Our current approach is effortlessness… In fact, in the Mindfulness understanding, all attitudes are inseparable parts, siblings of each other. Effortlessness is not about giving up, let there be no misunderstanding.

For example; right now, there are some things in my life that I want to change, that I have planned to change. I have taken steps for these, and I am making the changes I can, but at some point, I have to enter a state of effortlessness for it to happen. I have strived up to a point, and the matter has reached a certain point. From now on, it is unnecessary for me to struggle to the point of exhaustion. Anything beyond that would become a stress burden. I have done what I needed to do. I believe water will find its own path.
Do flowers have to make more effort than normal to bloom, or leaves to fall? Can a flower that should bloom in April bloom in February, no matter how hard it tries? No. It needs the April air, the sunlight, the time to mature, and the leaves need autumn to dry out and fall. Every living thing in nature knows when it will change, when it will be born. It will be at the right time, in the right place, and under the right conditions. Preparing the right ground for this requires effort, but what follows is effortlessness, surrender. I send you all my love and wish you a wonderful day.

With love,

Sema
