La la laaaa, bu yandığımız günlerin ilacı geldi. Tuzlu karamel sever misiniz? Bakın neredeyse onun gibi. Adı Buz Ezme Çikileta olsun 😍 Yapın ve yedikçe beni anın. Ba yııı laaa cak sıı nıııız.

I created this recipe to add some joy to my Holistic Detox program. When my program participants loved it so much, I honestly couldn’t rest easy. So I wanted to share it with you too. I’ve become addicted to it! 🙈

It’s very simple, no cooking required, and very delicious.

🌸 5 tablespoons hazelnut spread (peanut spread, almond spread, tahini, any will do. It must be 100%, of course, unsweetened. If you’re using tahini, you’ll need to add more flour because the consistency will be runny; you can adjust it according to the consistency shown in the picture.)
🌸 4 teaspoons carob flour
🌸 2 teaspoons melted coconut oil (it melts automatically in this heat 😀)
🌸 A pinch of salt – YOU MUST ADD THIS 🤩💃🏼

I mixed everything together. A soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
I washed and moistened my hands. I spread the dough thinly in a bag, cut it, and put it in the freezer. I also rolled some before putting them in the freezer, just for testing. Then I compared the two. The ones that came out of the freezer were beyond amazing. I froze the remaining rounds too 😀

We didn’t even realize how quickly they were gone. They were eaten cold and gone 🙈

Note : I tried it like this for the first time. I can’t suggest an alternative to carob flour and coconut oil. I fell in love with the taste with these 🙂 even though I don’t usually like carob flour 😀 The sweet taste comes from the carob flour, but it’s only slightly sweet. If you’re someone who likes it very sweet, you can add 2 tablespoons of molasses, for example 😉
