I hope you’ll enjoy my filling, gluten-free olive seed bread recipe. Those who tried it loved it and have already started making it again! 🙂
🌸 1 cup rolled oats
🌸 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
🌸 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
🌸 2 tablespoons chia seeds
🌸 4 tablespoons almond flour (you can obtain this by grinding almonds in a food processor, but it’s optional. Hazelnuts or walnuts also work.)
🌸 3 tablespoons olive oil
🌸 1/2 cup water
🌸 Salt, black olives, thyme
I ground the oats and sunflower seeds in a hand food processor. I didn’t grind them to the point of being like flour; they remain somewhat coarse. Then I kneaded everything together. You can find the consistency video at the link below. I spread it on a baking sheet to a thickness of 1 cm. I cut it. I baked it in a 150-degree convection oven. It took approximately 30-35 minutes.

If you spread this mixture very thinly, it will also become like a cracker. 🙂 Sun-dried tomatoes also go very well with olives, or in addition to them. The seeds and nuts can all be changed. I left the consistency and the idea as is. You can change it according to the ingredients you have at home 🙂
Enjoy!
