My mini-seminars are back! Following my previously popular series on mindful eating and sugar-free cooking, I’m adding a new one: gluten-free eating. Gluten-free eating has become a much-discussed topic, with many wondering where to start and how to implement it correctly. So I wanted to explain to you “what constitutes a true gluten-free diet, a gluten-free diet that leads to healing.”
Not a day goes by without hearing people around me, or at the next table in a restaurant, say, “I’m on a gluten-free diet, or I should be.” I hear it, I investigate, and sadly I see that many people aren’t practicing the right gluten-free diet that leads to healing. Even if we don’t have a diagnosed illness, there are some problems caused by excess gluten, and some symptoms become so normalized, so much a part of life, that we don’t even notice them.
Is bloating after meals a normal occurrence for you, something you think everyone experiences?
Have you accepted your chronic pain with the attitude of “that’s just how my body is”?
Do you constantly crave pastries?
Your doctor told you to go gluten-free, but you don’t know where to start? Have you started but seen no progress or change?
Does everyone have to go gluten-free?
We will discuss the topics I mentioned, what a gluten-free diet actually is, how you can transition to it, how you can implement it, and what constitutes a truly well-being-enhancing gluten-free diet. We will also find answers to the following questions:
Is gluten harmful and what does it do to our bodies?
What should we do to avoid it?
What steps should we take to begin a gluten-free life?
What are the right gluten alternatives?
What should I consider when choosing gluten-free products?
What needs to be done for a gluten-free kitchen?
How can I maintain consistency?
What is a well-being-enhancing diet?
How can I create menus?
I will try to explain it in the simplest way possible, without making it too complicated.
Participants will receive an information booklet at the end of the seminar. This booklet will contain key information, kitchen adaptations, recipes, and menu examples.
There will be a question-and-answer session at the end of the seminar.
