Çocuklar İçin Sağlıklı Doğumgünü Pastası

Hello everyone 🙂 My blog has been open for months, but yesterday so many new members joined! You made me so happy 🙂 So I wanted to prepare a welcome post for you 🙂 Here I have the opportunity to explain and write in more detail. On Instagram, I have to summarize the recipes and what I want to say. I hope you enjoy reading what I write…

As you know, my fight is always against refined sugar. In this age of awareness, I especially try to prevent children from eating sugar. My heart aches when I see the fruit juices, jellies, and wafers in their hands. You see, there are very conscious mothers around you now. One of my oldest followers, dear Çiğdem Hanım, made her son’s first birthday cake with my cake recipe and shared it with me. Believe me, tears welled up in my eyes when I first read it. What a great source of pride for me. A child’s first birthday cake being made with my healthy recipe. Of course, we shouldn’t forget the sweet mother’s cream recipe and decoration.

I wanted to share this wonderful photo and the cream recipe with you as well. Perhaps this will be an idea for your own child, your niece, or your friend’s child. People’s health foundations are laid in childhood and infancy. Isn’t it wonderful to make a birthday cake like this without compromising on either appearance or taste?

Because Baby Aydın loves lions so much, his mother made him a lion-shaped cake. The cake is my Almond Flour Cake recipe from here. She made this cake and then decorated it with creams. I’m sharing both cream recipes here exactly as Ms. Çiğdem described them. Later, another friend made the same cake for her daughter’s 2nd birthday. I will share her cream recipe and photo with you when it arrives.

Yellow Cream:

“I made the cream with coconut cream. I let the boxed coconut milk sit in the refrigerator for a day. I mixed the remaining cream with some date syrup and turmeric. I struggled a bit to get this color right 🙂 I had boiled the turmeric in water beforehand. Of course, pink or purple would be easier; adding fruit would be enough, I think.” “The turmeric didn’t spoil the cream at all.”

Details on the lion’s face:

“To make the lion’s face, I used raw cocoa, coconut oil, and date syrup. I drew it on parchment paper, froze it, and then added it to the top of the cake.”

Hair:

I made the hair using your cake recipe. The cream is banana, avocado, cocoa, and a little cream cheese.

I congratulate Ms. Çiğdem again. She really made something wonderful. With her permission, I shared it with you. Mothers are now creating wonders for their children. I think you can make amazing things too. I would be very happy if you shared them with me when you do. I wish sugar-free days to children and everyone.
