My happiness is overflowing as there are so many beautiful and profound messages of change that they can’t all fit here. Every step you take towards healthy and mindful eating reminds me once again that I’m on the right path. If you are also considering making this lifelong investment in yourself, I am proudly sharing the comments received after the “I’m on Elimination, I’m Mindful” Seminar, hoping they will be helpful.
E.S.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal when I started the Elimination Diet was to gain knowledge that I would use throughout my life and to share this knowledge with those who wanted to benefit from it.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It was very helpful.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
I was doing the Elimination Diet for about two years, but I was stuck in the elimination phase. I realized this situation in Sema Hanım’s FSB Program and joined the program and learned about the real Elimination Diet. So, there is such a thing as feedback. For two years, I lived by strict rules without any flexibility whatsoever. There wasn’t even 5-10% flexibility in me. Some things I couldn’t eliminate from my diet during my previous elimination program were things like coffee, eggs, or bread in meatballs. Because I was on vacation halfway through the program, I haven’t actually done the diet yet, but I’ve learned things that will last a lifetime. I’ve experienced significant behavioral changes at this stage. For example, I’ve understood the importance of going to bed early (I’m still working on improving, but I’m aware of it now). I would never eat anything with yogurt, and I would even go hungry when I had to eat out. Thanks to the program, my vacation wasn’t ruined in that respect. Overall, being flexible has been good for me in every area because I’m very rule-bound, and now I’ve learned to treat myself better.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems. I strongly recommend this program to everyone. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, but I believe that not only those with this condition but also healthy individuals of all ages should participate in this program, applying it as needed. I will recommend it to everyone around me who is interested.
Anything else you’d like to add…
Ms. Sema taught me not only about healthy eating, but also about what mindfulness means, what meditation is for, and concepts like taking good care of yourself and behaving well. I immediately became a member of the Birth of Goodness Platform. The platform is simply excellent… I thank you for your efforts. You are my guide; I am learning so much from you. I love your enthusiasm for sharing knowledge. I’m so glad you exist…
I.V.K.
What was your goal when you started this program?
To gain a new experience in nutrition, to understand how my body really reacts to allergenic foods, and to boost my energy.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Thanks to the information and recipes provided by Ms. Sema, the elimination weeks went very easily. Thanks to these guidelines, I was able to observe what truly resonated with me, how my energy levels rose with food that made my body happy. In this sense, I believe I have achieved my goals.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
I don’t know my body measurements and weight, but I’ve experienced a noticeable slimming down, and I’ve become much more energetic. I woke up more easily for my morning workouts, and I enjoyed my training more.
Behaviorally, I’ve started to be able to recognize when I’m full. These are small changes in my journey, but I’m now able to distinguish between when I’m full and when I truly crave something. I still struggle during stressful moments, but I have the motivation and, even at a beginner level, the knowledge – the tools – to work on this. I’ll keep working…
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
In my opinion, you don’t actually need to wait to experience problems to start this program. However, I would recommend it to anyone who is unsure about their diet, has indecisive eating habits, and feels they don’t know their own body. It can be done for both awareness and a good cleanse. I think realizing how much we are subjected to in daily life liberates the body and mind. For example, at work, they constantly bring us tea and coffee, lunch is at a specific time, and there’s fruit or a snack in the afternoon. Are we eating because we really want to, or because it’s routine? We eat without asking ourselves this question. Besides being an awareness for nutrition, for me it created an opportunity to question all the impositions or involuntary habits in my daily life.
In addition to awareness, I want to share my experience with coffee. Throughout the entire elimination program, I only talked about coffee; the rest was very easy and fun. We ate colorful vegetables, made new recipes, it was productive. The first day I introduced coffee, I was shocked; it wasn’t the taste I remembered, it even burned my stomach. The moments I enjoy are social interactions, not drinking coffee. We can know this theoretically, but I believe experiencing it makes it more lasting.
Anything else you’d like to add…
Ms. Sema’s energy… She is loving and supportive at every stage. Even to questions that sometimes made me anxious because they seemed meaningless, she gave such wonderful answers that I was always motivated. She was very supportive in terms of this experience, which could have been challenging at first. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs support regarding their health.
S.K.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I have a strong interest in functional medicine and healthy eating, but I only know a little about them. I’ve had countless experiences with diets and dieticians. After learning that diets don’t always work, I decided to focus on healthy eating. There are probably a lot of resources on this topic, but it can be quite confusing. Getting coaching makes a huge difference; it guides you to find the right path for yourself. I wanted to reinforce and integrate what I’d learned and find a way to permanently adapt it to my life.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
With this program, I learned why I do what I do. I experienced firsthand how to do what I want to do and what effects/results it has on my own body.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself by the end of the program?
I’ve slimmed down, toned up, revitalized, and my energy has increased. I can literally say my mood has changed 🙂 Behaviorally, the most important gain was discovering that even if we stray from the right path, our warm home is waiting for us.
I recommend this program to those experiencing problems such as hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, indigestion, gas problems, and even brain fog and fibromyalgia.
Anything you’d like to add…
I would very much like you to get to know Sema Hanım and receive coaching from her, and I highly recommend it. She truly helps you gain incredible awareness. She is definitely very positive, very supportive, and guiding. She shares her personal experiences and knowledge in such a beautiful and productive way that after each live broadcast, you feel like you’ve listened to a lecture or read at least two books.
You feel Sema Hanım and Deniz Hanım’s sincere support throughout the program (and even afterwards, their gentle and cheerful voices linger in your ears 🙂)
I.E.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal was to get rid of my minor ailments in the short term, and in the medium and long term,
to switch to healthy eating and maintain it. I was constantly in a state of “oh, that didn’t help,
this made things worse,” and I’ve had a long-standing problem with my intestines, and after spending half of my last vacation sick and unhappy, I said to myself, I should apply to Sema’s program. Four years ago, I gifted myself therapy on my birthday, and this year I gifted myself your training 🙂
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The emails I receive every day are very good for motivation, as are the live broadcasts.
I’ve even participated in a live broadcast when I was feeling down and saved the rest of the evening.
The guidance on shopping, the preparation suggestions, and the careful answers to questions were all great. Between her dedication, Sema Hanım’s energy, and her efforts, you don’t even realize how five weeks have flown by.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
I lost three kilos, I slimmed down by two centimeters, my boyfriend said my skin is better, but I’m still finding fault with that part 🙂 I can easily start my day at six o’clock,
I sleep if I want to, but when I wake up at six, I wake up feeling great and start the day well.
I think my mind has also calmed down during this process, because I’ve been eating well. PMS is a very
emotional and sensitive period for me, it coincided with that twice during the elimination phase, but apart from two small moments, I didn’t experience anything negative, and even then I recovered very quickly.
I also got a very clear understanding of my relationship with food, which is a bit of a long story.
I recommend this program to those who have the following problems:
I recommend it to anyone who wants to cleanse their body, you don’t need to experience any problems.
I definitely recommend it to those with emotional eating disorders, at least you get through those eating attacks by eating healthy things 🙂 Don’t say, “I’ve been following Sema Hanım for a long time,
what else could there be in the program?”, because entering a process with a certain flow is good for you, and some information I may have missed before has clarified some issues for me.
Anything you’d like to add…
I could probably write pages here 🙂 First of all, let me say this, in our house you are
“My dear Sema” and for a long time I’ve had the dream of “oh, if only I were home, making my dear Sema’s recipes”.
You were a part of my happiness package at the end of some somewhat restless times.
I had started making them occasionally, but during this process I tried more of your recipes,
and saw that they could be made and were very delicious. I think trying things we haven’t tried before in the kitchen is good for our minds too, we are a little surprised, we learn a little, we discover a little. It’s not just a matter of “food”.
T.A.
What was your goal when you started this program?
It was a program I didn’t want to do at all because I was afraid I would struggle. I decided to try it because of my daughter’s intense pressure. I thought I would give up if I couldn’t do it.
So I had no goal…
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
We started the elimination phase and I was so grateful to my daughter. I didn’t struggle at all. The recipes you shared helped everything flow very easily, and I realized how much we fill our bodies with unnecessary foods. I saw the impact of healthy eating on our daily lives, both mentally and physically.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
Three kilograms lost in three weeks…losing a size in such a short time is incredibly rewarding. The self-confidence and joy of achieving it are an added bonus. I developed a completely different perspective on eating and drinking. I want to live without falling into the sugar trap, just like you, until my last breath.
I would recommend this program to those who have the following problems:
Thankfully, I don’t have any health or weight problems. But for years, I was stuck at a certain weight. No matter what I tried, the numbers on the scale wouldn’t change, and now I’ve finally achieved it! 🙂
You feel as light as a bird, and it happens without ever feeling hungry.
Anything else you’d like to add…
Ms. Sema, thank you so much for sharing such valuable information. I really believe in this information and will memorize it. It will always guide me.
I used to reach for liquid sweeteners in the market, but I never bought them because I didn’t fully understand what they were. You explained it so well; I have no more questions. Thank you.
The cheat meal idea is also great. 🙂
May you live a long and healthy life. May we also live in health with your valuable information and recipes.
Take very good care of yourself.
Ö.K.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal when I started this program was to learn about healthy eating. Due to my autoimmune disease,
I had already been following a gluten-free and dairy-free diet for about a year, but I knew there were things I lacked and couldn’t apply.
So I decided to learn from an expert 🙂
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Thanks to the program, I learned that it’s possible to eat completely sugar-free. Moreover,
I no longer constantly crave sugary things. If I do want to eat something sweet, I learned that there are healthy
alternatives. Furthermore, with mindful eating, even very small amounts can curb that craving.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself since the program ended?
Thanks to the alkaline and low glycemic index program, I lost two kilos, and best of all,
I feel more energetic.
I would recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I recommend this program to everyone because healthy eating is a necessity for everyone.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for everything you bring to our lives with your smiles and energy.
Z.D.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal was to cleanse my body from the inside, increase my energy, and more importantly, transition to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Ms. Sema sharing her own kitchen habits, the shopping list (and how accessible it was), the recipes, and the practicality of some small habits were convincing for me. After being convinced, I did it for 21 days and I feel fantastic; I tell myself, “So I can live like this.” I hope I continue like this.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself at the end of the program?
My energy has increased significantly, my skin glows, I had my period in the first week of elimination 11 months after giving birth,
I didn’t measure it, but I think my legs have slimmed down 🙂 And I’m very happy.
I would recommend this program to those who have the following problems:
Those who want to learn what healthy eating is like and incorporate it into their lives.
Anything you’d like to add…
It was a very well-structured program. I already miss the emails you send every morning 🙂 Thank you so much. I also thank Ms. Deniz.
B.Ö.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I am 38 years old and healthy. In the last two years, I had started to embark on a path towards a healthier lifestyle through my own research, but I still felt there were things that weren’t clear. I hadn’t yet charted my own course. My goal when I started the program was to create a sustainable, healthy path for myself and my family. Thanks to you, I won’t easily deviate from this path now. Thank you so much for all your contributions and sincerity.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Once I understood the logic of the Nutrition Pyramid, I realized I had unlimited options. I started mixing legumes into salads, and our plates became much more colorful. And most importantly for me, even though I tried to make it with healthy ingredients, I was able to reduce the share of carbohydrates, which have a larger place in our daily diet. My body now recognizes what you always say about “feeling full with vegetables.”
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
Eating became an action I experienced with as much awareness as possible, from the preparation of the meal to even choosing the ingredients. I stopped my habits, my autopilot, which I continued because I believed it was good for me. My creativity with plates increased incredibly. I was already reading labels; after the information I gained from you, I am now even more careful about the ingredients.
I would recommend this program to those who experience the following problems:
Not just to those with a discomfort, but to those whose bodies don’t feel comfortable at the end of the day, experiencing problems like bloating, as I did. I would definitely recommend this program to those who want to discover a diet that they can say “this is good for me” instead of relying on hearsay or “this is healthy” 🙂
Anything else you’d like to add…
I also intend to become a member of your platform. My husband and I thank you for everything you’ve added to our lives. The companionship has been very enjoyable, and I’m sure it will continue to be just as enjoyable. Thank you for being there, may you live healthily, and may we all live healthily together! 🙂
N.G.
Thank you so much for your updates, attention, and effort over the past five weeks 🙂 Thanks to you, it flew by so quickly. I wanted to share my answer to the survey right away, that’s why 🙂
What was your goal when you started this program?
I had already established a healthy eating routine for myself for a long time. But there were a few things I couldn’t give up (like coffee and wine). I wanted to see if I could cut those out if I wanted to. Also, as someone with IBS, I wanted to learn how to manage stress through eating. Since my weight was within normal limits, I didn’t have a weight loss goal, but I wanted to get rid of the bloating problems associated with IBS.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Many of my eating/drinking habits weren’t needs, but just automatic habits 🙂 Also, I lost 2 kg without making a special effort to lose weight.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
As I mentioned, refined sugar, gluten, and dairy products were already minimal in my diet for a long time. But wine, in particular, was like my savior after a stressful day. I didn’t realize what a huge physical and mental burden it was creating for me. It felt like I couldn’t relax and become a normal person without those two glasses of wine in the evenings. Over these five weeks, I realized that wasn’t the case at all. I thoroughly enjoyed drinking the various herbal teas I brewed and cooled during the day after dinner 🙂 It turns out there are no unbreakable habits; seeing that has been very helpful in shaping my behavior in the future. I learned not to eat unless I’m hungry, and if I’m not full, to eat until I’m satisfied with my healthy and colorful salads without feeling guilty 🙂
I recommend this program to those who have problems like this. Especially if you have digestive problems, I definitely recommend it. But you don’t need to have any problems to do yourself this physical and mental act of kindness 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for your warm conversation, informative explanations, and all your efforts.
T.E.O.
What was your goal when you started this program?
My goal when I started this program was primarily to be able to switch to a healthy eating plan. I hoped to be able to connect with my body, understand it, and in a way, take control of my life. So, unlike most of the other participants whose goals I read about, I didn’t actually have a goal of overcoming a specific illness. Actually, I’ve been following you for years, trying to do what you say based on your explanations and writings, but I couldn’t get the results I wanted.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Sometimes, when you try to do things on your own, you can feel like you’re rowing against the current. In that sense, even though we weren’t in direct contact, the presence of people trying to achieve things at the same time as me motivated me. I often looked at their faces during the Zoom broadcasts. Many women, some my age, some younger, some much older, had persevered and embarked on a path. I was proud of them all, and then I was proud of myself for choosing the more difficult path and trying to change my past habits. But without a doubt, your presence, your smiling faces, your energy, and your vast knowledge of the subjects you discussed were the greatest support for me on this journey. And if I ever find myself caught in a storm again, I know that your faces and voices, imprinted in my mind, will be my compass.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve noticed in yourself as the program ends?
I definitely feel more energetic and calmer, more peaceful. Some mornings I used to wake up with a ‘fog’ in my head. That’s gone now. 🙂 Physically, I’ve shrunk 🙂 My waist and hips have shrunk by 5 cm each, and I’ve lost 3.5 kg. And of course, this ‘good eating’ has slowly started to rub off on my husband. He’s also started trying to improve his diet. But it’s still a long way off :).
I would recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Actually, recommending the program to those with these problems would be unfair to the program. I think everyone needs this program. Because we live our lives on autopilot, most people aren’t even aware that they’re doing or not doing what’s described in this program. I think it covers topics that should be included in the school curriculum.
A more comprehensive version should definitely be taught in schools, starting at the elementary school level and then repeated in high school. Nutrition is the most important issue in our lives, and I think we don’t give it the importance it deserves.
Anything you’d like to add…
I would love to see a version of this program suitable for children, supported with exercises and experiments appropriate for them. This is, of course, a dream I really want to see come true. It’s impossible for you to keep up with everything. But maybe it will plant a seed of hope in someone’s ear 🙂
Thank you so much for all your hard work on this program. Every detail of the program has been meticulously planned. Your sharing of all your experience and knowledge with such sincerity is invaluable. I’m so glad you exist, I’m so glad I took this step, and I’m so glad I started walking this path with your support. I say “started” because the journey continues and I know it will continue.
I am grateful to you for being my light 🙂
With heartfelt love…
G.C.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I wanted to stabilize my shaky healthy eating journey by entrusting it to Sema Hanım’s safe hands, and to get rid of my fibromyalgia pain/bloating. I intended to completely give up sugar and incorporate the basic principles of nutrition and portion control into my life.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Sema Hanım’s sincerity captivates you from the very first day. With the comprehensive and detailed documents she shares every day,
you feel completely immersed in the system. Her generous and passionate sharing of her knowledge definitely draws you in; you wouldn’t even consider abandoning the commitment you made. My diet became more regular, my bloating decreased, and I felt relieved.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself by the end of the program?
I realized that when I want to and believe it’s right, I can eliminate many foods that I thought were indispensable from my diet. I learned to eat more slowly and to eat healthier foods.
I recommend this program to those who experience the following problems:
Those who want to reshape their lives, whether or not they have health problems, those who want to see and change the mistakes they unknowingly make in their diet every day, and those who want to take this step by entrusting themselves to the hands of a truly competent expert who creates meticulously designed programs and does their job with passion. I recommend it to those who have bloating, eat too fast, and have autoimmune disorders.
Anything you’d like to add…
You are so kind, cheerful, and sincere, it’s like you’re one of us, from our home and our table. We’re so glad you’re here, Sema Hanım, we’re so glad you’re in our lives. Without you, who knows what stumbling blocks we would have encountered on this path…
With love,
Y.G.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I didn’t have big goals. I was already doing 16/8 (intermittent fasting), eating healthy, gluten-free, and sugar-free. I had more or less found my health this way (or so I thought; in the second week I said, “Did you think you were healthy?”), but there were still three things I was addicted to: coffee, alcohol, and cheese. These were harming me, but even if they weren’t, the addiction to them was starting to feel like a burden. I joined the program because I wanted to get rid of these burdens. But I never imagined I would experience so much more change in my body and mind :))
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
First of all, it was thanks to Sema Hanım’s trust, her amazing knowledge, and her extraordinary sincerity. Day by day (just being present in the moment), she provided only the information we needed. Not with inflated, exaggerated, generic clichés, but with the most sincere words she wrote for us every morning, and the amazing information she shared in every live broadcast.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
Behaviorally, I’ve experienced an extraordinary awareness in my eating habits and my mindset while eating them. I’ve witnessed the joyful dance of my body and mind as real nutrients enter my body every day, at every meal.
Physically, I can say it’s much more than just a decrease on the scale. I lost 1-1.5 kilos on the scale, but it looks like at least 5 kg :)) I realized this is what it means to lose fat by eating fat.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Especially those with chronic bowel problems, those who say, “What did I eat to get so bloated?”, those who want to regain their health and maintain it, and those who want to experience, learn, and maintain the importance of the mental connection between what they eat 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…. Thank you so much for all the information you provided and the wonderful experience you created. I wish everyone very healthy and happy days in their future lives. Remember that one indulgence doesn’t ruin everything. We always have a healthy eating home to return to after every meal. We don’t have a “what’s done is done” mentality. (Even in the last sentences, she was still talking non-stop, hehehe :))
I embrace you all with love.
C.M.
What was your goal when you started this program?
I had been following the Karatay diet for a while, lost 5 kilos, and then gained it all back around New Year’s. I thought I needed another solution for my sugar cravings. I already have Hashimoto’s, and I was 110 kilos with antidepressants. I joined the program to learn and find a solution. I’m so glad I did.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I was already eating a low-carbohydrate diet (when I wasn’t overdoing it), but from the second week of elimination, the brain fog disappeared, and my productivity increased while working. I think my mood is better. My digestive system was behaving very strangely, but now it’s working great, my stomach is comfortable, I only have gas. I’ll try removing legumes as you suggested for that too. My sleep has improved, and the occasional palpitations are gone! Even my teeth are fine.
I’m healthier – I used to wake up with a bitter taste in my mouth in the mornings, but not anymore. I lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks. I feel happier and calmer – like the type of nausea has subsided. I didn’t want to start promoting myself again. I don’t feel pressured either. I thought I’d be craving eggs, but I didn’t even want those. And coffee at all!
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
I think one of the most important things was that raisin experiment and you telling your body to ask itself about its hunger, eat if it’s hungry, and stop when it’s full. My portions have been halved. I’m not looking outside anymore. It turns out my stomach was giving me signals. I can usually stop when I’m full 🙂 It turns out I used to get full quickly.
My stomach was still upset when we started the meditation you did on the live broadcast. It calmed down during that meditation. I realized that stress also affects me a lot. I didn’t think it did. Now I pay attention to relaxing and slowing down while eating.
And I loved the avocado and banana dessert!
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Autoimmune diseases, diabetes, obesity, actually everyone. Gas, stomach problems. Feeling depressed.
My mother, aunt, and our housekeeper will be starting soon too.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for everything. I expected to learn things and get helpful recipes, but I wouldn’t have believed it if someone had told me I’d start eating less immediately. It’s been amazing how much it’s opened my mind. I asked my doctor about the effect of gluten on Hashimoto’s, but he didn’t dwell on it much. Now I understand that it greatly affects my quality of life. I love bread and pastries, but after learning/experiencing how much it affects me, my resilience has increased. Moreover, your bread recipe is incredibly filling and delicious.
I also realized how much sugar affects me this week when I couldn’t resist and ate four slices of apple and three slices of orange at once. I felt sleepy afterwards. It seems my blood sugar fluctuates a lot. I love fruit too, but I’ll eat it in moderation, savoring the taste, with something else to go with it.
Finally, I understand that you’ve helped many people like me regain their health. I’ve experienced it firsthand 🙂
My wish is that this condition will completely disappear with your surgery tomorrow, and that you will regain your health as soon as possible. May all the positive energy and health you’ve given us return to you many times over.
Thank you again so much,
Stay well.
I.R. M.S.
What was your goal when you started this program?
It was to reconnect with my body, which I hadn’t cared for for many years, and to do something good, healthy, and sustainable for it.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I was extremely stressed for 3-4 days before the program started. I worried I wouldn’t be able to do it, and I realized how much the idea of restricting my food made me anxious. But from the very first session, Ms. Sema’s calm and steady explanations that we would progress slowly and peacefully really put me at ease. I think the best part was the daily emails and the sharing of small recipes that might be needed, and of course, knowing that I could email and get a reply whenever I wanted was also helpful.
What is the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself by the end of the program?
I realized I was living with an incredibly severe bloating problem in my stomach and intestines! According to the scale, I’ve lost 4-5 kilos, but it looks like I’ve lost much more 🙂 At the end of this program, I definitely realized that healthy eating isn’t that difficult. I used to grab a bite of cheese whenever I was slightly hungry (I was a cheese addict!), but now I think about how cruel it is to the animals that produce milk and dairy products, and I plan to exclude them from my diet. It turns out we don’t die from not eating cheese 🙂 And healthy food can be delicious too 🙂 Another enjoyable aspect of the program for me was mindful eating. I hardly ever eat in front of the TV anymore. With every bite, I pause for a moment to truly savor the taste, and sometimes my palate gets full and tired before my stomach, so I can’t eat any more.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
Those who are not at peace with their bodies, who experience emotional eating episodes, and who eat even more because they feel guilty about their unhealthy choices – in short, anyone like me before.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you again and again, first to myself and then to you 🙂 You’ve created a very enjoyable, fluent, and stress-free program; thank you for your hard work and effort.
Looking forward to seeing you again…
A.G.
What was your goal when you started this program?
As someone with a serious autoimmune disease, my goal was to see what else I could add to my gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free lifestyle, which I’ve been following for over a year, and what useful things I could learn. To acquire new information I didn’t know or had overlooked, and most importantly, to learn “mindfulness” :).
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I understood many things I didn’t know or had incomplete knowledge about, especially understanding mindfulness was very important.
What was the biggest physical and behavioral change you saw in yourself at the end of the program?
I understood how beneficial 2-3 eliminations a year in intervals can be. The transition process at the end was much clearer.
I would recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I strongly recommend it to those with all kinds of autoimmune problems, even those who are unaware of them, skin problems, stomach and intestinal problems, and all kinds of diabetes, etc.
Anything else you’d like to add…
I was very hesitant to participate in this program, and you, Ms. Sema, were the first factor in my decision to start. Your positivity and smiling face made me realize once again how right my decision was to participate. Thank you so much 🙂 I would be happy to participate in more detailed trainings on mindfulness and stress in the future. I will continue to follow you 🙂
Stay healthy, happy, and full of love, I’m sending you hugs and kisses 🙂 My prayers are with you.
N.K. M.S.
What was your goal when you started this program?
To incorporate sustainable healthy eating into my life and to gather the fragmented information in my mind.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Just as I imagined, the fragmented information in my mind about healthy eating, even healthy living, came together into a whole. Thanks to Sema Hanım, we formed Voltron 🙂 Sema Hanım’s clear explanations, her smiling face, and the daily emails made the process incredibly easy. Trying the recipes, learning and experiencing new things every day was wonderful.
What’s the biggest physical and behavioral change you’ve seen in yourself as the program ends?
First of all, mindfully doing things for ourselves, for our bodies, and even for our minds, creates amazing energy. How can I explain it? Imagine something you’ve been putting off for a long time, something you’ve completely overestimated, but then you feel so much lighter when you finally do it. It’s something like that :).
We didn’t aim to lose weight; the most common phrase we heard in the program was “don’t starve yourself.” When you eliminate sugar, pastries, and packaged foods from your life, you naturally lose some weight. I lost 3 kilos, but people thought I lost much more in appearance – that’s what the comments said :). I’ve always loved salad, but I would never have thought of eating it for breakfast if I hadn’t started this program. Now I’m addicted to fresh salads eaten first thing in the morning.
I recommend this program to those experiencing the following problems:
I think people with gas problems, digestive problems, migraines, and IBS like me should definitely try this program, but even those without any problems should definitely experience it so they can continue their problem-free lives 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for continuing to share your energy without showing it during this difficult time, and for answering all our silly questions with a smile. I have endless faith that everything will be alright. As you know, many terrible things have happened to us in this life, but only some of them came true.
Lots of love from Ortaca District of Muğla ♥♥♥
I should be thanking you all. These successes are yours. What I do gains even more meaning with your starting to live healthier lives, your reduced pain, your increased awareness, and your success stories.
With love,
Sema
