Here’s a recipe for healthy, sugar-free biscuits, a perfect alternative to those processed biscuits sold in supermarkets!
– 3 tablespoons chestnut flour (I used this on hand, any flour you like will do.)
– 2 tablespoons mulberry flour, I pureed it with 4 tablespoons hot water. You can use 2 tablespoons dried mulberries or 4 dates soaked in hot water, mashed, and used as a puree.
– 1 teaspoon cocoa
– 1 egg
– 3 tablespoons water
– 2 tablespoons tahini or your preferred spread or oil
– 1 square of 90% dark chocolate

I kneaded everything together. I shaped them by wetting my hands and placed them on a baking sheet. Then I broke the one square of chocolate into small pieces and placed them on top. I pressed it down and embedded it a little. It baked at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. It was so delicious, I don’t even need to describe the smell.
I wish everyone a happy, sugar-free week.
With love,
Sema
