If anyone asks, you can say, “She’s gone crazy, she eats cauliflower every day!” 🙂 Cauliflower has become the favorite vegetable of this winter. Actually, I used to make cauliflower dumplings every winter, but with boiled cauliflower. I was watching Refika Birgül’s Cooking School YouTube channel recently, and I saw this recipe there. Refika’s version had a tomato paste sauce. I adapted it to this form.

We thinly slice the cauliflower florets as shown in the picture below. Don’t worry if the florets lose their shape; in fact, let them! Let them deviate from their rounded shape.
Then, add some olive oil to a pan and start sautéing the cauliflower. You’ll see it sauté in 2-3 minutes on the highest heat setting. Finally, add a clove of garlic and turn off the heat.
The flavor achieved by sautéing is incredible. Please try it. And it’s ready in 5 minutes. When I make it for my husband, I add a meat sauce on top. It’s just like ravioli!
The meat sauce consists of half a sautéed onion, 250g of ground beef, red pepper paste, and tomato paste. The spices and paste ratios are up to your preference 🙂
Enjoy!
