, so giving up cheese was difficult; I will continue with goat cheese for a while. I realized that I was actually consuming cheese like crazy automatically without ever tasting it… I can’t even describe how much I feel sorry for my husband who eats sugar like crazy. If only I could get him to give it up…
I would recommend this program to those who have problems like this:
My daughter always makes healthy food for my grandchild and buys the ingredients you recommend. I heard about you from her. Then, after following you, I enrolled in your course. I tell everyone, everyone should eat like this…
Anything you’d like to add…
Even though I sometimes go on vacation, I’ve realized how much the comfort of knowing I’ll return home soon after makes me happy, as it allows me to live a diet-free life…
Thank you so much, Ms. Sema. You’ve truly added a very important flavor to my life…
C.M.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I’d been following the Karatay method for a while, losing 5 kilos, then gaining it all back around New Year’s, so I thought I needed another solution for my sugar cravings. I already have Hashimoto’s, and I was 110 kilos with antidepressants. I joined the program to learn and find a solution. I’m so glad I did.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I was already eating low-carbohydrate foods, but from the second week of the elimination phase, the brain fog disappeared, and my productivity increased while working. I think my mood is better. My digestive system was behaving very strangely, but now it’s working great, my stomach is comfortable, I only have gas. I’ll try removing legumes as you suggested for that. My sleep has improved, the occasional palpitations are gone! Even my teeth are healthier – I used to wake up with a bitter taste in my mouth in the mornings, but not anymore. I lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks. I feel happier and calmer – like the nausea has subsided. I didn’t want to start promoting myself again. I don’t feel pressured either. I thought I’d be craving eggs, but I didn’t even want those. And definitely not coffee!
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve noticed in yourself as the program ends?
I think one of the most important things was that raisin experiment – asking your body about your hunger, eating when you’re hungry, stopping when you’re full. My portions have been halved. I’m not looking around anymore. It turns out my stomach was giving me signals. I can usually stop when I’m full. It turns out I used to get full quickly. My stomach was still upset when we started the meditation you did live on air. It calmed down during the meditation. I realized that stress also affects me a lot. I didn’t think it did. Now I pay attention to relaxing and slowing down while eating. And I loved the avocado and banana dessert!
I would recommend this program to people who have the following problems:
Autoimmune diseases, diabetes, overweight people, everyone actually. Those with gas, stomach upset. Those feeling depressed. My mother, aunt, and our housekeeper will be starting soon.
Anything else you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for everything. I expected to learn things and get helpful recipes, but I wouldn’t have believed it if someone had told me I’d start eating less immediately. It’s been amazing how much it’s opened my mind. I’d asked my doctor about the effect of gluten on Hashimoto’s, but he hadn’t really focused on it. Now I understand how much it affects my quality of life. I love bread and pastries, but after learning/experiencing how much it affects me, my resilience has increased. Moreover, your bread recipe is incredibly filling and delicious. I also realized how much sugar affects me this week when I couldn’t resist and ate four slices of apple and three slices of orange at once. I felt sleepy afterwards. It seems my blood sugar fluctuates a lot. I love fruit too, but I’ll eat it in moderation, savoring the taste. Finally, I understand that you’ve helped many people like me regain their health. I’ve experienced it firsthand. My wish is that this condition completely disappears with your surgery tomorrow, and that you recover your health as soon as possible.
May the beautiful energy and health you’ve given us all return to you many times over. Thank you again so much.
