I’m continuing to share inspiring feedback and experiences from my participants.
J.C.Ç.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To get rid of the belly that appeared with perimenopause.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I learned which foods don’t do me good.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
A bit hard to describe, but I feel better on the inside 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
I think this program should be taught, at an adjusted level, to every age group starting from elementary school.
Anything you’d like to add…
I appreciate your holistic approach. I admire that you don’t stop learning and researching by saying “I already have 353 thousand followers anyway.” You explain and raise awareness about eating that’s good for people, that’s proper, along with a healthy lifestyle — not weight loss or dieting. You don’t have a slogan like “join the 4-week program, 5 kilos, 10 kilos guaranteed.” No nonsense additives. There’s a valuable body of work here, realistic, scientific, put together with a lot of effort by your hardworking team.
C.O.Ç.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To feel healthier and lose a few kilos.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The program is very full and rich. There were minor slip-ups in my eating, but “in for a penny, in for a pound isn’t how it works here” — it continued on its way 🙂
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I feel happier 🙂 calmer, lighter.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone, especially those with chronic health issues. I wish everyone knew this information…
Anything you’d like to add…
I’d previously joined your “3’lü Eliminasyon” and detox programs, but this “6 cm” was much more like a roadmap. In the past I’ve also worked with specialists with a functional-medicine perspective, but none of them was a process where I understood the mathematics of nutrition this well. When I keep up my eating after you, there are moments where I say “Sema Abla would be so happy to see this” — I think of you fondly — and when I go off track, I say “let me join one of Sema Abla’s programs to get myself back together.” I’m so glad you exist, I love you.
H.S.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I’d been dieting and quitting for a very long time — I joined to finally break the lose-regain cycle and make healthy eating my normal.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I never actually lived far from healthy foods, but with this program I truly understood what I needed to feel full with, and once my body got used to being satisfied by real food, the chip fairies that especially came at night vanished. Now the prep I do doesn’t feel hard to me because I think this is how my eating will be from now on — rather than just thinking it, I can feel satisfied with it.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Independent of my appearance or weight, I feel lighter than I ever have. With the program I lost 3 kilos, and slimmed 10 cm in total. But the lightness I feel has nothing to do with these numbers — I feel an inner lightness. Most of what I used to eat used to give me gas; right now I’m extremely happy. Mentally I’m more present and aware — whether I’m actually hungry, how hungry I am, has become very clear in my mind. My cousin made the flour cookies I love while the program was ongoing, and I didn’t eat a single one — but not by forcing myself not to eat them. I thought “if I really crave it I’ll eat one,” took a few and put them in the freezer. I didn’t crave it, so I didn’t eat it 🙂 I now understand that this system regarding my body is in my own hands.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend this program to those tired of dieting, who have lost hope of reaching the body they want in appearance and health, who say “I know what to eat but it’s not working, I can’t do it.” They’ll actually understand what they truly need once they join the program 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so, so, so much, Sema Hanım. The knowledge, dedication, and sensitivity you gave throughout the program were all very valuable to me. I learned to understand myself and my body, and I especially thank you for explaining all of this with scientific reasons. I’ll continue from here on, and I don’t think I’ll get lost much. Even if there are occasional slip-ups, our motto is always to come back 🙂 Lots of love 🙂
A.K.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To be at my leanest on December 30, 2025, my menopause day 🙂 To go from 58 kilos to 52 kilos.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It was more than just reaching my goal. I’d never had a period where I craved sweets this little (I’m 51 years old). My suggestion for the program’s name: “The Weight-Loss-Injection-Effective Eating Program” 🙂
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
My brain fog decreased, my snacking urge ended, I feel more energetic. One meal would actually be enough, but I push myself to a second meal to get protein.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To all adults whose “factory settings” have gone off track.
Anything you’d like to add…
It was a wonderful program. It came into my life at exactly the right period. Bless your effort and knowledge. I’m so glad you exist. I tell myself “well done” and I’m proud of myself. Thank you also for supporting me in feeling this way. Thank you so much for everything, lots of love to you and your team.
B.S.
What was your goal when starting this program?
My goal was to reduce the bloating that had stuck to me and lose a few extra kilos.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It helped my bloating go away.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I experienced tremendous lightening in the first 2 weeks — it seemed to start from my internal organs — but in the last 2 weeks there was visible slimming too.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to anyone with any complaint in their body. Does something hurt every day? Not feeling satisfied by what you eat every day? Constantly bloated? Constantly feeling depressed for no reason? This program should be tried… It’s the most beautiful favor a person can do for themselves 🙂
Anything you’d like to add…
My waist dropped from 71 cm to 68, my hips from 100 to 96, my legs from 58 to 55 cm. And this is even though, before joining this program, I’d already been eating 90% healthy for 41 years — I never swam in seas of pastries/cakes. For the past 3 months I’d been dieting to get rid of my bloating, but there had been no change at all. Thank you so much for everything.
E.G.M.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I joined to learn proper eating and to reduce my waist area.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Thanks to this program, I learned to calculate the amount of nutrients my body needs and organize my daily eating plan. I understood how important it is to keep blood sugar balanced.
I also learned that even if we go off track and want an occasional slip-up, there’s a proper way to do that too. No more just sending it straight to an empty stomach 🙂
And all the knowledge I listed above helped me change my unhealthy eating habits.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
While planning my eating, I started making choices aimed at keeping my blood sugar balanced before even considering calories. Sema Hanım has essentially become my inner voice now. Whenever I think about having a slip-up, she whispers in my ear, “is it worth spiking your blood sugar?” 🙂 Physically, my lower belly decreased by 4 cm, my waist area by 2.5 cm 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
I actually recommend this program to everyone from age 7 to 70, because it teaches proper eating. Being able to calculate our personal macros and organize our eating according to our own macros is very important for living healthily and aging well. You essentially become your own nutrition coach.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you so much for tirelessly, patiently teaching us proper eating 🩷
D.K.
What was your goal when starting this program?
Being professionally in the field (I’m a doctor), I felt like a complete ignoramus when it came to my own body. I joined with the aim of restoring my confidence, which had dropped due to the body image created by society and by ourselves, and to feel better about myself. I also wanted to push menopause back as far as I could to protect my heart and bone health, and, as a woman who has never given birth or breastfed, to slightly reduce my cancer risk factors.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It made me say, “so it’s possible to slim down, lose weight, and feel good about yourself without going hungry.” It could be easily adapted into social life. Getting out of the constant eating cycle of classic diets with 3 main and 2 snack meals was a tremendous freedom. My mind is no longer constantly on food. And with this program, by becoming free, I’m regaining my health.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Waist: 65-60 / 5 cm Belly: 75-64 / 11 cm Lower belly: 85-78 / 7 cm Hips: 93-89 / 4 cm Legs: 56-53 / 3 cm, totaling 30 cm of slimming
57.85-53.95 / -4 kg
We might say “these are just numbers,” but it wasn’t that way for me. I feel like I’ve been freed of all my burdens. I still have some way to go, but I know it’ll be very easy with this program. I wrote this before, but I want to repeat it. I am free now. My body and mind are no longer shackled by food.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend this program to everyone who respects their body and wants to invest in themselves and their future.
Anything you’d like to add…
Medical science is unfortunately a male-dominated field. Gender differences are only newly being discussed. Even medical science is only now re-evaluating the differences in the female body. That’s why the awareness you’re able to create is so valuable. I hope in the near future we doctors, too, reach this awareness starting from our education process. Because right now, this can only happen through individual efforts. I took the first step with you and learned through my own body. I’m grateful.
D.B.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To learn to eat in a way that would lower my insulin resistance.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I come from chocolate waterfalls. My mother loves sweets very much, my father loves pastries, and I love both. You can’t imagine what I could do for desserts eaten after börek, but with this program I learned to rein myself in. I noticed, for example, how I didn’t feel sleepy after a meal when there wasn’t a single carb grain in my completely full stomach that would spike my sugar. I learned that the sweets I eat once a week can no longer harm me, and how my body would tolerate them. Thank you so much for everything.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Even by the end of 2 weeks, I started hearing sentences like “did you lose weight?” I became one of those saying “6 cm!” too. Behaviorally, learning to manage my sweet cravings and wanting to voluntarily cut out all unnecessary bad ingredients from my life was my biggest change.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To everyone, absolutely everyone.
Anything you’d like to add…
The changes I wrote above are thanks to you. But honestly, aside from the very first live session, I never made it to any lesson on time. I was able to listen to most of them from the audio recordings. I think 48 hours is a bit too short for the Zoom broadcasts, but of course that decision is up to you.
M.E.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To achieve a healthy life and get out of the never-ending weight gain-weight loss cycle.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
By the end of the program I got on the physical path I wanted. Besides this, my relationship with food also became healthier.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I lightened a total of 20 cm and 6.5 kg. My skin changed, my cheekbones emerged 🙂 Since the program also encouraged a more active lifestyle, I’ve made walking 10,000 steps a day part of my routine. Stress used to be present in every area of my life; now I’ve learned to put myself first. Before the program, I used to sleep in fragments at night, only 4 hours. Now I sleep early and wake up early. Actually, my own natural pattern was intermittent fasting anyway, but now I learned the philosophy behind it — I realized my body had already been pushing me toward this, above all because it needed it. I listened to my body, and my habit of stuffing myself with food so it wouldn’t go to waste even when full ended. I’m not wasting anything — neither food nor myself. When I crave something, I eat it later. I used to feel guilty after eating sweets and poison myself with that guilt. Then I’d go eat bad packaged food out of spite afterward. Now I say let it be small, let it be the best. At a healthy café brand, I found rewards suited to my eating plan. When I really think I deserve it, I take a bite of one, and hop, I’m happy. I’ve consumed ZERO alcohol for a month. I’m very happy this way too. I’m now aware that the solution to my problems isn’t in alcohol. And my body doesn’t want it either. Due to my job I have hosting duties, and next week I’m forced to be in an environment with alcohol, but I don’t want it, my stomach turns. Even I’m surprised by this. I say “I hope this is the last time” and thank you so much 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone like me who has issues with their skin, body, or mind, who can’t build that healthy wall they need between themselves and food.
Anything you’d like to add…
This might be my 100th time losing weight. This time I feel my mindset is different. I listen to my body, I know I can do it. A small amount of preparation and understanding the essence are wonderful guides.
Y.O.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To eat consciously and sustainably and lose weight.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’d gotten very tired of the weight loss-regain cycle. Seeing the numerical proof of slimming down as a result of the program motivated me. I developed the belief that if I continue, I’ll succeed. What I ate during the program was even too much — I tried to complete my protein and never felt hungry. As someone who loves and eats a lot of vegetables, even though increasing protein in meals was a struggle, I learned it was necessary and got used to completing it. I learned a lot of knowledge in the livestreams that I could easily incorporate into my life.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
First of all, I noticed the edema in my body decreased. I recognized emotional hunger — my hunger pangs stopped because I got up from meals completely full. My energy noticeably increased in the last week. I’d given up breathing and meditation, and I started again. I learned and applied what, how much, and how to eat, and how to balance if I overdo it. Most important for me is its sustainability and my belief that I can continue.
Who would you recommend this program to?
Primarily to everyone who wants to eat healthily and sustainably, to diabetics, to those with emotional eating problems… I recommend it to everyone around me who needs it or not.
Anything you’d like to add…
Thank you to you and your team for what you’ve given me.
D.D.Z.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I wanted to join because I was curious about the program 🙂
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’d been the same weight for 20 years, my muscle-to-fat ratio was ideal, and I was actually eating quite balanced and healthy — until 2 years ago, when I had to use high-dose steroids for 2 months. Then everything got turned upside down. My fat ratio increased, my muscle ratio decreased, and by then classic functional medicine and elimination diets no longer worked to lower my fat ratio. With excuses and loss of motivation, exercise was no longer part of my life either. I noticed I was aging and things were getting out of hand, so I threw myself into this program. So glad I did 🙂 I was horrified to realize I was eating healthy but too much, healthy but fatty and protein-poor. The app we used in the program was a turning point for me. No amount of thanks would be enough 🙂
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I realized how little vegetables and salad I was consuming. Also, I live very fast, I’m hyperactive, and meditation, staying in the moment, feels so hard for me… I recognized this once again and set the intention in the new year to slow down and work on muscle exercise. I realized I’d gotten too absorbed in work over the past 3 years.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I’m a doctor, I practice acupuncture and functional medicine. I recommend this program to almost every patient of mine. Everyone who joins is very satisfied too. Being an expert in this field is very valuable in this day and age.
Anything you’d like to add…
I’m so glad you exist.
M.H.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To be able to control my appetite and lose weight.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’m in perimenopause. Over the past year I’ve felt constantly hungry and kept eating. The program gave me a lot, thank you Sema Hanım. My self-confidence increased. I saw I could succeed. I don’t go hungry, and thank goodness I’ve moved away from the constant desire to eat something. I had realizations. I’m now incorporating into my life that tasting with just the tip of a fork is enough to enjoy flavor, rather than a whole plate. Being able to determine my own portion size and having control over my eating urge makes me incredibly happy. On top of all this, being able to lose about 2 kilos and slim down by 2-5% as a 54-year-old in perimenopause felt like a gift. Your constant motivating, positive outlook, and flexibility are so valuable and important for our success and consistency. Thank you.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I slimmed 2-5%, lost about 2 kilos. My awareness around eating increased. I’ve started being able to observe when I’m hungry and when I’m full. It reminded me to value myself. I can say “no” to offerings when out.
Also (I’ll keep monitoring this, but) at the joint where my hip bone connects to my leg, I’d had pain and numbness for about 6-8 months when sitting for long periods then standing up. When I stood up I couldn’t put weight on it for a minute or two. I feel this has decreased a lot, even disappeared.
Who would you recommend this program to?
First to my beloved family, then to everyone. I think everyone, absolutely everyone, should get education about nutrition. They should take the step of adding this valuable knowledge you teach into their lives.
Anything you’d like to add…
It was a wonderful 4 weeks. I benefited a lot from the program. Thank you so much, Sema Hanım, Tuğçe Hanım. Your love and respect for your clients is evident in everything you do. It’s wonderful that you gave the feeling of “I’m beside you” rather than “I’m ahead of you.”
S.G.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To learn to apply healthy eating in a sustainable way in my life.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It helped me hear my body’s reactions to eating, fullness, hunger, food, and what my body wants. When I’m triggered toward my old eating habits, I feel dear Sema Hanım beside me and immediately remember my path. She’s an incredible mentor.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I no longer have automatic eating behaviors. Physically, I see myself as more confident and fit in the mirror. I lost 4.5 kilos. I can now wear pants I couldn’t fit into.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who eats without thinking, without feeling hunger, who overeats, and who wants to learn real eating and apply it to their life. I wished it would never end.
Anything you’d like to add…
I decided to join your program during the most depressive period of my life, because I knew the unhealthy eating cycle was what got me to this state. At this point your contribution to me was more than you could imagine, because my goal wasn’t losing weight — I could already do that on my own, but afterward it was the same cycle again. I joined your program both to get out of this cycle and to learn healthy eating from you. It also coincided with a period when my husband was diagnosed with diabetes. We applied the program together with him. He feels much better too. We’re eagerly waiting to see the program’s effect in his test results.
N.K.
What was your goal when starting this program?
My goal was to learn sustainable eating suited to lipedema.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
In the face of the helplessness I experienced from the confusion and misinformation on social media about lipedema nutrition, the ongoing health problems, and the psychological distress they brought — feeling incredibly safe in dear Sema Hanım’s arms, even for just 4 weeks, was priceless. Determining my path according to the knowledge conveyed, and knowing what I already knew is now the most correct, leaves little more to say 🙂
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Despite my long-ongoing diet, I only just now felt lightening with this program. Not just my stomach but my cells feeling satisfied, and most importantly, trusting myself and my knowledge. Believe me, for a few days now my hip area etc. keeps deflating. My energy is quite good, my legs are improving quickly.
Who would you recommend this program to?
Those with chronic conditions absolutely should prioritize it, but every woman needs to discover a sustainable lifestyle.
Anything you’d like to add…
I extend my heartfelt thanks to you for maintaining your warmth and sincerity from social media patiently by our side every day throughout the program, for wrapping us with love as if we were guests in your own home. I especially love it when you say “my sisters” 🙂
I.Ç.
What was your goal when starting this program?
To lose weight from fat, get my appetite under control, be energetic, and establish a lasting eating pattern.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
Since my sugar/insulin level became stable, the feeling of extreme hunger ended. I no longer crave sweets or pastries — even if they’re eaten in front of me, I don’t want to taste them. Calculating my macros gave me an idea about the portion I need. Where I used to fear I wouldn’t feel full, now it starts to feel like too much. I still haven’t fully reached my weight goal, but I’m eager to continue and I know I can do it.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
I’m very happy. My self-confidence came back. Awareness while eating and stress-management methods were things I never thought about and would never have added to my life on my own regarding nutrition. Even though we removed certain foods from my diet, I feel like I have a freer way of eating, because the power to manage hunger and fullness is now mine — it doesn’t manage me 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone who wants to invest in their health. I also recommend it to those who think they already eat healthily. Completely new horizons open up before you.
A.Y.
What was your goal when starting this program?
For myself, my biggest goal was to give up yo-yo diets and trying every new thing I hear about, and permanently change my lifestyle. As I took the first steps toward this, I saw you as the most trustworthy person to hold my hand and support me, and I trusted you. I think I’ve been trying to follow you and your posts on social media for close to 10 years, maybe even longer. I’d made small attempts at applying things, but I joined this program with the aim of a more certain and focused start to transformation. I’m so glad I joined. Thank you again for your effort and everything you share.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’ve already reached my starting goal, and I trust myself in continuing with motivation. I know this is a long road that requires effort, and in case of possible sharp drops along the way (with the awareness that at first this shouldn’t happen more than once a month at best, and afterward can only happen, without going overboard, during special travels) I’ll remind myself of my promise to continue with determination, without beating myself up. This will be the secret to a long, healthy, and enjoyable life with my family for me.
What physical and behavioral changes do you notice in yourself as the program ends?
Honestly, physical change will happen in small, slow steps. I’ve made myself a promise not to get hung up on that. I measured on day one, and I just measured again. My approximately 4-week centimeter change, as someone suffering from PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and lipedema, is as follows:
Hips: 146 → 141 Belly: 140 → 136 Waist: 123 → 120 Upper leg: 85 → 80 Lower leg: 56 → 52
So a total of about 21 cm — I think a wonderful result to be progressing with, though it would be a lie to say I didn’t have a couple of small stumbles within this month, even if I didn’t gain weight. I feel smaller inside my pants, and I haven’t even integrated exercise into my life yet. Luckily I’m not someone who tolerates sitting much and generally spend my day moving around.
Behaviorally, I’ll share just one thing that happened yesterday that I’m proud of. My meetings were very intense and exhausting. I spoke nonstop from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and ate at 1:00 PM. There was rice and bulgur in the lentil soup. I soothed my throat with a few spoonfuls of just the broth from the top. I ate döner, didn’t touch the fries. I didn’t take rice, ate a bit of the yogurt-carrot dish. Since I had little time, of course, I ate extremely fast and the feeling of fullness didn’t come. I went upstairs, there were mini pizzas and cakes for guests. I made a plate for a friend who couldn’t come down to eat and took it to her. Losing my inner battle, I made myself a plate too, went over to another friend and suggested we eat together. I took a tiny bite of pizza and said, “Is it worth it? If you’re going to eat pizza, go to Italy so it’s worth it. Never mind,” and got up and went back to my own class. I didn’t say “you’ve already taken a bite, might as well eat it, it’d be a sin to throw it away.” This was a small step for humanity but a giant one for me 🙂
Who would you recommend this program to?
To everyone, of course. I don’t think there’s anyone who couldn’t find healing here. Eating well isn’t just about weight. So to speak, being stick-thin isn’t a sign of health, just as being curvier isn’t unhealthy. I’m of course against body-shaming, but there’s no benefit to normalizing unhealthy weight either. Everyone can be happy and healthy in their own body with proper eating.
Anything you’d like to add…
I love you and your team so much, thank you again so much. You can freely use this feedback in any way, and I’d be very happy if I could be of use to you this way too, because from the first day I started following you, you’ve always shared your knowledge without expecting anything in return, and you continue to share.
E.A.Ç.
What was your goal when starting this program?
I hadn’t been able to hold the reins of my life for a long time. I was at the heaviest period of my life; I didn’t even want to look in the mirror. Even while being intimate with my husband I felt shy, thinking he wouldn’t find me attractive… I also didn’t have a professional life that motivated me. I was aware this couldn’t continue like this, but I didn’t know where to start. When I saw your program I said, “there’ll be mentor support too, I’ll start from somewhere” 🙂 My goal wasn’t just losing weight. Above all, I want to be healthy. There’s diabetes in my family, and I was aware I was heading down that same path. Insulin resistance, PCOS, fatigue, bright red skin… I was very scared, Sema Hanım. I didn’t want a life dependent on injections. In my early 30s, not too late, I wanted to take the reins of my life back into my own hands.
