Kız Gibi Mutlu Sonlar 3

I’m continuing to share the various wonderful experiences my valued participants gained in “Kız Gibi.”

S.Ş.

I’ve been fondly following you for a long time. I’d wanted to join this program back in October. As someone with a regular period who already ate healthily, hearing the word “menopause” at first scared me. Then a voice inside me told me to try this program, and I’m so glad I listened to that voice. First of all, thanks to you I learned that we shouldn’t fear this word.

Whatever happens, I saw thanks to you that our womanhood continues at every age. You explained to us with compassion how special we are, and always reminded us of it.

For the first time in my life, I didn’t use a painkiller when I got my period. Thinking about this, I still can’t believe it. As someone who’s had periods for 30 years, this is an incredible development for me. I can’t describe to you the comfort this provided.

Also, where I used to question why I was more sensitive before my period, I now know this is normal and approach myself with compassion. I hope these developments continue the same way. I’m planning to continue following the program for 3-4 more months.

All the knowledge you gave us is lifelong knowledge, and you’ve prepared everything with such care that seeing such an approach in this day and age moved me deeply. You do this work with passion, almost like a social responsibility project for women. At a time when we’ve lost hope in so many things, you showed us that good, trustworthy people still exist.

I wish women of every age could join this program. If I could, I’d love to have learned this knowledge in my 20s and 30s. I hope you somehow reach women at that age more, and that they join this program too. I’m now telling everyone around me about this program, saying “do yourself a favor and join this program.”

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everything. I know our paths will cross again in your different programs.

G.P.

I joined your “Kız Gibi” program in October because my periods were extremely painful (fever, vomiting, and stomach cramps severe enough to make even drinking water difficult, to the point I’d go to the hospital) and I’d be bedridden, unable to do my own work, for three days.

I significantly integrated what you outlined in your program into my life. I especially removed estrogen-mimicking plastics and chemical detergents like bleach/gel dishwasher pods from my life. I started consuming very little flour/sugar and packaged food. Inspired by your recipes, I added new products in their place. Of course, I pampered myself on some days too. I’ve had my period twice since starting your program. This is the first time in my life I’ve gone through this period this comfortably. I wasn’t bedridden, didn’t lose my emotional balance, and could control myself. This period passed with just mild pain and short-term fatigue. I was able to do all my tasks and work.

I was sad thinking “what have I been doing to my body all this time,” but I’m happy to have experienced this awakening. It made me very happy that these small changes in my life, without restricting anything that would stress me, had such a huge effect. I can rule over my body again.

I wanted to thank you for your contribution to my life. Thank you for sharing your recipes, for explaining the logic of nutrition by establishing cause-and-effect relationships, and for introducing me to clean ingredients.

I wish you success in your training and work life with all my heart.

M.K.

First of all, thank you so much for the endless knowledge you gave us over 1 month, your smiling face in the livestreams, and your positive attitude that wraps people up.

I’m 40 years old and unfortunately entered menopause very early. I’m 47 now. I’ve been on HRT pills since then. I don’t know why, but I started feeling the negative effects of menopause much more over the past 5 years. My insulin started coming out high in blood tests, and despite trying hard, I couldn’t lose weight.

I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror anymore, started avoiding gathering with people. Constantly feeling tired and exhausted, and the demoralization of entering early menopause, wore me out a lot. My doctor said, “you gain some weight in menopause, halve what you eat, double your activity” and got out of it that way. If only it were that easy. He only recommended I continue hormone therapy since I was so young.

When registering for “Kız Gibi,” since I’d previously joined your “3’lü Eliminasyon” program and had followed you for so many years (I’ve even seen you walking your Dino around Caddebostan while passing by in a car 🙂), I was sure this would do me good. And it did. By the end of the 1 month, there wasn’t really a change in my weight (-700 g), but my initial goal wasn’t that anyway — I just wanted to be well and feel well. And I’m truly sure I’m eating very well now, so I never feel guilty about what I eat anymore. Of course I really wish the excess weight would follow too. I think I haven’t reduced my portions enough. I’d thought about continuing with the monthly cycle, but I think continuing with the weekly cycle will be better for me.

I used to be able to tolerate hunger before, but in recent years I couldn’t tolerate going hungry anymore. But in this one month, I never felt hungry at all. My craving for bread, rice, and excessive sweets disappeared. My sleep improved, I started feeling better and more energetic. Most importantly, I feel happy. The only thing I couldn’t make regular was exercise and drinking enough water, but I’m trying, and I hope I’ll sort those out too.

Beyond all this, there’s no need even to mention what I learned about hormones and our cycle, and the effect of what we eat on these. I printed out the information in every one of your emails, took pages of notes in the livestreams, and now have a huge binder. You gave us, in the truest sense of the word, “a guide to finding the right path.”

The livestream your husband joined wasn’t just about this eating plan — it enlightened me on many topics related to my life and relationships, so I thank him a lot too.

I highly recommend every woman who values herself to join this program.

No amount of thanks would be enough for your effort, your patience, sharing your knowledge with us, and your smiling face. I’m hugging you, Sema Hanım, I’m so glad you exist.

P.Ş.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

First of all, I owe a heartfelt thank you. To both you and your team. It was a smoothly-run process — from the preparations to the livestreams, your motivation never dropped until the last day. So I was affected by your energy too, and my existing belief grew even more. Since I’d joined your “Eliminasyondayım Farkındayım” and “6 cm DKYY” nutrition trainings and could sustain them 80%, matters like eating and cravings were already in order for me. But learning eating according to hormones was very useful for understanding my mood swings 🙂

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I didn’t have a goal like losing weight, but I still lost about 1-2 kilos. Since I learned when I shouldn’t do intermittent fasting, those days of my cycle now pass much more comfortably, calmly, and peacefully. Informationally, I had a serious awakening. I’m making even more effort to approach my whole body with compassion and love. I was already using some clean-ingredient products, but I decided to expand this and started little by little. What we eat is very, very, very tasty and satisfying anyway. I now pay extra attention to my protein. On meditation I’m still unfortunately lacking, but I’ll manage that too and incorporate it into my life. Girl’s promise 🙂

Anything you’d like to add…

My biological age is 42 (my soul is still in its 20s :)), and until now I wasn’t very keen on having children. But for a while now I decided I wanted this, and I learned my progesterone level is low. That’s why I’ll continue this eating style for a few more months. Have no doubt I’ll report the results to you. Because I have hope 🙂

F.A.N.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

This program opened a huge window for me on sustainable healthy living with pleasure. This program isn’t a diet program — it conveys a life philosophy and makes it achievable.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I now pass every kind of food I put into my body through a filter first — “what does my body need, what am I about to consume.” The hormone cycle is AMAZIIING. Thanks to you, I’ve only just understood what’s happening in my body as a woman 🙂

M.M.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Its biggest benefit for me so far was greatly increasing my motivation for eating clean again. I learned so much I never knew about my cycle and the direct effects of hormones on this cycle — I now have a treasure trove of information I can look back on again and again. Understanding the reason behind my body’s and emotions’ changes, my hormone cycle, and what causes what, both made sense of and made it easier for me to make healthy choices.

You teach how a woman who loves and respects herself should shape her life in every area — from nutrition to behaviors, from hormones to environment. Unfortunately in our country, what self-love and self-respect mean, what taking good care of yourself means, isn’t fully understood. I evaluated what we discussed and learned after every livestream as “self-respecting behaviors, awareness of loving my body and myself.” This program, from start to finish, explains exactly this “from a woman’s perspective.” What you explain has no end — you’re an amazing woman who loves learning knowledge so much and loves sharing it even more; your excitement while sharing is contagious 🙂 That’s why I love and follow you. Your sweet tongue, sharp mind, determination, respect for yourself and your body should be an example to every woman. Your demeanor in the livestreams, your attitude, your sincerity, your warmth — and also your self-respect toward your own time, your husband’s time, and both of your efforts — were exemplary too. Your saying “I see people who don’t do it” while getting a lymphatic drainage massage, speaking with your sweet tongue and examples straight from within our country, I don’t know how to describe it. I felt so much like one of us, so close. I’d joined 2 more of your programs before, and I think the same thing every time I join. I eagerly awaited the livestreams. I also miss your emails so much — waking up to your emails every morning, your motivation infecting us, and motivating myself the same way. Your excitement to share everything new you learn with us… I love you so much.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I had a very comfortable month. I never felt bloated at all — in fact, when I got my period I said “oh, I got my period!” I felt my body incredibly light, my waist area very slim. I was already someone quite careful about what I ate, but with this program I straightened up again. While exercising, I motivate myself separately, saying with awareness “you’re in your best, most productive days right now, push yourself a bit more, girl.” Knowing what and why I’m experiencing, respecting that period, motivating myself by making sense of it — this is my medicine, and you touched exactly on this.

Also, life is a “marathon,” not a “sprint.” I learned to use my body and soul smartly, according to my hormones, in harmony with my hormones, and I’m seeing the benefits. I learned why I feel what I feel during the calm phase (I didn’t even know there was a calm phase), and I now lovingly allow myself to feel that way during that period, telling myself “my dear body is preparing.” When I have insomnia, when my mood drops, I know which foods I need to feed my soul and body with. What could be sweeter than this kind of life?

Anything you’d like to add…

You’re the sweetest in the world — may your smiling face never fade.

G.B.E.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

The program was very comprehensive and useful. I learned many things I didn’t know and incorporated them into my life as much as possible. Sema Hanım and her team were smiling and helpful as always. A very successful program.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I’d also joined the 6 cm program and got good results there. With the knowledge I gained there, especially applying the nutrition section was easier. In this program, I’m applying the new knowledge I learned as much as possible and correcting the things I was doing wrong.

Anything you’d like to add…

As Sema Hanım says, I wish we’d learned this knowledge much earlier, but at least I learned it now. I recommend this program to everyone. I thank Sema Hanım and her team for everything, and wish their success continues.

E.D.Ö.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

The program was full in every sense. I could see more clearly why the tendencies I was already aware of in myself (emotional eating, escaping to comfort zones when overwhelmed, etc.) manifested as leaning toward certain food groups. I was already experiencing the effects of hormonal fluctuations intensely, of course, but understanding what happens scientifically behind these was also nice.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I’ve gradually returned to the meditation practice I’d previously had in my routine but had drifted away from for a while. I started applying lymphatic massages. I saw the importance of not just sleep alone, not just nutrition alone, not just this or that alone, but all of these being in harmony for balancing hormone changes. I became much clearer about the sleep-eating-reaction behaviors I turn to when facing intense stress or intense emotional states, and their effect on each other.

Anything you’d like to add…

Thank you once again for your constant support and sincerity 🙂

H.Ş.

I’d already been following Sema Hanım on social media for a long time. I’m an internal medicine specialist, interested in nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic medicine, on a path of self-development. Eating according to our menstrual cycle is an eating/lifestyle approach that’s not very much on the agenda currently, and largely unknown. I think it’ll become more well-known and applicable with Sema Hanım pioneering on this topic and reaching women. Sema Hanım explained it with her logic in a way everyone could understand and apply, made an effort, and always responded to our emails. It’s actually a lifestyle not just for the perimenopausal but that all women should know and apply. I thank her on behalf of myself and all women. With love,

S.M.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

This was my 3rd program with you. Once again, like all the others, you’ve prepared a wonderful, knowledge-packed, effort-intensive program. Yesterday I met up with my classmates, and all these women of the same age had the same topic — and I noticed how well-informed I’ve become thanks to you 🙂 I’d gained a lot of weight when starting, and even though I’m a conscious eater, I wanted to get my eating system in order. I lost 1.5-2 kilos, my bloating decreased, and my belly went down. The necessity of keeping cortisol at low levels was also a huge revelation for me. I already knew the importance of exercise but could never get started; now I’ve set a goal for myself and will start that next week too 🙂

G.T.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Since I’m in menopause, I thought I wouldn’t benefit much, but on the contrary, I benefited a lot.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I feel incredibly energetic. Where even walking 10-15 minutes was hard before due to menopause, I can now do 2 hours of weights, cardio, resistance — all kinds of exercise. My hot flashes decreased, in fact due to the season I even started feeling cold like normal people. My nighttime sleep got into a routine, I sleep like a baby. With proper eating and exercise, color came back to my face 🙂 My tolerance threshold widened, which was something I really struggled with due to my changeable moods. If I could just manage meditation too, what more could I want.

Anything you’d like to add…

Your attention and passion for teaching always helped me a lot. Especially in this period of my life when I feel exhausted and my hormones are all over the place, I know now that I can turn onto a beautiful path with what I learned from you and keep going this way. Love <3

S.Ö.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

The program was prepared with a holistic view and was quite satisfying with its content. Beyond nutrition, it created awareness about hormonal changes and their effects.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I haven’t had a period for 1 year. In perimenopause and menopause I had complaints that really challenged me, like hot flashes, insomnia, tension, and belly bloating. I saw that what I’d been doing on my own was insufficient. Especially the bloating and gas in my belly decreased quite a bit. Despite being someone who sleeps little, I couldn’t fall asleep and would wake up frequently. Now I get sleepy and sleep 5-6 hours uninterrupted. My hot flashes had decreased significantly already; now their intensity and frequency slowed down further.

Anything you’d like to add…

The “open-close” motto did me a lot of good. I’m someone who’s paid attention to nutrition and eaten healthy products for years. I’d found the foods affecting my body through an elimination diet. This program suited my mindset even more — I could plan myself by thinking systemically. I’ve followed you for a long time, and I’m very happy to have gotten to know this training.

B.G.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

First of all, you’re amazing, I can’t not say this 🙂 I’ve been in perimenopause for 4 years and decided to start this program to be able to cope with my symptoms. Especially for months I’d been having hot flashes increasing in intensity. Starting “Kız Gibi” eating on January 8th, my hot flashes were cut off like a knife. I couldn’t even believe it myself. Along with this, I said goodbye to night sweats, sleep irregularities, all of it. I feel much better. So glad “Kız Gibi” exists 🙂

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

My perimenopause symptoms lightened incredibly. I wasn’t eating very differently anyway — I’ve been eating clean for a very long time. Thank goodness I’ve never had a weight problem or anything. But I learned in this program that I was consuming insufficient protein and carbs. Incorporating these touches into my life too, I told myself “well done” 🙂

Anything you’d like to add…

I’m so glad you exist. Thank you so much to you and Tuğçe Hanım for your effort and support.

E.G.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

I learned about the periods when hormones are intense and eating suited to that.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I started eating more salad, reduced my carb and sugar consumption. I lost weight 🙂

Ş.S.A.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

It helped me a lot to understand my cycle. It motivated me to build a relationship with my body. It helped with self-compassion. I look at every area of my life with a different eye now.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I started consciously connecting with my body every morning. I started doing a movement sequence, yoga-like but completely coming from within myself. Completely in flow, without counting whatever my body needs at that moment, without getting out of breath, with belly breathing and completely relaxed rest in between… Contracting and relaxing, without pushing, it felt so good. I’ve started setting aside time to pause and breathe during the day, setting reminders. I now regulate even my relationship with food by pausing halfway through a meal, noticing my fullness 🙂 Listening to my menstrual cycle increased my bodily and emotional awareness. Especially in the calm phase, I treat myself with compassion.

Anything you’d like to add…

Your sincerity and naturalness make me feel close to you. You act professionally at the same time, holding an incredible balance. You’ve summarized a very intense program and made it practical and understandable. May your efforts be greatly rewarded. Congratulations.

A.C.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

The program was wonderful. First of all, thank you so much for every moment of contribution you made. I feel quite wistful — getting emails from you every day, seeing you live once a week, made me feel really good. I’d also joined the 6 cm program before this one, and following that, “Kız Gibi” was wonderful. I’ve properly learned how to plan my own eating now. I tried to apply every step carefully and flawlessly in terms of nutrition. If I can also keep exercise in my routine, it’ll be wonderful. Weight-wise, I lost about 4 kilos in 2 months. I’m 49, and being in perimenopause probably makes it quite challenging for me, but I want to continue without giving up. Both programs contributed a lot to my sleep quality and feeling energetic. I’ve come to love you — both Tuğçe Hanım and you provided incredible support during this process. I hope we get the chance to meet again in other programs. Oh, by the way, my gut flora improved incredibly. My bathroom issues are much better now. Your recommendations, the companies you recommended — all wonderful.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I’m cheerful, energetic, happy. The pleasure of having done something for myself is incredible. My mother had breast cancer 3 years ago. She had surgery, part of her breast and lymph nodes were removed. I inevitably feel apprehensive too. That’s why, in terms of prevention, I want to keep my hormones balanced as much as I can. The program did me a lot of good in this sense too. Becoming psychologically aware calmed me emotionally too. I’m so glad you exist 🙂

H.B.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Illuminating and comforting. A program I started to get my hormones back on track.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I got rid of my daily standard stomach aches already in the first week. There was a significant decrease in the heaviness and pain I felt in my legs when waking up in the mornings too. AAAND as a bonus to all these, I slimmed 5-6 cm.

Anything you’d like to add…

Over the past month I tried to follow the program as best I could. Dear Sema Hanım’s flexibility and her view of “even if you slip, you can continue from where you left off” was something that comforted me a great deal. Even when I have occasional slip-ups, the idea taking root in me that we can continue the next day from where we left off was very valuable on my end. Sometimes even when I feel like slipping up, thanks to this flexibility I can say “eh, it’s not that necessary” and give it up. Thank you so much for what you’ve given us. I’m so glad you exist, stay healthy always.

İ.K.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Where my menstrual cycle used to be every 20-21 days, my first period after applying this system happened on day 24 🙂 I hope this duration will lengthen in the following months.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

Physically I feel more fit, energetic. Through what you explained, I gained a lot of new knowledge that will be useful for my eating and mood related to hormones. Emotionally I think I had fewer fluctuations, probably with insulin being balanced.

Anything you’d like to add…

Bless your effort, thank you for everything <3

A.T.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

It was a program I joined lovingly — it felt right to me from the very start. I was following you on social media, but I felt much warmer, closer to me. I noticed with surprise that my urge to eat until bedtime disappeared, and while drinking 1-2 glasses of water a day, I actually craved water. I started reformer Pilates along with the program. I had a wonderful month. My primary aim was to control my osteoporosis and chronic conditions. I lost 3.5 kg, which was a bonus.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

My nighttime snacking ended. If a nighttime snacking urge does come, I can’t bring myself to break it, I drink something instead. I don’t want to break my fasting. I realized I was consuming quite little protein, so I increased protein and now feel fuller. Before the program I consumed a lot of fruit, and I managed to limit that, which was the hardest part for me. I’ve actually made my body accept that 1-2 servings of fruit is enough and that I don’t necessarily need to eat it in the evening. I cut gluten and plan to continue this way. I’d previously done this at various times during elimination, but for the first time in this program I noticed my face slimming — I got the chance to watch the edema caused by gluten decrease. The program was really like a school. I’ll work more on digesting and applying it.

Anything you’d like to add…

You’ve prepared a wonderful program, I’m always following you. I’m so glad we met. I believe you’ll create wonderful programs for us.

D.A.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

This program answered many questions on my mind and helped me establish an eating, fasting, and exercise routine suited to myself and supportive of my hormone cycle. I learned the logic of everything, its connection to hormones, its place, its timing. Thank you so, so much for the knowledge that will stay with me for life!

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

My cycle, which was 24-25 days, extended to 28 days by the end of the 1-month program. This is a wonderful thing for me! My cravings decreased, and my after-7:00 PM snacking easily and spontaneously zeroed out. My heart rate, especially during nighttime sleep, decreased and returned to the level it should be at normally, which is a huge gift for me! I understood that my system was exhausted and overwhelmed by excess insulin. I said “bye-bye” to many things I thought were “fine” but that were raising my insulin, and I feel so much relief.

Anything you’d like to add…

Thank you so much for your quality of information, the care and love you gave. I was very pleased with this program and recommended it to all my girlfriends.

S.K.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Very lovely and educational — if I had the chance to join again, I would.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

There was definitely slimming in my body, and I wouldn’t trade the cognitive changes for anything, because not just food but toxic people were eliminated from my life too, believe it or not. Once a person starts valuing themselves from somewhere, the rest apparently comes on its own..

Anything you’d like to add…

Thank you for everything.

N.S.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

The program raised my knowledge level; I applied it willingly and lovingly. It helped me on many topics.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

Physically, the bothersome bloating in my stomach went away. My nasal turbinates seemed to disappear — I constantly experience nasal congestion. My cycle arrived exactly on time and my bleeding was like it used to be; my energy rose. I got informed on topics like what and when I need to eat, my hormones, how to exercise in a way that benefits me. Behaviorally, I decided and applied it, as someone who’d never done this kind of eating before. It enabled me to realize what I’m capable of. With the pleasure of taking care of myself, I’ve started spreading happiness to those around me.

T.A.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Thanks to the “Kız Gibi” program, I clearly understood the reasons behind the symptoms I experience at certain times in my body and how natural these actually are.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I clearly understood how hormones affect the mood changes I experience physically and emotionally in periods. Also, the negative effects that chocolate waterfalls and flour-based foods create in my body.

Anything you’d like to add…

I’m so glad I joined this program. Seeing that what I’ve been experiencing is normal, that they’re normal processes every woman goes through, patted my back, gave me support. Did I make small slip-ups while applying the program? Yes 🙂 Did I struggle as someone addicted to cheese, chocolate desserts, and a pasta lover? Yes 🙂 But I call it purification, and as I return to clean ingredients and feel physically better, I’m determined not to go back to these addictions 🙂 No amount of thanks would be enough for giving me this awareness 🙂 Also, where I used to get my period only every 3 months last year, I got my period on day 24 with the program. Thank you so much 🙂

H.U.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

I couldn’t understand how this ended so quickly. Despite having eliminated wheat and its derivatives from my life months ago, I couldn’t lose weight. In fact, I hadn’t been able to lose weight since my 40s — on the contrary, I’d add on. My slogan had become “my body doesn’t like giving/sharing, it likes hoarding.” This program let me see and correct where I was going wrong. On day 2 of the first week we started with the cyclical routine, -300 grams was a surprise for me. I already knew I was in the right place. When night came, hours would drag on without end. Because I couldn’t sleep. In the mornings, even though I couldn’t open my eyes, I’d drag myself out of bed, because I was resisting sleeping at night and living during the day like normal people, but I couldn’t sleep at night. At most 3-4 hours, and never a deep sleep. Yet until a year ago, if I didn’t sleep 8 hours daily I couldn’t get myself together. Now I sleep better. When I go to bed at 11:00 PM, I wake up around 6:00-7:00 AM, and this makes me very happy. Brain fog, confusion, forgetting what I was going to do, the words getting stuck on the tip of my tongue and unable to remember them, “did I leave the stove on?” — situations I’d never known in my whole life had suddenly taken center stage. Nowadays these have decreased a lot. Thank goodness. My energy is higher.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

I’m losing weight, slimming down after years. For years people would say “did you gain weight?” but never “you’ve lost weight.” How wonderful to hear this… You reminded me that I need to live for myself, thank you. I couldn’t even discuss my problems with my own sisters, but you listened to me so much and helped me. You shone light on my path, telling me “look, this is the way out.” Now I’m walking that path more consciously, energetically. Despite the cold weather, I walk every morning. I already love nature very much, having a lovely time chatting with a cat, a dog, a bird. Even though I ate 2 meals a day, I was always hungry because I ate little. I was constantly hungry, constantly popping something in my mouth. Now I eat my fill at my meals and always make sure to get enough protein. I never feel hungry until the next meal. I don’t want to snack. I didn’t struggle too much on many topics. Junk food had already been out of our house for a very long time. If it was made in nature, we ate it; if it was made in a factory, we didn’t. Sweets etc. were very rare, now they can disappear entirely. I used to do long fasts but didn’t know how I should eat. Now I prepare my table extremely nutritious and satisfying, and also effortlessly. I drink more water. I’ve mended my relationship with green tea and animal products. It turns out I actually was getting a sufficient amount of protein — just not on a daily basis, but weekly, sometimes even monthly 🙁 It’s become the star of my table now. I try to find flavor with plenty of spices etc. Once, my boss in my work life told me, “don’t be afraid of making mistakes — if you make a mistake, you’ll learn how to correct it.” Now even if I stray a little off my path (which is never for long), I can turn back and find my way again. Oh, and also — I never used to like that bitter dark chocolate, but now I’m literally happy like it’s a reward when I eat it. What more could there be.

Anything you’d like to add…

I’m so glad you exist. Long ago social media must have known something, since it pushed your page right in front of my eyes, sending a message for me to follow you. Our woman-friendly sides are very similar. Having held this view myself for years, it’s wonderful to see the number of similarly-minded women growing every day. With my love.

N.Y.

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

It was very illuminating for me. I found perfect answers to my questions like “what’s happening inside my body, why, how can I support it?”

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

My bloating problem disappeared, I feel more energetic. I think the most beautiful part of the program is that it taught me the routine I need to build for the rest of my life.

After the “3’lü Eliminasyon” I did with you a few years ago, my already-great respect and love for you increased a hundredfold with this program. What a wonderful program to put together like this! No amount of thanks would be enough for constantly developing yourself and sharing all this knowledge with us so sincerely. I love you 🙂

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

It enabled me to change and transform myself.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

My energy rose, my emotional ups and downs decreased, my pre-period irritability decreased a great deal. I lost weight, and a healthier look appeared in my hair and skin. With the excitement of learning, I positively affected those around me too — how wonderful a thing it is to know 🙂

I’m so glad I took this training, I feel stronger. I’m so glad you exist..

How was the program for you? How did it help you?

Since I came from the DKYY program, my adaptation wasn’t hard. This program helped by increasing my awareness toward getting to know my own body. I benefited both physically and psychologically — it made me feel valuable as a woman. Finally, a program where we’re not seen as an extension of men, where our differences are recognized and this knowledge is given to us — I hope this becomes part of hospitals in our country too.

What physical, informational, and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself over this one month?

My menstrual cycle, which was 30-32 days, dropped to 28 days. My tension in the last week decreased a bit; this time I didn’t struggle to stay emotionally calm.

Please don’t stop learning new things and sharing them with us 🙂 Thank you for your effort.

Dear Sema Hanım,

Two months ago I panicked quite a bit, gripped by the fear that I was entering menopause with changes like hot flashes, anxiety, sleep disorders etc. Because my mother and grandmother had entered early menopause. Until my doctor’s appointment, I tried a bit of research and reaching sources, asked people around me. While feeling upset that women don’t want to discuss the topic of menopause and that I could reach very little information to enlighten me, I came across your “Menopozun Fark Edilmeyen Ayak Sesleri” [Menopause’s Unnoticed Footsteps] YouTube video and immediately joined the “Kız Gibi” training. Throughout this process, even when I couldn’t join every livestream, I made sure to watch the broadcast replays, took notes, and archived the documents. The support your husband gave us was also very valuable — a broadcast that changed my perspective. Throughout the training, you made me feel I stayed with you, I got emails for feedback. I know I can always write to you and ask questions going forward.

I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful training to all women. Having such wonderful knowledge before entering menopause, applying this knowledge correctly, is a huge relief. Witnessing the physical, emotional, and mental changes is very enjoyable. I want to complete the 3rd term too and write about the change again.

The other day a friend stopped me and said, “there’s something different about you, your energy is so different” — I experienced the happiness of seeing the inner change reflected outwardly too.

You touch the lives of so many women that I thank you on behalf of myself and all “girls.” I’m so glad you exist..
