Şekeri Bırakıyorum Mutlu Sonları

Another amazing group program has come to an end. Many of us have given up sugar, started eating clean, and incorporated exercise into our lives. This is the greatest happiness for me in life.

Here, I’d like to share the feedback from the 4th group participants about our program. Hooray for changing lives and blossoming hopes!

C.A. from England:

1) This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:

For five weeks, I cleansed my body of the effects of refined sugar. I created a nutritional plan by planning my meals.

In addition to my diet, I made exercise a central part of my life.

2) The biggest change I’ve noticed since the program started:

Although giving up refined sugar was difficult at the beginning, towards the end I noticed that I felt full more easily, felt better, and slept better. My cravings for sweets decreased. I even started eating less fruit and more vegetables. The fatigue and weakness I experienced after giving up refined sugar decreased. I’ve started feeling more energetic.

The program really exceeded expectations. The group work aspect was great for motivation. Seeing common problems with other group members and overcoming them together was very helpful. The only minor drawback of the program is its short duration. Just when you get used to it, it’s over.

D.E. from Istanbul

1) My 3 main goals before starting the program:

I had a serious sugar addiction. It felt like if I didn’t eat chocolate or those sweets, etc., a lot would go away. Actually, I think I was more addicted mentally than physically. I couldn’t stop it somehow. So I had only one goal: to get rid of this addiction. Three months ago, I quit smoking after 16 years, and my sugar addiction had increased even more. So this was essential for me.

2) This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:

I didn’t know how to balance my sugar cravings. I wasn’t knowledgeable about healthy fats. At one point, my motivation was low, but your attention reassured me and gave me renewed motivation. Actually, I needed guidance from an expert in this area. Because I wanted to quit sugar but couldn’t muster the courage or do it. It was perfect for me in terms of guidance.

3) The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:

My energy levels have increased. I already keep myself motivated in life, wanting to wake up early and dedicate time to myself, but my recent sugar and carbohydrate consumption was tying me down. I couldn’t get out of my sleepy state at all. But for the past month, I’ve been waking up every morning with peace of mind, sometimes without an alarm, my energy is high, I’m in a good mood, my mood swings are less severe, my skin looks better, my body is firmer, and I’m losing weight, and I’m eating very well without experiencing any hunger. In short, I feel happier, more energetic, more vibrant, and more cheerful. And the best part is that my main meal used to be 2 large bags of chips, a liter of cola, and 3-4 chocolates =) By the way, I couldn’t resist eating those chocolates when they were at home. But for the past week, there’s been tons of junk food at home, and I don’t even think about eating them! Nothing could be better for me =)

1) This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:

It helped me by providing information, motivation, and planning skills.

2) The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:

While I used to be unable to resist all kinds of pastries, I now crave my favorite cookies and pies, but I desperately want the raw spinach sitting in the kitchen 😊 Even if I managed to resist at the time, I would definitely eat any packaged chocolate bar I was offered while working at night. I’ve even started to think that giving one to someone would be like poisoning them.

I lost 3 kilos.

I.M. from Italy

1) My 3 main goals before starting the program:

Until now, I always started eating a balanced diet, but I didn’t know how to maintain it, so I would lose track and become unhappy. In this program, besides giving up sugar, I wanted to learn what I was doing wrong in my previous attempts. In short, my goals were sustainable balanced nutrition, weight loss, and giving up sugar.

2) This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:

Because I felt responsible to the group and to Ms. Sema, staying away from sugar came more easily to me. Ms. Sema’s recipes and her willingness to answer our questions were a great support during moments of hesitation. I realized that living sugar-free wasn’t as difficult as I thought, and that my body didn’t actually need as much sugar as I realized.

3) The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:

Waking up in the mornings is easier. My digestion has definitely improved. All the effort I put into trying not to give up sugar was pointless. I thought there were few things that could make me happier than chocolate, but I was wrong. Not feeling bloated and tired is a much better feeling 🙂

From Istanbul, M.E.

1) My 3 main goals before starting the program:

1. Goal: To stop consuming sugar and gluten-containing products, as I have Type 1 diabetes.

2. Goal: To distance myself from foods I love, can’t stop eating, and that raise my blood sugar and make me hungry quickly.

3. Goal: To lose weight.

4. Goal: To be more active and energetic…

2) This program helped me achieve my goals in the following ways:

I achieved my first goal: Saying no to sugary and gluten-containing products is easier now. The differences I felt in my body when I consumed them and when I didn’t helped me adapt to a sugar-free diet more quickly.

I partially achieved my second goal: It seems I will have a hard time overcoming my weakness for nuts…

I haven’t yet reached my third goal. I’m overweight and showing some resistance. That will be resolved in time.

I achieved my fourth goal: I am more energetic and active than my weight would suggest. I walk 3 days a week. I’m very active during the day.

3) The biggest change I’ve noticed since starting the program:

I’m currently not eating anything with gluten or added refined sugar. I’m not putting any treats in my mouth. I’m using gluten-free products and fruit, following your and similar recipes. I prefer to eat sour fruits like apples and lemons. I’ve significantly reduced my consumption of them. I already love vegetables and greens, and I’ve started consuming more of them.

The biggest change in my refined sugar-free and gluten-free diet is that I feel like my internal organs, my veins, every cell has been cleansed and purified. I wake up feeling more refreshed in the mornings. I’m more energetic.

The program was truly very helpful; I felt a void when it ended. I wish there could have been more. It’s wonderful to always feel your support and to always follow your guidance. I will print out all the files in color and keep them by my bedside.

I received exactly the kind of consultation I needed from you.

Ms. Sema, thank you so much for everything 🙏 I had some hesitations before starting, thinking I might have a cheat day, but thanks to you and the group, I completed the program without any cheat days ☺️ I really don’t feel any cravings for sweets, I don’t have any desires.

Thank you again for everything 🌸❤️🙏🙏

R.C. from Canada

Thank you so much for all the information you provided. I was finally able to complete my goal of quitting sugar, a goal I’d always failed to achieve on my own. I feel more patient and understanding. Quitting sugar has made me feel much better physically and psychologically.

A.G. from Rome

In this group, I learned:

How to let my metabolism relax.

What I actually need to do to avoid craving sweets.

I balanced my sleepless nights of sweet cravings, sweet dreams, and panic attacks by planning healthy alternatives.

Thank you so much for everything.

Our 5th group starts on November 26th, 2018. If you also want to quit sugar, be more vibrant and energetic, and eat healthily, you can read the details at this link and register at this link. I look forward to meeting you and the new people whose diets and lives will change 🙂
