I’m becoming more flexible. As my body becomes more flexible, my behavior, my black-and-white lines, also become more flexible. Maybe it’s due to age, maybe to life experiences (the impact of what I’ve experienced in the last 6 months is certainly significant), maybe it’s due to yoga and meditation, but I’m now trying to live life with fewer difficulties.

Up until now, I’ve tried to explain to you the easiest way to apply healthy eating to life. I’ve written 2 books and hundreds of articles on this subject. They’re all open to you. Read them, do them, apply them. I’ve never been someone who hides information. I openly explain everything I know. Those who can’t do it themselves are welcome to attend my seminars. I’m the kind of person who can’t keep information to myself 😀

🌸 Eat plenty of vegetables. Don’t get hung up on peas and carrots. That’s information from 70 years ago, no longer accurate. Let this be the part where you feel full.

🌸 Eat your animal or plant proteins. (Meat, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, legumes)

🌸 Fruit is essential. Satisfy your sweet tooth with fruit. My Instagram account is full of hundreds of fruit-based recipes.

🌸 Make nuts your snack and use olive oil and clarified butter in your cooking.

🌸 Reduce dairy products as much as possible and use goat’s milk.

🌸 Even if it’s gluten-free, minimize your use of grains.

Create your own menus with this information. If you can’t, in my second book, “Happy Eating,” I’ve prepared daily menus with the logic behind them and explained how to prepare them.

You can also find many more options by browsing my account.

But please don’t stress yourself out with trivial matters like the juice or stem of this plant. Stress is the thing that damages our gut flora the most. I’ve been feeling unwell for three days, and yesterday I was in full training. We set off today. In the past, I would have made crackers at midnight. I would definitely have taken three different kinds with me, and prepared my salad, but I couldn’t do that with the fatigue. I thought I’d find an omelet at the airport in the morning, and I did. If I couldn’t find one, I’d get a sandwich, and I would have. What makes us sick can’t be the bread we eat once every three months. Impossible. Or the two glasses of wine you drink once every three months. What makes us sick is making these things a routine. Draw a routine as I described above and get rid of sharp lines. This will liberate us all in nutrition and everything else. Please don’t read accounts that constantly spread fear. I beg you. Functional Medicine doesn’t recommend dieting for more than a month for any illness. Maybe we can do a strict diet for a month to recover, but a sustainable healthy eating plan is always established on top of that. No one can or should diet for life. If a sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, legume-free, peanut-free, tomato-free, eggplant-free – basically anything-free – diet doesn’t reduce symptoms in two months, and you’re not on the path to recovery, then there are deeper issues than just diet. You might be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals. You might have high levels of toxins or heavy metals. You might be under a lot of stress. Your nervous system might be constantly on edge. You might not know how to relax, your sleep might be irregular, you might be having problems in your relationships…etc. etc. So please, don’t confine yourself to diet cells.

This summer, for the first time ever, I went on vacation without even a bag of almonds. I shared with you in my Instagram posts how you can find food everywhere if you want. You can do it too, I wanted to say. 😀

Sending you all hugs 🙂
