Our “Quit Sugar” group, which we held for the second time in July, has ended, and many people have taken steps towards healthy eating, learned new things, and even completely given up refined sugar. In this section, you can find feedback from some of my clients who participated in the “Quit Sugar” group after our work ended 🙂
B.A. from Istanbul
This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:
The program, with your guidance and support, helped me incredibly. For the past month, the only thing I’ve opened and eaten is nuts or dried fruit, which is amazing. A comment you made during a live broadcast, your immediate answer to a question I had in mind but hadn’t yet asked, the preventative measures and solutions you suggested for potential difficulties someone might face during this process, the recipes – these were truly essential for my progress.
The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:
I’ve noticed fewer mood swings in myself, this is the most gratifying change. Of course, it’s not completely gone, but this also helped me understand that life doesn’t always involve anything completely ending or reaching a perfect moment. A second change is that my skin is brighter, I sleep better, and I wake up feeling better.
A.G. from Ayvalık
This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:
It showed me that it’s possible to live without sugar, that it became a habit, and that cravings decreased. It allowed me to break out of a vicious cycle.
The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:
It’s possible to live without sugar. Cravings decrease over time. It’s easier to resist sugar when following a proper nutrition plan.
I.K. from Yalova (I’d like to point out that he’s the only gentleman in the group 🙂)
This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:
It was incredibly helpful in recognizing the misconceptions I held.
The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:
My self-control mechanism has improved. I now avoid chocolate and other unhealthy products at the supermarket. I always check the label on every packaged food item to see if it contains sugar.
