3'lü Eliminasyon ile Tazelenme Mutlu Sonlar

I’m excited to continue sharing these wonderful success stories from our participants. Seeing these profound transformations and hearing about their experiences brings me so much joy. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared their journey with us.

S.P.

What was your goal when you joined the program?

My primary goal was to lose weight. However, as the program progressed, everything you taught us, along with the experiences shared by other participants, transformed this into a completely different journey.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013 and thankfully completed treatment successfully. However, I had gained about 6 kg (13 lbs), which really bothered me. More than my appearance, I realized I had fallen into unhealthy eating habits—especially during the pandemic, with all the homemade pizzas, flatbreads, and desserts.

I also struggled with severe allergies. I had to take allergy medication every single day. If I didn’t, my days became unbearable and usually ended with a migraine attack.

But something incredible happened: I haven’t taken my allergy medication for the past 10 days. I’m deeply grateful for that.

How did the program help you achieve your goals?

I can’t say I followed everything perfectly, but I understood the principles and gradually adapted to the lifestyle. The daily emails served as constant reminders and a huge source of motivation. Looking back, I probably underestimated the importance of the preparation phase.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

Even though I had been struggling to lose weight due to menopause, I lost 5 kg (11 lbs).

After not having a menstrual cycle for a long time, I got my period again just 10 days ago.

I feel so much healthier and more energetic. My job requires me to wake up very early every morning, which used to exhaust me. Since changing my eating habits, my sleep has improved dramatically.

Most importantly, I’ve stopped taking the allergy medication that I’d relied on for years. Looking back, I realize how poorly I had been treating my body.

Who would you recommend this program to?

Absolutely everyone around me.

Anything else you’d like to add?

Thank you endlessly for everything you’ve contributed to my life.

H.B.

What was your goal when you joined the program?

My goal was to regain the mindful eating habits I’d gradually lost over the past year. I wanted to recover my sense of control, my ability to say “no,” and the balance I’d once had.

As those habits disappeared, emotional eating, eating too quickly without chewing properly, digestive problems, and weight gain had all returned. I also wanted to restore my gut health to where it used to be.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

  • Lost 2–3 kg (4–7 lbs)
  • Reduced about 2 cm (0.8 in) in body measurements
  • Stayed full much longer
  • Greatly reduced the urge to snack
  • Improved digestion (it’s not perfect every day, but I think stress and travel have played a role recently)
  • Gained control over emotional eating
  • Rediscovered my self-discipline
  • Learned to confidently say “no” to alcohol, despite having a very social lifestyle where drinking several nights a week had been common
  • Started exercising regularly again—and have been much more consistent

Interestingly, once my eating habits improved, it felt like other parts of my life also became more organized—my finances, responsibilities, and daily routines all seemed to fall into place.

I’ve always had good skin and rarely wear foundation, but during the last week, several people asked me things like:

“What have you done to your face?”
“How does your skin look so flawless without makeup?”
“Your eyes are glowing.”

Those compliments were wonderful to hear.

Who would you recommend this program to?

Everyone.

Anything else you’d like to add?

Since I work from home, I had gradually stopped cooking.

I had already taught my family how to cook vegetables, prepare soups without flour, and use healthier cooking methods—but naturally, no one thinks of making date cakes or gluten-free crackers on their own!

This program gave me the motivation to return to my kitchen, and I’m so happy about that.

What was your goal when you joined the program?

As someone living with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, fibromyalgia, and IBS, my primary goal was to reduce my pain, bloating, and other symptoms.

At the same time, I’d wanted to transition to a clean, healthy way of eating for years but could never stick with it. I hoped this program would finally become my fresh start.

How did the program help you achieve your goals?

It helped tremendously.

I know this journey is long and requires commitment, but seeing such obvious positive changes in my body made me incredibly happy. Honestly, I didn’t expect the impact to be this significant—it felt almost like a miracle.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

In just 21 days:

  • I lost the extra 5 kg (11 lbs) I had been carrying.
  • I became more energetic and more positive.
  • My entire routine improved—from my eating habits to my sleep and exercise.

Who would you recommend this program to?

First and foremost, anyone with an autoimmune condition should join.

This program is like medicine—it deserves the same commitment as taking your thyroid medication.

Not only do you begin to experience noticeable relief from pain, but you also learn what truly healthy eating looks like.

For years we fill our stomachs with foods that don’t nourish us and still somehow feel unsatisfied. Here, with wholesome ingredients and the delicious recipes our coach shared, I discovered that eating less can actually leave you more satisfied—and taking care of your body feels incredible.

Anything else you’d like to add?

I’m so grateful for you.

This program felt like a miracle.

My awareness increased, my energy returned, and my excess weight disappeared.

Learning how to eat clean, read food labels, and make informed choices has been life-changing.

From now on, this is my way of life.

And if I ever lose motivation or feel like giving up, I’ll be the first to sign up for your next program.

Our motto is clear:

“Eat when you’re hungry. Stop when you’re satisfied.”

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

I lost 2–3 kg (4–7 lbs) and about 2 cm (0.8 in) from my measurements. I stayed full for much longer, my urge to snack decreased significantly, and my digestion improved. (It hasn’t been quite as good over the last few days, but I think that’s due to stress, travel, and similar factors.)

One of the biggest changes was finally gaining control over my emotional eating. I rediscovered my willpower and found myself confidently saying “no” to countless offers of alcohol—even though I have a very social lifestyle and used to drink at least three nights a week, often during late dinners.

I also got back into a regular exercise routine. That probably would have happened once school resumed and life settled back into its normal rhythm, but the program helped me stay much more consistent.

Interestingly, once my eating habits fell into place, it felt like the rest of my life became more organized too—my finances, bill payments, and overall daily flow all seemed to improve.

I’ve always had fairly good skin and rarely wear foundation, but during the last week so many people asked me, “What have you done to your face?”, “How can your skin look so flawless without makeup?”, and “Your eyes are glowing!” Hearing those compliments was wonderful.

For years we’ve been filling our stomachs with foods that don’t truly nourish us, yet we still feel unsatisfied. Through this program and our coach’s delicious recipes, I discovered that eating wholesome foods in smaller portions leaves me genuinely satisfied—and the feeling of taking good care of my body is simply incredible.

S.G.

What was your goal when you joined the program?

When I joined the program, my goals were to sustainably reduce sugar and refined carbohydrates, learn how to consistently choose healthier foods no matter the situation, and finally experience an elimination diet for myself.

How did the program help you achieve your goals?

Above all, Sema was always there for me, answering my emails and questions whenever I needed support.

Everything I learned helped me become a new version of myself. I replaced many misconceptions with accurate knowledge, and there was something incredibly motivating about going through the journey together as a group.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

I didn’t weigh or measure myself before starting the elimination phase, but my sleep improved dramatically, my skin became clearer, and my bloating disappeared completely. It honestly felt like my stomach could finally breathe.

The changes in my body shape were obvious—not only to me but also to the people around me. I can tell I’ve lost weight simply by the way my clothes fit. Pieces that used to be tight now fit perfectly—or are even loose—and clothes I couldn’t wear before now fit comfortably.

Who would you recommend this program to?

I truly believe everyone—from ages 7 to 77—can benefit from this program, and in my opinion, everyone should.

I actually completed all of Sema’s programs alongside my six-year-old daughter.

To everyone who says, “I could never live without dairy, sugar, or gluten,” I would simply say: give it a try.

Once you experience the difference and feel the improvements in both your body and your mind, you’ll want to continue. Your motivation grows, your quality of life improves, and healthy choices become much easier.

Anything else you’d like to add?

I grew up drinking sugary water from the time I was four months old and eating sugar cubes like candy. I consumed unlimited amounts of sugar until I finally became aware of what it was doing to me.

Despite all those years of sugar, gluten, and dairy, thankfully I’m doing very well today.

Because the first step is acknowledging the problem and becoming aware of it. Once that happens, you choose to make a change through your own determination.

Everything in life is a choice, and I chose to become healthier—in every sense of the word.

Nutrition is everything, and change is always possible.

Our gut is our second brain, which means both our emotional and physical well-being are deeply connected to how we nourish ourselves.

The most incredible news for me was that my CA (cancer marker) levels, which had remained elevated for 12 years, finally dropped.

It really happened. We celebrated, danced with joy, and cried happy tears.

What could possibly be better than that?

I’m deeply grateful to dear Sema, who has accompanied me throughout this journey. She has devoted herself to learning, researching, gaining experience, and continually educating herself in this field—and it truly shows.

Ö.K.

How did the program help you achieve your goals?

The program helped me establish a consistent way of eating. Most importantly, it eliminated the constant question of “What should I eat?”

Now, instead of wondering what to eat, I naturally ask myself, “Will this nourish my body?” I open my refrigerator, focus on the vegetables first, and build my meals around them. At the grocery store, I don’t even walk through many of the aisles anymore.

The healthy recipes, especially the desserts, helped satisfy my sweet cravings in a much healthier way. Sweets are probably still my biggest weakness, but throughout this program I never resorted to eating ice cream, and I consider that a real success.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

The biggest change is that I feel satisfied with much smaller portions.

More importantly, once I’m full, I no longer crave junk food. Because of that, food no longer occupies my thoughts all day long.

There are still moments when I catch myself wanting to eat, but now I recognize that I’m usually stressed rather than hungry. For example, while I’m working I suddenly feel like snacking, even though I’m not actually hungry. I stop myself and think, “You just ate.” Then I make myself a cup of tea or drink some water instead.

Who would you recommend this program to?

Everyone—especially anyone who wants to build sustainable, healthy eating habits.

Anything else you’d like to add?

By the end of the program, I’d lost 5 kg (11 lbs), and considering the progress I’d already made beforehand, I’m very happy with that.

When you tell people you’re following a program like this, they usually expect to see only physical changes. That wasn’t my main priority, although I can certainly say I feel much lighter physically.

More importantly, accomplishing something I once thought was difficult has transformed me emotionally as well. I’ve started telling myself, “I can do this. I can take good care of myself.”

Now, when someone offers me food, I confidently say, “That doesn’t make me feel good.” Before, I would accept it just to be polite.

Today, I come first.

I decide what goes into my body, when I eat it, and how I eat it—not out of fear of disappointing someone else, but because it’s my choice.

And I’ve also realized something interesting: people pay far more attention to what you’re eating than you might expect.

G.Y.

What was your goal when you joined the program?

My goal was simply to eat healthier and get my eating habits— which had slipped over the past few months—back on track.

How did the program help you achieve your goals?

I honestly don’t think sustainable nutrition could be taught or implemented any better than this.

I truly believe I can eat this way comfortably and healthily for the rest of my life.

Without feeling deprived, bored, or hungry, I fell in love with vegetables again, experienced how good gluten-free eating can feel, and discovered how delicious sugar-free recipes can be.

I’ve always disliked being told exactly what time to eat and how many spoonfuls I should have. Instead, this program taught me to listen to my own body and trust its signals.

I never reintroduced sugar after the elimination phase. I’ve now been eating completely sugar-free for about a month and a half, and I’ve made it clear in social settings that this is simply how I choose to eat.

Realizing that there are so many other people living this way has made it much easier to maintain healthy boundaries.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

I continued the elimination phase for two additional weeks and ended up losing nearly 4 kg (9 lbs).

My stomach became completely flat, my energy increased, my thinking became much clearer, and my mood swings diminished.

For the past two months, I’ve barely experienced PMS symptoms before or after my period.

Previously, I would become extremely irritable and angry before my cycle, then fall into an overwhelming, depressive mood afterward. Honestly, I felt miserable every month.

For the last two months, those symptoms have almost completely disappeared.

I’d even tried medications and supplements before without seeing any improvement.

That alone has convinced me to keep my distance from sugar permanently.

Who would you recommend this program to?

I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to return to natural, wholesome eating, reduce PMS symptoms, or finally find answers to persistent issues like mood swings that they haven’t been able to solve.

Anything else you’d like to add?

My new life motto is:

“Sugar is the root of all evil.”

E.S.K.

What was your goal when you joined this program?

I was already familiar with gluten-free and refined sugar-free eating. In fact, I had been following this way of eating for about 5–6 months, and my mother has been eating this way for the past four years. Still, I wanted to join the program because I had lingering doubts: “Are we doing something wrong?” or “Could I be unintentionally depriving my body of essential nutrients?”

In short, my goal was to fully understand the reasoning behind this way of eating and to make sure I was nourishing my body properly.

How did the program help you achieve your goals?

I learned so much about healthy nutrition. One of the biggest eye-openers was realizing that even if you eliminate gluten, a diet centered around grains isn’t necessarily healthy. Since the program, I’ve shifted toward a diet focused on vegetables and protein. Learning about the Nutrition Pyramid was especially valuable—it has become a framework I keep in mind every day when planning my meals.

What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?

I genuinely don’t crave sweets anymore. I used to want chocolate, cookies, or other desserts every evening. Since adopting this way of eating, those cravings have disappeared. Even if I decide to indulge, I usually can’t eat more than a bite or two.

I also used to experience overwhelming afternoon fatigue or feel exhausted after work. That’s completely gone now. I feel much more energetic, happier, and mentally refreshed. My digestion has improved tremendously as well.

I never joined with the intention of losing weight—I wasn’t overweight to begin with. Yet my body became leaner, and even my face looks slimmer. More importantly, I feel lighter and more energetic, and I don’t think that’s about weight at all. It’s an incredible feeling.

Another meaningful change is that I now eat much more mindfully. I no longer check my emails while eating. Before this program, I had never heard the concept of simply being present. It has become something I think about often and a lesson I’ll carry with me for life.

Who would you recommend this program to?

Everyone.

I’ve shared everything I learned with my husband, and now our whole family eats this way. I’m also much more mindful of what my children (ages 2 and 9) eat. My mother had already been eating gluten-free for years, but what I learned through this program even helped correct some misconceptions she had.

Anything else you’d like to add?

Thank you so much for your wonderful energy, sincerity, and the personal attention you gave every participant.

Honestly, I expected a fairly standard educational program, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d been following you on Instagram for a long time, but now I realize that what we see there is only the tip of the iceberg. Wishing you continued success in your teaching career. I hope to join your future programs whenever I have the opportunity.

G.U.

During one of your live sessions, you said, “Think about how your precious cells work every day to keep you alive.” That felt like a true awakening for me.

Then you explained that sugar activates the same reward pathways in the brain as addictive drugs, and I was genuinely shocked. I remember thinking, “She’s absolutely right. My body works tirelessly for me every single day—and how have I been treating it in return?”

My body deserves so much better.

It feels like there are two different people inside me. One is the loving voice within that wants me to be healthy. The other keeps whispering, “Eat it. Look how delicious it is. Have more. Just one more.” For years, I listened to that second voice.

That’s when I finally understood what you meant when you said, “Hug yourself. Love yourself. Tell yourself you’re precious.”

Now I think of my cells like my own babies. I simply can’t bear the thought of feeding them things that harm them. During this process, I lost 4 kg (about 9 lbs).

More importantly, you taught me how to shift my perspective back toward caring for myself.

Your recipes showed me that healthy food can also be incredibly delicious and creative. Lentils are no longer just soup—they’ve become crackers. Your fluffy buckwheat bread is quick, easy, and genuinely tastes like bread. And eggplant? I hadn’t eaten it in years, but now I slice it thin, bake it exactly as you suggested, and enjoy it like potato chips. It’s unbelievably delicious.

Your mindful eating exercise made an enormous impact on me.

When you said, “Take one piece,” I had already popped it into my mouth. Then you said, “Take one bite,” and I realized I’d already swallowed it.

That’s when it hit me—I had been eating on autopilot all along.

Now I’m aware of it, although I haven’t completely changed the habit yet. I know changing habits takes time, but simply becoming aware is incredibly valuable. Those exercises create powerful awareness.

I know I’m still at the beginning of my journey.

But I no longer want to give up on myself.

I haven’t reintroduced any of the eliminated foods, and I want to continue living this way. You’ve truly changed both my perspective and my life.

Thank you so, so much. Sending you the biggest hug with all my love.

You’re doing something incredibly meaningful. You’re changing people’s lives.

Please keep doing what you do. I wish you endless happiness, success, and fulfillment.

D.K.

You told us, “Don’t weigh yourself. This isn’t a weight-loss diet.” But curiosity got the better of me, and I stepped on the scale anyway—I had lost 6 kg (about 13 lbs)!

I learned so much from your live sessions. I sincerely hope I’ll have the chance to join your future programs.

It was wonderful getting to know you. I especially loved your teaching style. Unlike many nutrition professionals who simply tell you what to eat and when, you explained why we should eat certain foods, why we should eat less of others, and how to build sustainable habits.

Thank you for everything.

I’m planning to continue the elimination phase a little longer because it’s become clear that the foods I eliminated weren’t serving me well. I simply feel different now. The bloating is gone, and for the first time, I truly recognize when I’m hungry and when I’m full.

Thank you again for everything.

E.P.

I’ve never followed a nutrition program that felt this easy to stick with.

When you think about it, I had eliminated so many foods—including cheese—so why did it feel effortless?

The answer is simple.

There was no stress.

No rigid meal plans.

No one telling me:

“Eat this for breakfast.”

“Eat that for lunch.”

“You must eat six meals a day.”

I choose my own meals from a wide variety of approved foods and simply listen to what my body needs.

I never leave the table feeling hungry, and I feel incredible.

As someone living with chronic fibromyalgia, my joints feel better, I’m sleeping better, my energy levels are remarkably high, I wake up early with ease, and I actually enjoy exercising.

I have absolutely no intention of giving up this way of eating.

When my husband and I started together, I honestly thought, “There’s no way he’ll stick with it for long.”

Just this morning, after breakfast, he thanked me for introducing him to this lifestyle.

We haven’t even started the food reintroduction phase yet—and honestly, we don’t plan to anytime soon.

I’m so grateful our paths crossed.

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for everything.
