My fig tart, my little caramel, what have you become? 😍 I bought figs yesterday and today I got inspired! Oh, I’m so glad I did, it turned out amazing! 🎉 Please, please look at this post and make it. There’s nothing like this ease and flavor! 🤩
🌸 5 small/medium figs. Not the big ones. If you use those, I think 3.5-4 will be enough.
🌸 7 tablespoons of gluten-free oatmeal, finely ground in a food processor (regular oats will also work).
🌸 2 tablespoons of finely ground hazelnuts (almonds/walnuts will also work).
🌸 1.5 tablespoons of dried mulberry flour, I made it by grinding dried mulberries in a food processor. If you don’t have that, you can add 2 dates, or 2 dried apricots, or 1 tablespoon of raisins, chopped into small pieces. This addition is for those who like sweet things. If I were just making it for myself, the figs would be more than enough.
🌸 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil (tahini can be used instead).
🌸 Plenty of cinnamon
I mashed the figs. I mixed them all together. I waited 10 minutes.
I spread them on parchment paper. They baked in a 170-degree turbo oven for exactly 15 minutes. If you wish, you can lower the temperature to 150 degrees and bake them longer to make them crispier. Mine are soft. Just the right amount of warmth for a scoop of ice cream on top 😀 but we didn’t, of course, and drizzled tahini over them 🤩
They can also be eaten cold in the refrigerator without baking 🤤
My husband and I loved them. It’s a must-make for guests. It was that delicious and interesting. Please try it, my friends. Enjoy a delicious and healthy dessert made with pure ingredients, you and your family 🤗💗🌸 I loved it so much 💃🏼
