On my site, I wanted to set aside a page where you could reach both the physical and emotional experiences of my participants who applied my program, and what awaits you after taking that first step and starting — not from me, but directly from the mouths of those who’ve experienced it themselves. Now we’ve reached page 5. Thank you so much to everyone who shared their experiences with us. I’ll leave you alone with the comments 🙂

What was your goal when starting this program?
My goal when starting the program was never primarily about losing weight. My having COVID back-to-back recently, followed by biliary sludge in my gallbladder, directed me toward sustainable healthy eating — something that was already normally part of my life anyway.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It was a 5-week period where I truly saw incredible benefit, waking up feeling fit. I’m not someone who’s constantly on a diet — healthy food has always been my priority. It’s a habit that comes from my mother’s household. But I can’t describe to you the feeling I got from being able to stick to something like this all the way through. I definitely feel healthier and fitter.
Eliminasyondayım Farkındayım Seminar Happy Endings 5
Where I used to think “how can life be without sugar, without bread, especially without yogurt,” right now I especially don’t miss sugar and bread at all. There was a very serious awakening on my side regarding psychological eating, stressed eating. Acting knowingly about times I shouldn’t eat (in the evening) and why makes me feel amazing.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend this program to everyone who has self-respect. As you also say, living healthily isn’t a luxury — it should turn into a behavior. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone from age 7 to 70.
Anything you’d like to add…
Sema Hanım, I’m a newly married 27-year-old woman. You created for me an opportunity to observe and become aware of things like being overly impatient and eating under stress. Starting my day with your emails for 5 weeks was extremely motivating — you processed everything for us beautifully, digesting it without dumping all the information at once, just like you do with our own eating patterns. I’m grateful to you.
Alongside feeling healthy, I also lost 4 kilos — I can’t say I wasn’t happy, but even if I’d only lost 300g, this investment I made in myself would still be priceless. Thanks to you, I also got the chance to pass this on to my husband, mother, and father — they’ve all started full-speed applying what I conveyed from you. With the hope our paths cross again, lots of love. Thank you again and again for everything! May your light always shine.

What was your goal when starting this program?
To get my eating a bit back on track, and to check whether or not my migraine attacks are related to nutrition.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Throughout the program I took care of myself, carried my meals with me. I lost 3 kilos, slimmed 5 cm each in my legs, and 8cm in my belly area.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Especially during my period, I would always have to take medication for headaches — for the first time in a very long time, I didn’t take a painkiller even at the start of my period. There was a very slight twinge, and I said let me just wait and see, and it passed after a few hours.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues.
I recommend this program to everyone who doesn’t know where to start regarding nutrition, and of course to those trying to cope with migraines.
Thank you so much for everything.

What was your goal when starting this program?
As someone who’s struggled with PCOS and Hashimoto’s for over 10 years, I wanted to be healthier by changing my eating habits and my relationship with food, especially sweets.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Sema Hanım’s weekly broadcasts and the emails coming in provide motivation so well that, learning the why and how of everything, I incorporated it into my life because it made sense to my mind and logic. While I thought gluten-free, sugar-free, and cheese-free eating would be challenging for me, thanks to the recipes provided, I experienced a bunch of new flavors I could consume with pleasure. This process, which I thought I couldn’t sustain, has already become my new normal.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
As a person with PCOS, I was warned for years that losing weight is very important, and for this reason I consulted many specialists. In fact, my last experience involved a full year of constant dieting. Of course I lost weight, but unfortunately there was no improvement regarding PCOS. When joining this program, my first goal was to improve my health, to make a change in my eating habits. Where before I used to think “salad or no salad, it doesn’t matter” for a meal, now I say “never without my salad.” Until the program started, I used to say I get very hungry if I don’t eat 3 meals; right now I say how satisfying 2 meals can be. In my past diet experiences, I’d allow myself 5 olives and hold myself back even if I craved a 6th, saying it’d be excess; right now I eat until the point my heart desires, and without any regret at all. And despite staying entirely within this comfort zone, I finished the program having lost 4 kg, slimmed 3 cm each. This wasn’t my aim, but such a result definitely increased my motivation even more.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I strongly recommend joining to everyone, especially those like me with autoimmune diseases who want to do good for their body but don’t dare do it alone, and who are worried that broadcasts done as a group rather than one-on-one won’t be able to motivate them.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us so openly and understandably, and for being such a wonderful guide. You touched my life so beautifully… May everything go your way.
K.A.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To flush out toxins, and lose a bit of weight too.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I lost 3 kilos, yayyy! 🙂 I feel my body more alive — what more could there be!
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Where I couldn’t live without bread, I didn’t eat bread at all during this period — turns out it’s possible without it too. 🙂 I learned to listen to my body — now we talk about hungry or full; I learned I don’t have to eat by the clock; I eat now if I’m hungry.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
To everyone who feels obligated to eat at every meal, to those who say “I could never give up ……,” to those with bloating or gut issues — actually, I definitely recommend it to everyone.
Anything you’d like to add…
For your effort, your endless energy, for thinking that if you heal even one person, if you teach this knowledge, that’s enough, and for making us feel this, for definitely making this hard process easier, for actually, just as yourself, serving so many people, for being a sister, a friend — thaaaaank you so much, dear Sema, we love you so much, always stay this way.
G.S.
What was your goal when starting this program?
As an Ulcerative Colitis patient, I was curious about the effect of foods on the disease, and I joined because I wanted to discover this through elimination followed by reintroduction.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’m actually at a different point than what I aimed for, because while I only intended to see the effect of foods on my constitution, I’ve actually come to see that a much healthier eating pattern can also be enjoyable.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
First of all, even though this wasn’t my aim when joining the program, I lost weight without ever going hungry. 🙂 Since I ate healthier fats, there was a visible decrease in my cellulite. I feel much healthier. Where before the program I used to have to scrape myself out of bed in the mornings, now I wake up an hour earlier on my own, feeling rested. While doing tongue scraping in the mornings, I notice the coating on my tongue has decreased a lot. Especially the edema problem I experienced in my ankles, for which I couldn’t find a solution in several medical branches, is gone.
Maybe most importantly, I, who used to say I could never do without cheese, had wonderful breakfasts with salads for 3 weeks without ever going hungry. My preconceived notions about nutrition changed a lot.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues.
Whether they have any condition or not, I recommend everyone join so they can see that healthier eating is possible. Making this transition with a program where everything is thought through and guided down to the finest detail over 5 weeks is a huge convenience. Thanks to the knowledge learned, it also becomes possible to sustain healthy eating on your own.

What was your goal when starting this program?
First of all, I wanted to experience the Elimination diet. Whatever benefit it would have, I intended to experience it without prejudice — like detox, intolerance, etc.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I reached it and experienced it without any struggle at all. I observed that the food groups I removed from my diet relieved me and increased my energy. Realizing I wasn’t struggling is an amazing feeling! As someone who loves bread and cheese a lot, going through 5 weeks without them was very relieving. I still haven’t reintroduced bread. I don’t crave it! Experiencing this feeling is wonderful! Fruit is also one of these. During the day I used to eat 4-5 fruits, but now I can stay at 2 at most. I can’t believe it :))
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
My eating habits changed. Thanks to you, I now eat mindfully. I eat while questioning whether I’m actually hungry. I’ve gotten used to eating just by listening to my body, without thinking I have to eat because it’s mealtime or because I have to eat at the same time as the household. Bloating and gas decreased so much, maybe down to a minimum. I could say there’s not even enough to bother me.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I recommend it to those who eat on autopilot, those who say “I can’t live without bread, without cheese,” and those experiencing bloating and gas issues after eating.
Your smiling face, your naturalness, your knowledge, your sharing warmed my heart. Bless your effort :))
C.G.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I’m 28 years old and had been struggling with gastritis and reflux for a long time. Having to use stomach medication every day, even water causing bloating, and not being able to get through the day without a syrup preventing stomach burning were troubling me a lot. After a while I even stopped being able to understand which food affected me, because no matter what I ate or drank I was bloated and uncomfortable. I’ve followed you for a long time, and after reading the feedback from those who’d joined the EF seminar before, I said, “I think this is what I need,” and started this process with you to heal my stomach.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
By week 2, the vast majority of my complaints had passed, and even better, I finished the path I started with only the aim of healing my stomach by solving the source of my eating urge, what emotional hunger is, and how I’d built a psychological relationship with food. I can diagnose the foods that affect me one by one — of course this was important, but more so, I realized the matter isn’t just about keeping a certain food group away for a period; rather than restricting things, I needed to gain a perspective that would explain what and why I do things, why something doesn’t do me good — otherwise I could have said “elimination’s over, my stomach’s healed, let me go back to my old life now,” but that’s not what happened.
I’m continuing my elimination diet, only adding eggs, and my intention is to keep going this way a bit longer. 🙂 The reason for this is: what you do every day with your emails isn’t actually just giving elimination-suitable recipes, ensuring continuity etc. — it’s much more than that; you instill the perspective I mentioned. Especially bringing psychological reasons for eating and emotional hunger topics to the table was very useful. I learned to get out of autopilot, learned to stop when full, realized 90% of my eating urge stemmed from the effort to gain instant happiness. All of these were very valuable knowledge and experiences, and they’ll shape my eating pattern going forward.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
The bloating stemming from my stomach-gut issues disappeared, I lost 4 kilos and I think all of it came off from fat, because my clothes look so much better now, 🙂 my skin got prettier, I got fitter, and I’ve started feeling full eating much less than 2 months ago — sometimes I even eat so little it makes me unhappy about it. 🙂 You’ll ask how that happens; my eating habits settled into a healthy line, but my brain hasn’t fully transformed yet — I’m someone who’s placed eating and enjoying it at the center of life, so I still want to eat when I’m upset, but since my body now tells me it doesn’t need this, and since I can comfortably recognize when I’m full, I don’t/can’t eat even a slice of fruit that crosses my mind or that I crave. Getting frustrated because I can’t/don’t want to eat something is a really strange experience, but it was good in terms of forcing me to recognize emotional hunger and get through it by other means.
I was known by those close to me as a sweets maniac — a genuine sugar addict — and I confess, when I saw pekmez, honey, and other sweets on the forbidden foods list you sent in the prep week, I got secretly irritated with you 🙂 At the start of week 3, my sweet craving disappeared — despite having had dried-fruit slip-ups the first 2 weeks. Days have been passing for 2 weeks without me even wanting fruit, without it even crossing my mind — I’m quite surprised but I learned the reason thanks to you, bye-bye sweet-loving bacteria. :))
Both my husband and I are noticing this is the most comfortable Ramadan I’ve gone through, because my hunger-related tension decreased significantly, my fullness duration lengthened quite a bit, and during the fast I crave red pepper, hummus etc. instead of güllaç — really strange. 🙂
Besides this, I realized how much I love vegetables — turns out I was in love with red pepper without even knowing it, for example. 🙂 I realized my perspective on salad consisted of just tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and this changed entirely — now I happily prepare and eat very colorful, abundant salads; 4-5 times as much vegetables and fruit have started entering the house as before.
I’ve suffered from spring allergies for as long as I can remember, sneezing with bloodshot, watery eyes for 3 months of the year despite allergy medication. This year, even though I didn’t change my medication dose, my symptoms decreased so much since the start of elimination that I can’t describe it to you. I’d say this was the most unexpected and remarkable effect, and I’m very happy about it.
My period duration halved; not PMS, but the period itself went more comfortably.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues.
Those with stomach-gut issues, those allergic to anything including pollen/dust, those with preconceptions about healthy eating, those who say “I can’t live without sweets,” “I can’t feel full with vegetables.” Even someone like me who could never test their willpower around eating managed it — anyone can do it. Trust Sema Hanım 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
So glad you exist, getting to know you was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Warm regards to your whole family, hoping to meet in person one day too 🙂
A.A.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I had bloating and gas complaints. I had hunger crises.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I definitely never went hungry throughout the elimination, I had no hunger crises, no sweet crisis.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Especially after the middle of week 2, my body relaxed, my gut got into a routine, my gas and bloating problem ended, I feel lighter.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues.
Not just those with conditions — I also recommend it to those who want to learn to eat better but don’t know where to start.
Anything you’d like to add…
- A) How much I’ve been wearing my body out… Thinking about the amount of pasta and cheese I ate, it’s not possible now. Because that much food isn’t necessary. I’ve started asking more questions: “Am I truly hungry? Because I’ve realized most of the time I’m actually not hungry but thirsty.”
- B) I was astonished that breakfast salads keep me this full. The elimination has ended, but I’m continuing with these salads in the mornings.
E.C.
What was your goal when starting this program?
My goal was to cleanse my body after the chemotherapy I went through, purify myself of the medications’ effects, and learn how I could eat healthily in the long term.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The program is truly full. Honestly, at first I wondered how I’d feel full with these meals, and I wasn’t without fear. Especially for the breakfast meal. But as I started, I wasn’t going hungry — in fact my meal intervals were involuntarily lengthening. 🙂 Besides this, I literally discovered that eating salad at breakfast is an unshared secret. Right now I can prepare my breakfast in a sugar-free, gluten-free way, in various different ways, with originality. Learning this was a very good start for me.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
First of all, I gained weight. Haha, incredible but true. I’m someone who could be called thin. And in this 1-month period, I gained 2 kilos. And not in the belly — my face got life back into it. 🙂
My blood values, which hadn’t improved for 3 months, started improving in week 2 of the diet. I was very surprised by this.
Waking up at sunrise in the mornings doesn’t challenge me at all anymore. In fact, I’ve started waking up without an alarm.
And the most wonderful thing is my stomach doesn’t growl anymore, there’s no constant feeling of discomfort during the day, no urge to go to the bathroom. I have a stomach as light as a bird’s, and this feels really good.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues.
I recommend it to everyone. You don’t need to have an illness or a disorder. Even just to feel that lightness alone, it’s worth trying.
Anything you’d like to add…
So glad I crossed paths with you, Sema Hanım. Believe me, your support to me has been bigger than you’d guess. Thank you for everything. See you again.
Love.
Y.S.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Thank you so much, it was a wonderful program, and I don’t know how it could have helped more. The content of your program and your approach are very reassuring and full of incredibly practical knowledge. You presented, with great mastery, the correct knowledge I needed and how I could easily apply it in my life. I can say very comfortably that I’m now free of my old eating habits, because I easily learned, in this 5-week process, from such a skilled health coach as yourself, an eating habit that’s much better, much more pleasant, and that does me good physically and emotionally. My foundation is solid now — I’m making lovely healthy experiments in the kitchen. I’m enjoying it very much.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
My hunger intervals lengthened, my fondness for sweets decreased, I lost 3.5 kilos. My stomach bloating went down. My bathroom habits started getting easier. I found that all my bloating stemmed from dairy products and gluten.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I’d been noticing for a very long time that digestive system issues cause me emotional turmoil, but I could never quite figure out how to solve it. It’s a long story, but I can put it like this: I recommend it to people who feel that digestive issues cause emotional turmoil, who are thinking about attending to their emotional integrity and getting their eating/drinking in order, who are fond of sweets, who frequently experience stomach bloating, gas problems, indigestion, and who want to gain healthy, practical, easy, and equally fun eating habits.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for conveying all your knowledge to us in the most sincere and natural way. You have wonderful energy. I learned so much. Everything I learned settled in me so well because you inspire so much confidence with both your correct knowledge and your naturalness. I’m following you.
Love…
Ö.K.
What was your goal when starting this program?
My reason for starting the program was to get rid of my irregular eating and, as a result, my weight. Actually, my biggest reason was to harmonize my soul and body. As someone who constantly works with energies, with the final call coming from my soul, I understood I needed to fix this situation now, and you, Sema, became the answer to the question of how to do it. You became my guide on this path. So glad it was you…
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
In this program, first I needed to be determined, and afterward, of course, you got me to my goals. Your daily emails and your explaining day by day what we’d experience in those emails helped me so much I can’t describe it. Most importantly, you never left us alone at all. Unlike the food recommendations applied by other specialists, which turn people off from life, your recipes are healthier and more satisfying, and they’re all amazingggg. It’s exactly this wholeness of everything that leads toward reaching the goal.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
My biggest differences at the end of the program: I wake up more fit in the mornings, my sugar crises ended. My nighttime waking, my restless leg condition in my feet, ended. I lost weight, my activity level started increasing too. My face color literally brightened. The taste of everything I eat changed — I’ve started getting their true flavors. Aaand I established that connection between my body and my soul. In high-energy work, I can feel the incoming energy more clearly, without struggling or being fully active. I can hear my body. I saw how I was harming it with what I ate. Now I can hear my body’s reaction when I eat something it doesn’t want. I can feel my body’s happiness regarding this situation — what more could there be 🙂
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I could recommend this program for those who can’t lose weight, for those who eat junk food, for those who experience sugar crises, those with emotional eating problems, those who feel their energy has run out, and those who want to give up gluten and sugar but don’t know how. In short, everyone who wants to eat healthily…
Anything you’d like to add…
My advice to those about to start or hesitant: endure the first 3 days and know that this period will end. Afterward it’s very easy. The recipes you give compared to old habits make you say “what is this” at first 🙂 I can’t lie :))) but once you make it, you say “wow, how delicious this is.” Whatever recipe you insist on, definitely make it 🙂 If you’re insistent about a recipe, definitely make it.
So, in short… let them not think about anything and just leave themselves to the flow and to you — the rest comes comfortably.
So glad you’re one of my good things…
E.S.
What was your goal when starting this program?
My first goal in starting this program was to achieve purification and rest for my body through eating. Especially I wanted to stop the growing sugar craving that increased with eating. This vicious cycle had started becoming very exhausting. I also wanted to get rid of the bloating gluten created.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
First of all, it provided sustainability through the 21-day body-restructuring process. Being within a group platform, the daily emails, the livestreams filled with amazing knowledge, and delicious recipes enabled me to reach this goal. Actually, even though it’s not easy, I saw that it’s not too hard either if your kitchen is this well-equipped and you have your recipes. In this seminar too, everything was already prepared for us in abundance.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Physically, my frequent hunger pangs completely disappeared. Actually I noticed I’d sometimes eat even when not hungry, thinking “it’s time” or “what if I get hungry later.” The constant feeling of fullness felt very good to my body. Not having my sugar balance fluctuate at all is a very comfortable physical state.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I definitely recommend it if you want to make a healthy investment in your body, but I think it’s important to be mentally ready for it before starting.
Thanks…
S.T.
Those who know me say something’s changed about you, your demeanor has changed, as if one door closed and another opened. I feel these words inside me too. I lost 10 kilos during this period. My road is still quite long, but I see this eating style not as a diet but as a life routine. That’s why I’m not in a panic state (mostly).
What was your goal when starting this program?
- a) My goal was to be able to stick to the program, because I never thought I could stick to it. In fact, I spent the initial 1-week preparation period not by being careful about what I ate, but quite the opposite — eating (stockpiling) whatever I could find until the last evening, out of fear that I’d never be able to eat these again. But the Zoom meeting you held one day before elimination, on Sunday night, had a miracle-like effect on me. You explained what’s happening in our body, our gut movements, so beautifully — you showed with your fingers moving that gluten blocks this movement, and consequently signals couldn’t reach the brain. Whatever impression this made, I’ve been explaining this to everyone I come across since. 🙂
- b) Deep down, my biggest goal was to be able to stop my eating attacks and reshape my relationship with food. I also wanted my gut to become healthy again, since it had gotten quite irritated from eating too much chocolate and pizza.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I never believed this would happen, but I became able to control my eating and sweet attacks, and quite comfortably at that. My relationship with food changed. I now see that making much healthier choices isn’t hard at all. Also, you explained the transition back to normal life after elimination so beautifully that I have no stress at all. If I slip a bit off track at New Year’s, I know I can balance it out and return to my routine. The 10 kilos I lost is just a beginning — I know that with this program I’ll both eat healthily and lose weight at the same time…
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
The biggest physical change: the 10 kilos coming off, my stomach flattening, my back hurting less in the mornings, and my not falling into sweet crises anymore.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues.
I recommend it to everyone who can’t build a healthy relationship with food. I also recommend it to those who want to improve their general health condition by healing their gut health.
Anything you’d like to add…
I thank you endlessly for achieving what I thought no one, including myself, could achieve, and for directing me toward healthy eating. You must have appeared before me at exactly the right time. I want to join your other seminars for some points I still need to work on. But I think there’s a bit more time before those — first I want to properly settle what I’ve learned right now, then take a deep breath and jump into other topics.
Lastly, under normal circumstances I never like looking at a recipe and cooking something, but I use your bread-like recipes especially very often.
Always stay happy and healthy, may your face always smile, may love never be lacking from your life…
Love
I.T.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I started to understand whether the cause of my migraine pain was related to my nutrition.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
There was a decrease in the frequency of my migraine pain.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I could describe it in one word: “not getting hungry.” My mother, sibling, and husband joined me in this adventure too. They say the same thing. In fact, they mentioned feeling less tired, being energetic, and not struggling waking up early in the morning. For a long time I’d been trying to restrict some of my bad eating habits and failing. Joining an activity like this as a group and the emails coming from you every morning increased my motivation. Where I used to say I couldn’t live a single day without coffee, even now that it’s been almost a week since elimination ended, I still haven’t felt the need to reintroduce coffee. The same situation applied to white cheese and yogurt.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I think you don’t need to have any issue at all. Everyone should join and see how enjoyable healthy eating is.
Anything you’d like to add…
I’d been following you on Instagram for a long time and had also been thinking about joining elimination for a long time. What drew me in mainly was how delicious your recipes were when I tried them, how they were unlike other diet products, and how they could be made with easily-found ingredients. When you said on Instagram that we’re starting a new elimination group, this time it made me say “now’s the time.” Maybe it really was something my body wanted and the right time had come. Actually, I don’t see myself as someone who eats poorly. I eat 2 meals a day and don’t consume anything except herbal tea after 7 PM in the evening. For lunch, I mainly eat salad or breakfast-type foods that I prepare at home and take to work.
I’m not much into sweets. I don’t buy packaged products. I’m mostly a vegetable person — I consume meat once a week, and that’s fish (of course occasionally there’s organic chicken and red meat too, but 1-2 times a month). I prefer organic products when shopping and pay attention to consuming seasonal fruits and vegetables. I don’t like milk, but I used to consume dairy products like cheese and yogurt every day. However, I do have a few weak points, and unfortunately this is in the carbohydrate direction. Simit, açma, börek, pizza, pasta are my weak points. But I think I’ll figure out how to balance this, and that these will lose their appeal over time and I’ll reduce my consumption of them as long as they’re not forbidden. Another weak point is my coffee consumption. Before elimination, my coffee consumption was 4 cups of filter coffee a day, 1 cup of Turkish coffee. Now, even though I haven’t gone back to coffee yet, I plan to bring this down to 1, max 2 cups a day. Drinking it savoring every sip will be the most enjoyable. I’d previously taken MBSR training from another instructor, and adapting this knowledge to nutrition together with you opened new horizons for me. This was the biggest plus of this program for me. Another big plus was doing a Zoom meeting with you once a week and getting an email from you every morning.
Thank you so much for everything. I’ll keep following your beautiful and delicious recipes on Instagram and enjoying your energizing, motivating posts. Hoping you keep sharing lots of dancing posts.. because watching your lovely dancing posts, I’ve started relaxing myself with dance at home too, it felt really good. 🙂 So glad you exist.
N.Y.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I joined with the thought that giving up gluten and sugar would be easier with group dynamics. Much different doors ended up opening.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It never crossed my mind that I could give it up this easily in this short a time. Honestly, even if I gave it up, I thought I’d have occasional slip-ups afterward. Such a superego has formed that my hand can’t even reach toward it.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I work shifts. The body and mind fatigue that comes after a shift decreased so, so much. Even during times I slept 2-3 hours — which were also broken up — I could continue very comfortably into the next day. Due to my work schedule, falling asleep used to be very hard, and my nighttime sleep had become very shallow. After elimination, falling asleep and getting into deep sleep became much easier. In short, my sleep quality increased incredibly. These were much more valuable to me than the physical change. As for the physical change, I was 51 kg and dropped to 48, but what was felt was even more. My waist slimmed 5 cm. I comfortably wore the pants I wore before pregnancy, which hadn’t happened even when I was 48 kg before. My real aim wasn’t losing weight, but what came off came off from fat.
I recommend this program to those with the following kinds of issues:
I strongly recommend it to people like me who repeatedly give up sugar and gluten and start again even worse upon return. My mind became so much clearer — what great torment I’d been putting myself through for years. As someone working shifts, I experienced this much change — no doubt it would have been even better if my sleep had been regular. First of all, your energy is so wonderful that it becomes a very comfortable process.
Anything you’d like to add…
Getting to know you was the most wonderful thing. Maybe one day we’ll meet somewhere 😊
F.D.
I joined your April elimination group, and I’m/was someone who’s more or less managed to integrate this routine into my life since that day, someone lazy, who hates washing greens, fond of carbs and sweets. 🙂
Before starting elimination, I want to mention a terrible, long period that upended my whole psychology, where my fear level of leaving home/staying outside was maxed out. Unfortunately I suffered a lot from my gut system — I could face a painful/cramping bathroom need at any moment, and the cramps came so untimely and severely that if I couldn’t find a bathroom nearby, I felt like I’d die. That’s why I’d even have panic attacks going to the market, and I struggled a lot to calm myself.
I’d start crying, hating my body, wondering why I was like this. I went to many doctors, they’d say it’s irritable bowel syndrome and give the same medication, and I’d get no results and get angry at my body again, resenting it. While out, storms would rage inside me thinking “what if I get a cramp in my stomach now,” while my face would barely smile, and inside I’d pray that I too could spend comfortable time like normal people.
I’d been following you for a long time too and noting the recipes of yours that resonated with me. But did I ever make them? Of course not! Because I was genuinely lazy and had lost my belief in anything’s healing power. 🙂
After some time passed since my last doctor appointment, I said medication isn’t going to be the answer, and getting inspired by the dozens of wonderful stories you shared, I signed up for the program. I knew I couldn’t establish a routine on my own based on your recipes — I’m not that organized or determined a person. Kudos to whoever can do it. 🙂 So glad I joined your program.
I continued the first 2 months without a single slip-up and listened to my body. What do you think it told me? “Don’t drink tea!!!” Could that be it? So much so that while my husband would say to me “you eat food just to drink tea,” I realized tea didn’t do me good. Because despite eating fully suited to elimination, my bloating continued in the evenings, and I was again entering the “this didn’t work either” mode and about to get angry at my body, buuuut I listened. 🙂 I noticed I’d last had tea and my bloating had increased, and I cut out tea. 🙁 I was sad at first, but with the whole elimination I got so much relief, so much relief, I can’t describe it. I, who said I can’t have breakfast without cheese, life isn’t possible without tea, I’ll go into crisis if I don’t eat something sweet after a meal, started not missing cheese, tea, and sweets at all. I’m shocked, I’m stunned! 🙂 So let everyone be sure: there’s no irreplaceable flavor, there’s always a healthy alternative for it 🙂
Now I occasionally eat, without overdoing it, only flavors worth the trouble I’ll experience just for myself. Because I know that if I treat myself harshly and restrict strictly, the backlash could be bad. I mean, I’d say “ugh, am I really going to deal with dieting.” 🙂 If I get the taste from a bite or two, that’s enough, the rest is harm.
So what’s changed in my life now? My painful, cramping, blood-pressure-dropping-level painful bathroom need decreased so, so much — occasionally there’s excess gas bloating, but never like before. Before I’d get exhausted, lie down right away, now it’s not like that. I’m continuing my medications and I believe they’re now benefiting more too. Because if I don’t take them, it can be a bit harder.
Besides these, my skin dryness, which was flaky like fish skin, decreased, and the sinus drainage I experienced every morning has almost ended. The panic attack part decreased — there’s a bit still, but I choose to focus on the moment and trust my body. I’m doing well right now and I’ll keep staying well. Travel challenges me a bit, but that’ll pass too.
One point I want to mention is being treated like a sick person by those around me. When I say I don’t eat this/that/the other, the misconception that this is a health problem upsets me. This is my choice — there are points where it affects health, but if I ate it, I’d eat it, it wouldn’t kill me but it’d make me suffer. 🙂 I’m not sick, I’m just trying to stay healthy. I also understand your passion for explaining things very well, because when people around me get curious, I try to explain what I’ve learned as best I can, and I enjoy it. Let everyone know, let them become aware. In fact, I even became the reason 2 people realized the yogurt they ate in the evenings caused their stomach pain. Such a simple thing, but a person just can’t figure it out on their own. While talking, when I mentioned “could it be from that,” they said they got relief once they cut it out. Contributing to this awareness is a lovely feeling.
P.S.: I still don’t like washing greens, but I bear with it because it’s nice to eat. 🙂
Love
E.G.T.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I knew I needed to eat healthily because I had constant bloating in my stomach, digestive problems, and a constant urge to eat whatever tasted good that I couldn’t resist. But I couldn’t figure out where and how to start, and how to sustain it. I thought what’s called “healthy” was, so to speak, popular nonsense, and since I thought the prices were inflated, I kept postponing this idea. When I saw your program, I thought joining would do me good and signed up. I was even happier when you conveyed that what we’d eat would be seasonal vegetables and fruits grown in our country.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I understood that my constant urge to eat tasty things I couldn’t stop wasn’t hunger, and that this urge could be satisfied and stopped. My weakness for sugar decreased. I can use the word “no” toward foods more easily now.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
As you also noted, my aim wasn’t losing weight. That’s why I didn’t weigh myself either at the start or at the end of the program. But my pants got looser and I don’t feel bloated — my stomach is flat when I wake up in the mornings and when I go to sleep at night. 🙂 I also notice my digestive system has relaxed.
I can wake up on my own in the mornings without setting an alarm. I still haven’t discovered whether it’s gluten or milk and dairy products that strain me, because I want to continue this way a bit longer.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend the program to people like me who want to start eating healthily but can’t figure out how, and who have digestive problems. Especially the emails you send every day and joining the weekly meetings with all the participants are elements that increase motivation too. Because a person can easily give up when alone. But every morning when I received your cheerful email, I continued more willingly about following the program that day too.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much. May your joy never be lacking. I’m so glad you exist. 🙂
S.E.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I started with the goal of overcoming Type 2 diabetes and reaching a healthy weight.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It helped me understand my body’s needs better. It changed my behaviors in a positive direction. My awareness increased.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
My body slimmed 2 cm and I lost 3 kg. I used to consume a lot of milk and dairy products. Throughout the program I didn’t crave them. Since you said we can eat goat cheese, I ordered goat yogurt and cheese. Sometimes if I really crave it, I eat it. I eat when hungry, stop when full. I used to eat on autopilot before. Eating is now like a celebration for me. While eating, I don’t pay attention to any outside stimulant. I wash and dry my greens. I make my daily salad. Even when out, my salad is with me. When I get hungry in the evening, I ask myself what I ate insufficiently today or if I ate something I shouldn’t have. I find the answer and tell myself to eat fully and healthily next time. When something stresses me or doesn’t, I turn to the breathing exercise you taught. I was addicted to hazelnuts. With the raisin exercise my awareness increased, I don’t overconsume anymore.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone eating unhealthily, unaware of their body, and who wants to learn and apply functional medicine. People around me started asking, and I started recommending you. I’m so glad you exist. I’m truly in awe of your vast knowledge and positive energy. Our journey with you will continue.
With my love
Ş.D.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To understand the reason behind my uncontrollable eating urge and find a solution.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It helped me reach my goals by showing me that control is in me, in my mind.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I hung on the wall at the dinner table the questions I can ask myself and points I can pay attention to before and while eating, and I look at them, check in with myself when my eye catches them. It turns out I get full so quickly. 🙂 Until age 39 I thought I loved sweets, but it turns out I love sour, not sweet. 🙂 Peanuts, which I could eat endlessly once I sat down, are now just an ordinary legume for me — 3 is enough. 🙂 Most importantly, even though my kids don’t notice it right now, the colorful salad on the table is catching their attention, and this will influence their eating style when they grow up.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To those who rummage through the junk-food cabinet whenever they’re idle or bored. 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you for everything. 🙂

What was your goal when starting this program?
To gain a regularly healthier eating habit.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
With alternative recipes, it was a 3 weeks that passed without going hungry or feeling deprived. With the preparations done at the start of the week, I was able to continue regularly without ever falling into a gap. Thanks to this program, I saw that I could always do, much more easily, the good eating habits I’d previously done from time to time but could never fully incorporate into my life.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
The sweet cravings I used to get even when full, before the program, completely ended. I can easily see now that instead of eating unquestioningly out of habit, I eat mindfully and now stop once I feel full. I still haven’t reintroduced the milk, sugar, and gluten we removed during the program, and I don’t feel any desire regarding this at all. Cheese from dairy products used to be my must-have, and it’s truly wonderful that this could change in 3 weeks. As for sugar and gluten, I have such wonderful alternatives that it would be quite fine even if they’re never in my life again.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone experiencing digestive issues, who wants to eat more consciously, and who actually wants to do themselves a great favor that will serve them for their whole life.
Anything you’d like to add…
It’s been a lovely 3 weeks, but as you noted, this was just a beginning for the process going forward. I thank you personally for this program you prepared with such rich content.
I wish you healthy days.
İ.A.
First of all, I could say I already miss your morning emails.
For me, this was a process where I couldn’t quite tell when it started and ended. My real starting aim was to get my ongoing battle with food back on track. In a process where I couldn’t understand that I never actually enjoyed the food I first reached for in every emotion — whether unhappy, happy, angry, insecure — never understanding when my plate was full or empty, I decided to start by accidentally coming across your new program. And I started experiencing many things at once: losing 4.5 kilos, never even feeling the need to bake buckwheat bread, eating only 2 meals, observing improvements in my eczema, lightening in my body, being able to go to the bathroom regularly, and grasping that when I feel the urge to eat, there’s actually an emotional situation behind it — many such awarenesses. While my family thought I was going hungry, my getting angry at them at one point made everyone realize the situation too. I’m full and happy. One of the interesting parts is that I’m not thinking about doing the reintroduction phase right now. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience you gave me. Deniz Hanım, thank you as well for your information throughout this process.

What was your goal when starting this program?
To gain healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime, and to approach my reflux condition, which has troubled me for years, with a new understanding of nutrition. What I learned in this program was never just for 3 weeks for me.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
There was a very important first step I needed to take regarding nutrition. I started here to learn the fundamentals and then develop and continue afterward. In this sense, the program helped me.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Physically, I lost 3.5 kg. For 4 weeks (I’d started ahead of time to prepare for the program), I never ate chocolate. When I read your book, I got acquainted with a concept very important to me: substitution. Not depriving myself of anything, creating healthy versions instead. When this motto combined with what I learned in the program, I observed many changes in myself behaviorally too. I don’t attack chocolate anymore. I always carefully read the ingredients of packaged products. I question the differences between craving something, being truly hungry, and psychologically needing a certain food group. I’m honest with myself and act accordingly.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To everyone who wants to do themselves a kindness. This program is truly wonderful because it covers not just the nutrition part but the soul, mind, and breath parts too. I was already following your recipe and mindfulness writings, and with this program much knowledge was reinforced too.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for all your effort. Always stay happy and healthy.

What was your goal when starting this program?
Actually, I’m not someone who normally eats very unhealthily. I’ve followed you for a very long time and tried most of your recipes. Since my eating had gotten a bit disrupted lately, I promised myself to make a new start for myself. I’d tried an elimination like this on my own before but couldn’t sustain it for very long. Also, I thought what you’d explain would definitely add something for me.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Even though I struggled a lot at first, I completed the 3 weeks. In fact I’m continuing on my own now. Maybe now I’ll treat myself with more compassion and not wear my body out trying to fill my soul with eating attacks.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Since there aren’t insulin fluctuations, I feel calmer. I haven’t lost weight, but my stomach bloating decreased significantly and my waist area shrank.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a different perspective on their eating, rest their gut, but most importantly recognize their hunger and fullness, and learn to treat themselves and their body well. It could be thought of as trying to return to factory settings 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
Actually, these 3 weeks also happened to be the weeks in which perhaps the biggest change in my life occurred. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with scleroderma and polymyositis, and an intensive medication treatment was started. This situation painfully hit me in the face — how little I’d been listening to my own body, how I’d ignored it as it tried to send me signals, how I never saw myself while caring about everything of everyone else. Since steroids have started, I’m continuing the program in my own way, and I probably won’t add gluten back to my diet for a long time in particular. Thank you so much for your contribution. With the hope that we can one day learn to love ourselves more than anyone else..
D.D.
What was your goal when starting this program?
My goal when starting the program was to, just as I’d previously overcome PCOS and achieved pregnancy, take the path of losing weight again as an extremely important step toward a new pregnancy.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
There’s something Sema says in the program that’s truly extremely correct. Most diets end in disappointment because there’s no alternative at hand and the person unfortunately gives in to their weaknesses at that moment and returns to their old eating habits. Sema wraps a person up so much — she shares recipes every single day, saying prepare these so your hand doesn’t take the easy way out. This is such an important thing! Because you don’t do a shock diet with all these recipes, maybe a possibility for lasting, long-term weight loss forms in a person’s life. That’s why this wrapping-up provides serious motivation and serious hope in terms of being able to reach future goals.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I’ve come to believe that as long as I can create alternatives for things I love and want to eat and keep these alternatives at hand, I can achieve lasting weight loss for myself. Thank you!
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend this program to everyone who’s set their mind on taking the reins of their life and needs a hand they can hold tightly on this path. As someone who does this work with genuine love rather than pretense, with Sema’s positivity, the dozens of smileys she uses even in a plain email, for really achieving a lasting routine in life, she holds your hand so tightly…
Anything you’d like to add…
I’ll also join the March elimination program. I’m sure I still won’t be able to do a complete elimination, but that isn’t my aim anyway. My goal was to be able to build myself a route toward lasting weight loss with your positivity and recipes. Thank you for your support. 🙂

What was your goal when starting this program?
To purify my body of toxins, feel healthier and fitter — and consequently be a more “cheerful” person, feel better… Lastly, to lighten up…
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
As it happens, the program answered all these expectations of mine. The shared documents, the livestreams, and on top of these, Sema Hanım’s positive energy and support were incredibly beneficial for getting our nutrition — and consequently our lives — into order without making life harder or more complicated.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Both I myself and my family and friends noticed I’d slimmed down, and looked more energetic and fit. I’m not as aggressive a person as before, I don’t experience hunger/sweet crises… I can end the day very comfortably with two meals, I feel full at meals. What I eat doesn’t cause discomfort — no gas/bloating, nausea, burning etc. My joint pain decreased noticeably. In short, I feel more comfortable and better in every sense. And of course, lighter 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
To almost everyone…
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you for everything, lots of love…
G.T.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To change eating habits that had continued for years and that we knew, speed up metabolism, and resolve stomach and intestinal issues. To experience awareness in nutrition and have a new experience.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I especially noticed the discomfort caused by gluten and dairy products, and by gaining a new eating habit, I learned that you can feel full this way too.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
The intervals before I get hungry lengthened, and I no longer eat without being hungry. While eating, I eat more slowly and mindfully.
Who would you recommend this program to?
First of all my husband, :)) those with weight problems, those with recurring illnesses, and those who say “I want to change my eating habit but don’t know where to start.”
Anything you’d like to add…
Joining this program, where I roughly knew what would happen at the start but didn’t know it would be this effective and make me this happy, was truly a very good experience. As a family, we’re determined to keep eating this way from now on. Thank you so much for your plain, sincere, and satisfying delivery and posts.
With my most sincere love…

What was your goal when starting this program?
After three months of staying locked at home nonstop during the pandemic, following cakes, breads, pastries, and pizzas, I was diagnosed with insulin resistance, started medication, and was referred to a specialist. My aim was to make healthy eating a lifestyle by understanding myself the logic of what and why I should or shouldn’t consume, without being under diet pressure.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It definitely helped a lot — this was exactly what I was looking for. Above all, giving up dairy products by my own wish and choice was an incredible thing for me. I can never do something that doesn’t make sense to me, and you answered all our questions in our minds so beautifully — the logic, the why, the how of this whole thing. I used to say I can’t do without cheese, but I didn’t crave it at all. I think I’ve said goodbye to dairy products. Sugar was also something very hard for me to give up. Even sugar-free cocoa peanut butter tasted sweet to me today. I think I’ve said bye-bye to sugar too. Regarding gluten, my love of simit really challenged me and I ate some — just a little bit though :). Einkorn and buckwheat are the flours most suited to my palate, I think — I’ll continue with these.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
When someone says “let’s eat,” I don’t eat just to keep them company — I can say I’m not hungry, you eat, I’ll drink something. I think this happened thanks to the mindfulness training. I ask my body if I’m hungry, and its answer is already ready 🙂 Waking up fit and early on my own was the change I noticed from the very first week. After your mindfulness training, I dropped from two meals a day to sometimes one meal a day — if I’m not hungry, I don’t eat. Understanding whether I’m truly hungry really helped. There was some weight loss too, of course.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I highly, highly recommend it to those who value themselves and their life, who want to take a step toward healthy living but feel too lazy, and who don’t know where to start. You explain things with such a beautiful language and calm, presenting all your knowledge sincerely as methods to apply for a lifetime… I recommend it to everyone around me, and I tell everyone: make some of your healthy recipes, feed them to people, and let them see healthy things taste good too, so you come join too :))
Anything you’d like to add…
I feel like I know you even though we haven’t met in person — bless your effort for your sincerity, your warmth, and for so generously sharing this wonderful knowledge both on your Instagram page and in this program. Thank you so much. I sincerely wish you a happy, healthy, and peaceful life. I hope we get the chance to meet in person someday. Your books will now be at the top of the list of gifts I’ll get for my friends.
With love
C.D.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I have a rheumatic disease called ankylosing spondylitis. I have unbearable pain. The fact that autoimmune diseases stem from the immune system and that I need to take better care of myself always nagged at my mind, but I didn’t know how to start. Thanks to Sema Hanım, I became aware, learned, and feel better about myself. :))
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I found answers to the questions in my mind both in our meetings and through emails, and now I look at nutrition differently. This was what I wanted to learn. That is, I reached my goal.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I wasn’t someone with a weight problem, but I still lost 2 kg, and I observed this came entirely from fat, because my waist and hip area each decreased by two centimeters and my belly became completely flat. :))) Sometimes I went to the bathroom 2-3 times a day, my intestines worked incredibly well. I’ve never experienced anything like this normally in my 40 years of life.. :))) Now I can satisfy my sweet cravings with much healthier recipes and in moderation. It turns out that’s possible too — I learned this. I’m shocked! :)) I’ve educated myself quite a bit on what and how much to eat, and how it comes back to affect me and make me unhappy if I don’t do that.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I’ve already recommended it to my friends. 🙂 There are those who don’t dare, those who ask me questions about what, how, and with whom I did these practices, and those who want to start at the first opportunity.. I gave them the information too. I also shared posts on social media. I helped those who were curious. I sent them Sema Hanım’s page.
Anything you’d like to add…
This eating plan might leave me, but I won’t leave it, Sema Hanım :))) I feel healthy and energetic. That’s why I’m continuing my “3’lü Eliminasyon” eating.. Thank you for all your help and effort. Kisses, and wishing you good work..

Hello Sema Hanım,
I’d been following you for a very long time. I thought a lot about starting elimination. So glad I started. I had a wonderful 3 weeks. I especially thank you for telling me to keep going when I got COVID at the start of week 2. I think I got through COVID comfortably thanks to you. Besides the medications and vitamins I took for COVID, I did the elimination without slip-ups as much as I could. My bloating and gas problem disappeared. I started waking up with a flat stomach in the mornings. Post-meal drowsiness and my sweet/carb crises ended. My hunger intervals lengthened. Even though my period arrived, I didn’t experience a sweet crisis. I’d had experiences of quitting sugar before, but each time I came back with even bigger cravings. During my illness I also tried many of your recipes, and my daughter ate them with me, enjoying them. Thank you so much for these 3 weeks. You taught me to eat with mindfulness. You made me realize I have emotional hunger and that’s why I had sweet crises. Thank you so much for everything. Bless your effort. The best part is not waking up bloated in the mornings, waking up more energetic, and not experiencing bloating and gas problems after meals. Thank you so much for all the knowledge you gave. I want to join your other programs in order too. See you soon.
T.B.
Hello Sema Hanım,
Thank you for everything. This program was a milestone for me, thanks to you. For the first time in my life, I left food on my plate (I ate it the next day :)), for the first time I did 10 minutes of exercise and felt satisfied, and it even continued afterward; I tried healthy, low-carb recipes that even my husband happily eats (as you know, he used to devour all the pastries at night :)) and I started listening to and understanding myself, which increased my water intake and decreased my sweet cravings (I used to be someone who lived life finding joy through eating sweets). I’m sure I’ll enjoy sweets again, but I won’t build my joy around it. I grasped the logic of eating throughout the day without calculating calories or counting items. Of course, years of habits keep challenging me, but with the “1>0” life philosophy, I’m feeling the transformation little by little.
A teacher shouldn’t just teach information — they should also guide you toward making that information sustainable in practice. As an educator’s perspective, I think you do this work very well and with love. Your touch on my life is very valuable — know that.
Love

What changes do you observe in yourself after the Meditation and Breathing Training?
I learned to continue from where I left off instead of giving up when my mind drifted elsewhere while trying to focus. There are so many varied techniques in this program that, thanks to you, I realized there’s no such thing as “you must always meditate in a quiet setting and alone.” Once I discovered that achieving body-mind-soul unity is also possible while walking, listening to music matching breathing rhythm, or through movements, it became much easier to adapt into daily life.
Were you able to find answers to the question marks in your mind regarding Meditation and Breathing?
Yes, definitely I found answers.
Was the program and its details understandable for you?
You compiled and shared your knowledge with us with such care that both those who’ve never tried it in their life and those who occasionally try found something, as did those who wanted to experience different techniques… And you presented everything you know so generously and lovingly, without getting hung up on the clock during live lessons, that I think this was the most beautiful part of the program. Thank you so much for your effort.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone, including children, because we all need to apply these throughout the day to achieve body-mind-soul unity.
