I wanted to share the recipe for these delicious cookies that only take a few minutes to make.
🍁 1 cup almond flour – hazelnut flour can also be used. You can use almonds or hazelnuts, ground in a food processor.
🍁 1/2 cup teff flour – for gluten-free options, buckwheat flour, quinoa flour, or oat flour can be used; for gluten-containing options, spelt or whole wheat flour can be used.
🍁 1 tablespoon cocoa
🍁 1.5 tablespoons heaped date puree – or 10 dates can be soaked in a little water, then pureed in a food processor.
🍁 1 egg
I kneaded everything together. No other liquids were needed. You can adjust the consistency by looking at the link below. If it’s too runny, add flour; if it’s too thick, add a little milk or liquid.

I washed my hands and shaped them with wet hands. I placed a hazelnut in the center of each.

They were baked at 150 degrees Celsius in a turbo oven (I don’t recommend baking mixtures with good fats like hazelnuts and almonds above 150 degrees Celsius) until crispy. Again, I don’t have much time, 🙂 it’s probably 25-30 minutes at most.
They turned out crispy cookies. We drizzled tahini on top while eating them. It made them even more delicious. 🙂
Enjoy!
