Hi everyone. Yesterday I made a celery dish that was just amazing…
This celery dish is unlike any other. It turned out legendary. It came about spontaneously while I was wondering what to make in the kitchen. You’ll never eat celery any other way again, I’m very confident about that. 🙂 There’s also a yogurt and apple appetizer version, which I absolutely love, of course. You can check my Instagram post for videos showing the consistency of the recipe.
– I chopped the celery into finger-sized pieces.
– In a bag, I put buckwheat flour (any flour will do, I think it’s amazing with corn flour, but I didn’t have any at home), homemade Cajun seasoning (recipe here), garlic powder, and salt. Any spices you like will do. I mixed it all together and the mixture was ready.

-I washed the celery stalks, left them wet but drained, put them in a bag, and shook it. They were quickly coated in the batter. I arranged them on a baking tray. I brushed them with olive oil and baked them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, turning them over occasionally. I think it took about 20 minutes.

It looks crispy but isn’t crispy in the middle, don’t be surprised when you make it, but it tasted amazing. Maybe it would be crispier if we turned the oven on with the turbo setting, I’ll try that next time. If anyone tries it with the turbo setting, please write it under this recipe so we can all learn 🙂
This will be my favorite this winter. 😍💗
Wishing everyone a healthy, happy and sugar-free week.
With love,
Sema
