Continuing with more wonderful success stories! ✨
A huge thank you to all of my participants for sharing their incredible transformations and experiences with us.

What was your goal when you joined this program?
When I joined the 3-Way Elimination program, I was curious about what you were going to teach. I had already been following you on Instagram, and every time I saw your work, your achievements, and your educational programs, I thought, “She clearly knows what she’s doing—I should join too.” My goal was to learn new things from you and finally get rid of my bloating.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I found myself in an amazing program. At a time when I was eager to learn and desperately wanted relief from my discomfort and complaints, this program felt like exactly the medicine I needed.
What physical or behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
By the end of the program, my bloating was completely gone. I feel so much lighter now. I also lost 2 kg (4.4 lbs), even though that wasn’t my goal at all!
I lost 2 cm around both my upper and lower abdomen and 1 cm around my hips. Our home scale also measures body composition, and before the program my body fat percentage was around 42%. Now it’s down to 39%.
I also started doing Pilates twice a week and walking for about 30 minutes twice a week. Along with healthy eating, physical activity has become part of my lifestyle. I feel much more energetic now.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend this program to absolutely everyone. Honestly, it should be a mandatory subject in schools! Everyone should learn this.
May your incredible energy and enthusiasm reach everyone. Like an electric current, may it inspire people to take action. I truly believe that if everyone adopted this sustainable way of eating and living, we’d all feel as light, energetic, and happy as birds—and we’d even be doing something good for the environment!
Anything else you’d like to add?
I came to know you as such a genuine, joyful, and positive person. You guided us beautifully.
Beyond nutrition, you taught us so much about understanding our emotions, incorporating movement into our lives, being present, enjoying the moment, caring for our mental well-being, planning ahead, listening to our bodies, practicing self-compassion, and finding balance through food.
Thank you so, so much for everything you’ve taught us.
You touched my life like a magic wand.
May your energy never fade, and may your enthusiasm continue to grow.
Y.K.
How did the program help you reach your goals?
Not only do you understand the science behind everything, but you’ve also shaped the program around real-life needs and experience.
By the end of the program, I had a much clearer vision of how to build a sustainable, lighter lifestyle for myself. Feeling lighter and more energetic was an added bonus.
How do you feel after completing the 3-Way Elimination Program?
I’ve previously completed elimination programs with two different practitioners, so I can honestly compare them.
What made this program different was that I never felt pressured. The attitude of “Every positive step counts” was incredibly refreshing.
I once joined another coach’s program for about one-quarter of the price. Believe it or not, all they did was tell us what we could and couldn’t eat, share a few recipes and pictures, and then leave us on our own for 21 days.
Your approach is completely different.
The gradual lessons, the weekly educational content, and the step-by-step structure made me feel like I was truly participating in an educational journey rather than simply following a diet.
Your knowledge, the way you teach, and the way you manage the entire process were exceptional.
Don’t be fooled by cheaper alternatives.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I’ve already started recommending it.
I hope everyone whose body is carrying stress gets to experience this program.
And the fact that losing 3 kg (6.6 lbs) makes you look like you’ve lost 6 kg (13 lbs) is an amazing bonus.

What was your goal when you joined this program?
I’ve admired your work for a long time. I trust your knowledge, your expertise, and the way you teach, so I bought this program as a gift to myself because I wanted to learn more about healthy nutrition.
How did the program help you reach your goals?
Consistency has always been nearly impossible for me.
For the first time in my life, I completed a program from beginning to end with genuine interest, and I gained incredibly valuable knowledge.
What physical or behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
Although I joined primarily to learn, I ended up losing 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) and several centimeters.
Even more surprisingly, despite having low vitamin D and B12 levels—and despite not taking supplements during the program—my energy came back, my hair stopped falling out, and I felt much more vibrant and stronger.
I also became calmer, probably because I finally started sleeping well.
My job involves frequent crises, and I noticed I was handling stressful situations much more calmly.
I had been taking medication for an irregular heartbeat. During the program, I intentionally stopped taking it, and I experienced almost no noticeable heart palpitations. I believe my reduced stress played a role.
The biggest changes, though, were my increased energy, vitality, weight loss, and body transformation.
Another unexpected benefit was that my kitchen no longer intimidates me. I now enjoy preparing simple, healthy meals.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to anyone who loves themselves and wants to create healthier routines.
They will never regret it.
You don’t just tell us what to do—you teach us the underlying principles and practical strategies.
We all deserve to give ourselves a gift like this.
Anything else you’d like to add?
As you explained the evolutionary roots of our eating habits, you also taught us an incredibly valuable philosophy for life.
It turns out this lifestyle really is possible—and it’s not difficult at all.
I don’t have any medical conditions, and yes, I’ll continue eating cheese. But now I’m fully aware of what I’m eating and whether it’s truly worth it.
Thank you for bringing joy back into my kitchen after so many years.
Your preparation materials were also amazing. You thought of every detail—even telling us exactly where to find ingredients and products. Everything was organized so thoughtfully that I could find everything without difficulty.
Working a demanding job, I needed a program that wouldn’t overwhelm me, and you made it so easy by thinking through every detail for us.
Thank you.
Every morning started with your motivational emails.
Even if I had considered giving up, I would have kept going because I didn’t want to miss your wonderful energy and all the valuable information you shared.
Thank you for everything.
I’m sure we’ll meet again.
Because I love learning, and you clearly love teaching.
H.İ.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
My goal was to change my lifestyle so I could live medication-free and achieve a fitter, healthier body.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
By the end of the program, I had lost 7 cm (2.8 inches). That was absolutely incredible for me!
I’ve also noticed improvements in my health issues, which has been extremely motivating.
What physical or behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
Physically, I’ve become noticeably slimmer.
Behaviorally, I no longer buy products without reading the ingredient labels.
Before going to work, I prepare and plan my meals.
When I eat out, I always ask about the ingredients.
If I’m going to have dessert or another treat, I now eat it mindfully and only if it’s truly worth it.
In a very short time, I’ve experienced remarkable physical and behavioral changes.
I know I’m only at the beginning of my journey, and I’m excited to keep training my body.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their health.
Anything else you’d like to add?
Thanks to you, I’ve learned how to manage my desire to eat instead of letting it control me.
Thank you so much, Sema.
E.Y.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
When I joined the program, my goal was to change my eating habits and break free from my food addictions. I also wanted to lose the weight I had gained after pregnancy, slim down, reverse my insulin resistance, and lower my fasting blood sugar levels. Since I also struggled with emotional eating, I hoped the program would help me with that as well.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
During the program, I naturally lost weight, became slimmer, experienced no bloating whatsoever, and my skin became noticeably clearer. The biggest surprise for me, however, was that I became much more patient and emotionally resilient.
Just as you said in one of your emails, “This isn’t a goodbye—it’s a new beginning.” I know I still have a long journey ahead of me, but the greatest gift this program gave me was showing me the right path forward.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
Physically, everyone around me noticed that I had become slimmer. My skin also calmed down and looked healthier.
Behaviorally, I no longer reach for sugary or highly processed foods that I used to eat without thinking. Whether I’m cooking or ordering food, I pay much closer attention to what’s actually in my meals.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend it to everyone.
As a family physician, I especially plan to recommend it to my patients with autoimmune diseases.
My mother completed the program with me as well. She has hypothyroidism, and we’re planning to continue for another three months before repeating her blood tests.
Anything else you’d like to add?
One of my biggest sources of motivation throughout the program was knowing that you had personally overcome Type 2 diabetes. Having your own real-life experience woven into the program made it even more meaningful for me.
Thank you so much for everything.

What was your goal when you joined this program?
I joined because I had been struggling with chronic fatigue, a weakened immune system, and getting sick far too often. Medications and supplements weren’t making much difference, so I decided it was time to make real lifestyle changes—and I wanted to start with something that plays a major role in my life: the way I eat.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
Within a very short time after changing my eating habits, my constant fatigue began to disappear. I started feeling lighter and much more energetic.
I used to feel sleepy all the time, and even after sleeping, I often woke up feeling like I hadn’t rested at all. That feeling has completely disappeared.
Even though I had already been careful about my diet, my bloating vanished as well.
I also realized that many of the foods I regularly ate weren’t because my body needed them—they were simply habits or the result of emotional eating.
Now I have a much more sustainable and healthy relationship with food.
Unlike traditional diets, I never found myself thinking, “I can’t wait for this to be over so I can eat that again.” The way your body feels during this process is so rewarding that you simply don’t want to go back to your old habits.
And even if you do slip, you’ll know exactly how to get yourself back on track.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend it to anyone who genuinely wants to learn what healthy eating really means—or, more importantly, wants to build sustainable habits for life.
D.B.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
I joined the program to reduce inflammation in my body.
In particular, the pain in my knees had become so severe that it was disrupting my sleep. Since my medication options are limited because of allergies, I wanted to see if this program could help.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
It made an enormous difference.
Within the first few weeks, my knee pain began to decrease and eventually became very rare. Going from pain so intense that I couldn’t sleep to where I am now is truly priceless.
Although I had already stopped eating refined sugar and was minimizing gluten as much as possible, I realized I was still consuming sugar from many other foods. I also discovered that even foods I thought were harmless were affecting my body.
Weight loss wasn’t one of my goals, but I initially lost more weight than was appropriate for my body. After discussing it with Sema, we adjusted my nutrition plan and solved the issue very quickly. Even while regaining the weight, I continued eating according to the elimination guidelines.
One of my biggest surprises was cheese. I truly believed I could never give it up, but although I missed it, I discovered satisfying alternatives. That realization felt incredibly liberating.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I realized there isn’t a single food or drink that I absolutely have to have.
It turns out I can give up any food group, and still feel completely nourished—both physically and emotionally—with the alternatives.
That realization gave me tremendous confidence.
I became much more intentional with grocery shopping and meal planning, making sure my body received a variety of nutrients every day.
I also became more open-minded about trying foods I’d never eaten before. That led me to discover many new favorites, and when I didn’t enjoy something, I simply got creative and figured out how to adapt it into something I could happily sustain.
Ending the year by treating myself kindly and taking proper care of my body has been deeply satisfying.
Chronic pain has an obvious impact on quality of life. As my pain became less frequent and less intense, I found myself becoming much more physically active. I can now walk distances that were previously impossible for me.
My bloating and digestive issues have completely resolved.
Overall, I feel lighter, healthier, and much more aligned in body, mind, and spirit.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend it to:
- Anyone living with chronic pain (while recognizing that this program is not a substitute for medical treatment).
- Anyone who constantly wonders, “Why am I always bloated?”
- Anyone who wants to be sure they’re truly nourishing their body.
- Anyone hoping to lose weight, even though that wasn’t my personal goal.
- Anyone who wants to overcome unhealthy food dependencies through healthy nutrition.
- And many, many others.

Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend it to anyone who truly wants to learn how to eat well—or rather, anyone who wants to build healthy habits that actually last.

What was your goal when you joined this program?
I joined to reduce the inflammation in my body. The pain in my knees had become so severe that it was disrupting my sleep, and because my allergies limit the medications I can take, I wanted to give this approach a try.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The difference was remarkable.
Within the first few weeks, my knee pain started decreasing, and it became something I experienced only occasionally. Going from pain severe enough to keep me awake at night to where I am now is simply priceless.
Even though I had already eliminated refined sugar and was eating very little gluten, I realized that I was still consuming sugar from many other sources, and even foods I thought were harmless weren’t actually serving my body well.
Weight loss wasn’t my goal, but I initially lost more weight than was ideal for my body size. After speaking with Sema, we made a few adjustments, and the issue was quickly resolved. I even regained the lost weight while continuing to eat within the elimination framework.
One of the biggest surprises was discovering that although I thought I could never give up cheese, I actually could. I still miss it sometimes, but I found satisfying alternatives, and that was incredibly freeing.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
It turns out there wasn’t a single food I truly couldn’t live without.
I discovered that I could give up any food group if needed—and still feel both physically and emotionally satisfied with what I was eating.
Behaviorally, the experience gave me tremendous confidence. I became much more intentional with grocery shopping, planning my meals so my body could benefit from a variety of nutrients every day.
I also became more open-minded about trying foods I’d never eaten before. I found many new favorites, and if I didn’t enjoy something, I simply looked for ways to adapt it so it worked for me.
Taking good care of myself and treating my body with more kindness has been one of the most rewarding ways to end the year.
Physically, reducing the pain dramatically improved my quality of life. As the pain became less frequent and less intense, I was able to be much more active. I can now walk distances that used to feel impossible.
My bloating and digestive issues disappeared, and I feel lighter than I have in a long time—not only physically, but in terms of the harmony between my body, mind, and emotions.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I would recommend it to anyone with chronic pain (while recognizing that it is not a replacement for medical treatment), anyone who constantly wonders, “Why am I so bloated?”, anyone who wants to make sure they’re giving their body the right fuel, anyone looking to lose weight, anyone hoping to break free from unhealthy food dependencies, and many more.
Anything else you’d like to share?
Sema’s holistic approach to health and well-being is incredibly valuable. As you gradually incorporate each piece she teaches into your life, you don’t just improve your nutrition—you improve many different aspects of your life.
Once you experience that transformation, you simply don’t want to go back.
Because of that, I skipped most of the food reintroduction phase and only reintroduced cheese several weeks later. Following the recommendations, I had no issues at all.
I’ll continue getting my sweetness from fruit for quite a while, and I’m genuinely happy that I have absolutely no desire—or need—to reintroduce gluten.
B.S.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
To learn how to eat in a truly healthy way.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I had always resisted changing my eating habits. I kept wondering where to start, what to eat, and what path to follow, but I could never take the first step.
After joining your program, I realized my resistance came from a lack of knowledge. Once I understood the fundamentals, everything fell into place.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I became calmer.
My mind used to be constantly racing. Before finishing one task, I’d already be planning the next, leaving myself mentally exhausted.
Experiencing how much this could improve simply through nutrition was incredible.
Who would you recommend this program to?
Everyone should learn this. I taught my husband, and now I’m trying to teach my children.
Anything else you’d like to share?
First of all, thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously and with such endless energy.
You’re an exceptional teacher. I rarely even needed to ask questions because everything you shared enabled me to fully understand and apply the entire program.
A.P.
This is my second time joining your Elimination Program. The first was in January 2023.
We’re in the final week now, and I feel fantastic.
I still had all the materials from the previous program, but I chose to join again anyway. I realized that I had stopped eating salads as regularly as I should. I also no longer crave sugary foods.
I’m savoring what I eat much more and becoming increasingly mindful.
I already knew quite a bit about nutrition, but I realized I’d been eating on autopilot. Now I’m much more informed.
I love your nutrition pyramid.
I also realized I wasn’t chewing my food enough. Sometimes I overate foods I loved simply because I wasn’t paying attention.
I used to eat quickly and never really considered balancing protein, fiber, carbohydrates, and healthy fats in my meals.
Now I’ve become much more aware.
When someone offers me food, I naturally pause and ask myself, “Am I actually hungry? Do I really want this?”
I’ve always appreciated subtle flavors in food, but now I truly savor every bite.
I don’t diet often and generally eat well, but there were times I’d get so hungry I’d eat almost anything in sight. That simply doesn’t happen with this way of eating.
I’ve realized that the real key is preventing yourself from getting overly hungry in the first place. When I’m satisfied, tempting foods no longer have power over me.
Because of my work, my meal times vary, and if there was ice cream or cookies at home, I often couldn’t resist. I now believe I can enjoy those foods mindfully when I choose to.
Thank you so much for everything.
E.G.M.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
I wanted to overcome my addiction to sugar, margarine, processed foods, and white flour.
Before the program, I could finish an entire jar of Nutella by myself in just two days. At breakfast alone, I would eat an entire loaf of bread with plenty of margarine.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
First and foremost, it helped me understand the logic behind healthy eating.
The sample meal plans and recipes showed me exactly how to put those principles into practice.
Every diet I’d tried before left me feeling like a failure and disappointed in myself. This time was different.
With Sema’s guidance and the knowledge she shared, I finally feel proud of myself for taking good care of my body.
Most importantly, she taught us how to make this lifestyle sustainable—and how to recover if we choose to eat foods we’ve eliminated.
With that knowledge, “Well, I’ve already blown it anyway” is no longer part of my mindset.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I didn’t weigh myself beforehand, but my waist became 3–4 cm smaller.
My bloating disappeared—even my wedding ring spins around my finger now!
I’m not sure how much it’s related to nutrition, but since cutting out sugar, my anxiety attacks have become less frequent, and my sleep has improved dramatically.
Thanks to Sema’s practical tips and recipes, meal prep has become enjoyable. Being in the kitchen no longer feels like a chore.
I always have healthy ingredients on hand that I can quickly turn into a nourishing meal.
Whenever I eat, I now think about how that food will benefit my body, and I no longer crave processed foods that offer nothing in return.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I’d recommend it to everyone, but especially to people like me—those who’ve tried countless programs and are beginning to lose hope.
Anything else you’d like to share?
Sema, thank you so much for creating this program.
You freed me from my addiction to sugar.
I’ve experienced so much disappointment with myself over the years, but I no longer feel alone.
Now I know I have a guide beside me who genuinely wants what’s best for me and generously shares everything she knows. 🫂
Ö.B.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
I was already trying to eat well, but I wanted to approach it in a more structured and systematic way.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I’m sleeping better, my postnasal drip has improved, and I have much more energy.
I used to think I couldn’t live without bread and cheese, but even though the program is over, I’m still not eating either of them—simply because I don’t crave them anymore.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To anyone who wants to improve their eating habits and treat themselves with greater care.
Anything else you’d like to share?
Without exaggeration, this was probably the best investment I’ve ever made in myself.
Thank you.
G.E.Ç.
What was your goal when you joined this program?
I have Hashimoto’s disease, along with hormonal imbalances, irregular menstrual cycles, and fertility issues.
I wanted to see whether these conditions could improve—or at least stop progressing.
For a long time, I had already been choosing healthier versions of the foods I ate, but I never had the courage to completely eliminate gluten, dairy, and sugar. I wanted to finally give it a try.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I don’t yet know how it will be reflected in my lab results, but I definitely feel much lighter.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
By the end of the very first week, I noticed my abdomen becoming noticeably smaller.
I don’t know the exact centimeters or weight, but every pair of pants I owned had become so tight that I had to wear them with the top button undone. I no longer need to do that.
Apparently, I had been carrying far more bloating than I realized.
Whenever more than four hours passed between meals, I used to become extremely hungry—so hungry that I’d become irritable, impatient, and too drained to even hold a conversation.
Looking back, I realized I never reached that level of hunger throughout the program. I simply didn’t experience it anymore.
My cells were finally being nourished.
My husband followed the program with me at home—not perfectly, but since we stopped keeping gluten and sugar in the house, he naturally ate much healthier too. His bloating also improved.
We used to rely on quick meals like pasta or sandwiches whenever we didn’t feel like cooking. Now we’ve started planning ahead and preparing meals in advance, which has helped us break that habit.
When healthy food is already prepared, you simply don’t reach for the easy options.
I’ve also really enjoyed experimenting with new recipes.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I’d recommend it to anyone who struggles with bloating, anyone curious about healthy eating but hesitant to start, anyone who’s too lazy to cook (like I used to be!), anyone wanting to reduce the chemicals they expose their body and skin to, and anyone who loves themselves enough to look for a healthier alternative.
Additional Comments
I couldn’t attend two of the live sessions, but I watched the replays, so I didn’t actually miss any of the lessons.
I followed the food additions and eliminations exactly as instructed, although I wasn’t always able to stick to the recommended meal timing. Other than that, the program turned out to be much easier than I had expected. Giving up these three foods wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. Maybe it was easier because I’ve never really had a sweet tooth—I don’t know. In fact, there were several healthy alternatives that I ended up liking even more than the original versions. 🙂
By the end of the program, I noticed a significant improvement in bloating and gas. During the reintroduction phase, gluten didn’t seem to bother me at first, but when I increased the portion simply because I thought I tolerated it well, it definitely did. I’ve decided to avoid it for a while longer. I haven’t reintroduced sugar, and I’ll continue replacing dairy with the healthier alternatives you recommended.
Going forward, I’ll keep swapping the foods in my home for healthier versions.
Thank you so much for all your care, support, and the incredible knowledge you shared throughout the program. I’m so happy I got to know you. And thank you for all the wonderful recipes as well. 🙂
Like you always say, one slip doesn’t ruin the journey—we can always get back on track.
B.Ü.
What was your goal when you started the program?
I’d been wanting to do an elimination protocol for a long time to help my body feel better. What I really needed was motivation and someone to walk alongside me. I also thought, “If I happen to lose a little weight along the way, that’ll just be a bonus.” You turned out to be an amazing companion on this journey. 🙂
How did the program help you reach your goals?
Your daily morning emails supported me so much throughout the process. I actually miss them now—I wish surprise emails would still pop into my inbox from time to time. 🙂
Your warm live sessions and your social media posts also kept me motivated and inspired.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I lost a total of 4 kg (8.8 lbs), although it looks like I lost even more. I feel incredibly relieved.
I’d done a very strict elimination program before. It was difficult and impossible to sustain. This program, on the other hand, fit easily into both my home life and social life, so I never felt the urge to cheat.
I realized this is a way of eating that satisfies both my body and my soul and can naturally become a lifestyle. I’ll do my best to continue eating this way.
Thanks to your final live session, I’ve completely changed my mindset of, “Well, I’ve already messed up, so I might as well keep eating.”
Who would you recommend this program to?
I especially recommend it to anyone living with MS, like me.
I also recommend it to anyone who wants to age well, values themselves, and wants to truly enjoy life.
Anything else you’d like to add?
I’ve been living with Multiple Sclerosis for 17 years. Thankfully, I’m doing very well. I have no permanent disability and no symptoms that limit my daily life.
About seven years ago, I discovered functional medicine and spent nearly two years trying to understand everything, feeling pulled in different directions. Eventually, I realized just how important the relationship between MS and nutrition really is.
After a strict elimination protocol, I discovered that both gluten and lactose affected me negatively. I’d already removed most lactose from my life, but gluten remained my weak spot.
This program taught me how to replace those foods with healthy alternatives, exactly as you suggested, and that has made a huge difference.
Thank you for touching my life, for everything you’ve taught me, and for all the practical tips that have made healthy living so much easier.
See you again in another program. 🙂
Y.G.
What was your goal when you started the program?
A few years ago, I had realized the importance of eating clean and healthy, and for a while I was doing really well.
But over the past year, work stress completely took over. I started coping by eating—especially unhealthy foods—and I couldn’t seem to break the cycle.
I’d already been following you for years. (It all started when I came across your cauliflower tabbouleh recipe while scrolling Instagram during a very boring meeting.)
My goal was to stop these unnecessary emotional eating episodes and get back to healthy eating.
How did the program help you reach your goals?
If I had to describe it with a metaphor:
I was already standing on the right road and generally knew which direction to walk.
But somehow I’d fallen into a muddy ditch right beside it.
I needed someone to reach out, pull me back up, dust me off, and simply say,
“Come on, now keep walking your path.”
That’s exactly what this program did.
And even better, it taught me what to do if I ever encounter similar obstacles again.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice?
Physically, I lost 3 kg (6.6 lbs).
I also noticed that while everyone else would leave social gatherings saying, “I’m so stuffed!” I could leave feeling pleasantly satisfied instead.
My premenstrual phase was noticeably calmer and easier.
I still struggle with sleep, but that’s mostly due to work-related stress. Hopefully I’ll solve that too.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I don’t have an autoimmune condition or food intolerance, yet I still found tremendous value in it.
I honestly think everyone should experience it.
It’s one of the best gifts you can give yourself.
Anything else you’d like to add?
You’ve already been generously sharing this knowledge and your recipes for years through Instagram and your website.
Technically, anyone could start applying your advice without joining the program.
But for me, having everything organized in one place—and especially going through the journey together as a group—made all the difference.
D.F.
What was your goal when you started the program?
I wanted to learn healthy nutrition from someone I truly trusted and restore my body to its natural balance.
Since I have Hashimoto’s disease, I also wanted to make a gluten-free lifestyle sustainable.
How did the program help you reach your goals?
The program showed me that many things I thought were healthy were actually misconceptions.
I had already started eating gluten-free before joining, but I had no idea how dairy products and sugar were affecting the body.
I also learned that simply buying products labeled “gluten-free” isn’t enough, and I finally understood the importance of reading ingredient labels.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice?
After the program ended, I visited my internal medicine doctor and had my thyroid and insulin levels checked again.
The results were AMAZING.
I’m sleeping much better, my body feels lighter, and the bloating that had become part of my identity is completely gone.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To anyone living with a chronic illness who wants to enjoy life while nourishing their body properly.
Anything else you’d like to add?
Thank you so much for all your support and care.
Wishing you continued health and happiness.
Ö.D.
What was your goal when you started the program?
I had already begun my elimination journey, but honestly, I was losing motivation and needed someone to walk beside me.
You appeared at exactly the right time.
How did the program help you reach your goals?
The daily educational emails kept me moving forward.
Your energy during the live sessions inspired me.
The delicious recipes shifted my focus away from unhealthy foods and toward nourishing ones.
Over time, I realized that preparing meals—even when it takes planning—is actually an act of self-care.
I discovered that making time to prepare healthy food is one of the purest expressions of self-love.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice?
I never, ever believed I could live without bread.
Years ago, when a friend first suggested this way of eating, I told her,
“I could never do that.”
Never say never. 🙂
On the first day you told us,
“Throw away your scale and take your body measurements instead.”
So I promised myself I wouldn’t weigh in.
I took my measurements on February 15 and checked them again after our final live session on March 15.
I COULDN’T BELIEVE THE RESULTS.
Although this program wasn’t specifically designed around body measurements like your 6 cm Program, I still lost between 3 and 6 cm (1.2–2.4 inches).
I knew I’d become slimmer, but I’m so glad you insisted that we measure ourselves.
If someone had told me I’d shrink this much in just one month, I never would have believed them.
After seeing how the eliminated foods affected my body during the reintroduction phase, I decided to make this style of eating a permanent part of my life.
As you always say, there will always be holidays, vacations, celebrations, and special occasions—but for the vast majority of my life, I want to continue eating this way.
Before the program, I used to wake up with swollen hands and feet.
Sometimes my ankles hurt so much in the morning that I could barely stand on them.
I often experienced burning sensations and warmth in my hands and feet.
My stomach was always bloated, and getting dressed would frustrate me.
Some mornings I had what people call “brain fog” and couldn’t function without coffee or tea.
I thought these were just minor inconveniences. It never even occurred to me to ask anyone about them, and I certainly never imagined they were connected to my diet.
That changed the day we reintroduced dairy.
One tiny piece of goat cheese left me miserable.
I spent the entire day sleepy, unable to focus, with swollen hands and feet.
Just imagine what my body must have been going through when I was eating dairy at every single meal.
Who would you recommend this program to?
Everyone.
And in fact, I already do.
Additional Comments
One more thing I’d like to add is that I believe one of the biggest reasons this program had such a powerful impact on us is that you’ve genuinely integrated everything you teach into your own life.
There’s a saying: “People don’t learn best from what you say—they learn from what you do.” I truly believe that’s the case here.
The fact that you wholeheartedly live this lifestyle, constantly continue learning, stay open to new ideas, remain flexible, and have such a remarkable ability to simplify even the most complex concepts made all the difference for me—and I’m sure for many other participants as well.
Thank you again.
F.K.
What was your goal when you started the program?
My goal was to get my autoimmune disease under control and live in a healthier body with a greater sense of well-being.
I’ve been living with psoriasis for the past 10 years. Last year, on my birthday, I made the decision to stop taking all of my medications because I felt they were only suppressing my symptoms. I reached a point where I thought, “How long can I keep doing this?” and started looking for a different path.
My sister had been recommending you to me for years, but honestly, I was too intimidated to try this way of eating. It seemed overwhelming.
A month ago, my husband and my sister finally convinced me, saying, “You don’t really have another option anymore.” That’s when I decided to join your program.
How did the program help you reach your goals?
I’m a nurse, so both because of my profession and my search for answers to my illness, I’ve read countless research papers and scientific articles.
But this field is so vast that trying to organize all the information and figure out the right path felt overwhelming and intimidating.
The sentence that motivated me most at the very beginning of the program was:
“Let’s focus on what we’re eating, not on what we’re giving up.”
That completely changed my perspective.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I can’t honestly say I followed the program 100%, but I can confidently say I followed it about 90%.
Even so, after just 25 days, my results have been incredible.
I’m sharing my before-and-after photos with you because I wanted you to know how excited I am and to thank you once again.
You truly touched my life.
Additional comments…
I couldn’t attend two of the live sessions, but I watched the replays, so I didn’t miss any of the lessons. I followed the food additions and eliminations exactly as instructed, although I couldn’t always stick to the recommended meal timing. Other than that, the process was much easier than I had expected. Eliminating these three food groups wasn’t nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. Maybe it was easier because I’m not particularly fond of sweets—I’m not sure. In fact, I ended up liking some of the healthier alternatives even more than the originals. 🙂
By the end of the program, I experienced a significant reduction in bloating and gas. During the reintroduction phase, gluten didn’t seem to bother me at first, but when I increased the portion size because I thought I tolerated it well, I realized it actually did. So I’ve decided to avoid it for a while longer. I haven’t reintroduced sugar, and I’ll continue replacing dairy with the healthier alternatives you recommended whenever possible.
Going forward, I’ll keep replacing the foods in my home with healthier versions. Thank you so much for your support, guidance, and all the valuable information you shared throughout this journey. I’m so glad I got to know you. And thank you for all the recipes as well! 🙂
As you say, “It’s never too late to get back on track.”

What was your goal when you started this program?
I had wanted to do an elimination protocol for a long time to help my body feel better, but what I really needed was motivation and someone to walk the journey with me. I also thought, “If I happen to lose a little weight along the way, that would be a nice bonus.” You turned out to be an amazing companion on this journey. 🙂
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
The daily emails every morning kept me motivated throughout the process. I actually miss them now—I wish surprise emails would still pop up from time to time! 🙂 Your warm live sessions and social media posts also gave me continuous encouragement.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I lost 4 kg (about 9 lbs), although it looks like I lost even more. I feel so much lighter.
I had previously completed a very strict elimination diet that was difficult and impossible to sustain. This program was completely different. It fit naturally into both my home life and social life, so I never felt the urge to “cheat.”
Because I realized that this way of eating satisfies both my body and my soul, and that it can truly become a lifestyle, I’m determined to continue. One of the biggest lessons I learned from the final session was letting go of the mindset of, “I’ve already slipped, so I might as well keep eating badly.”
Who would you recommend this program to?
Especially to people living with MS, like me. I’d also recommend it to anyone who wants to age well, values themselves, and wants to enjoy life to the fullest.
Additional comments…
I’ve been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for 17 years. Thankfully, my disease is well-managed, and I have no permanent disability or symptoms that limit my life.
About seven years ago, I discovered functional medicine. I spent nearly two years trying to make sense of all the information, and eventually realized how important nutrition is for managing MS. Through a strict elimination diet, I discovered that gluten and lactose were major triggers for me. I had already eliminated most lactose from my life, but gluten remained my biggest weakness.
This program taught me how to satisfy those cravings with healthier alternatives, just as you suggested. 🙂
Thank you for touching my life, for everything you’ve taught me, and for making healthy living so much simpler with your practical tips. I hope to see you again in another program!

What was your goal when you started this program?
A few years ago, I had truly understood the importance of healthy, clean eating and was doing very well for a while. But for more than a year, work stress completely took over, and I found myself coping by eating—especially unhealthy foods. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t break the cycle.
I had already been following you for years (it all started with your cauliflower tabbouleh recipe that I came across while scrolling Instagram during a boring meeting!).
My goal was to stop these unnecessary eating episodes and return to healthy eating.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
If I had to describe it with an analogy: I already knew the road I wanted to walk and generally knew how to get there. But I had fallen into a muddy ditch beside the road. I needed someone to reach out, help me up, dust me off, and say, “Now keep walking.” That’s exactly what this program did. It also taught me how to deal with obstacles if I encounter them again.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I lost 3 kg (about 6.5 lbs), which was great, but even better was being able to leave social gatherings feeling comfortably satisfied while everyone else was saying, “Ugh, I’m so bloated!”
The days before my period also became much calmer and easier.
My sleep issues are still there, but I know they’re related to work stress. Hopefully I’ll solve that too.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I joined even though I don’t have an autoimmune disease or food intolerances. I truly believe everyone should experience it. It’s one of the best gifts you can give yourself.
Additional comments…
The truth is, you’ve already been generously sharing this knowledge and these recipes on Instagram and your website for years, so it’s entirely possible to learn from you without joining the program.
However, having everything organized in one place—and going through the experience together as part of a group—made an enormous difference for me.

I had already started an elimination diet on my own, but honestly, my motivation was fading. I was looking for someone to guide and support me, and you appeared at exactly the right time.

Over time, I realized that the meal planning and preparation I used to avoid wasn’t a burden—it was actually an act of self-care. I learned that making time to prepare healthy food is one of the greatest ways to show love to myself.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I never thought I’d be able to live without bread.
Years ago, when a friend first suggested this way of eating, I told her, “I could never do that.” Well… never say never. 🙂
On the first day, you told us, “Put away your scale and take your measurements instead.” I promised myself I wouldn’t weigh in, and I took some rough body measurements on February 15. On March 15, after the final live session, I measured again—and I COULDN’T BELIEVE THE RESULTS.
Although this wasn’t meant to be a body transformation program, I had lost between 3 and 6 cm (1.2–2.4 inches) from different areas of my body. I knew I looked slimmer, but if you had told me I’d lose that many centimeters in just one month, I never would have believed you.

Until dairy reintroduction day.
A tiny piece of goat cheese completely knocked me out. I spent the whole day sleepy, unable to focus, with swollen hands and feet. And then I thought… imagine how I used to feel when I ate dairy at every single meal.
Who would you recommend this program to?
I recommend it to everyone—and I already do!
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I’m so glad I joined. Being part of a structured program made it much easier to do the things I had always struggled to do on my own.
Sema’s daily emails taught me so much. Her recipes made it incredibly easy to follow the program, and I never felt deprived—I genuinely enjoyed eating healthy.
As a result, my binge-eating episodes completely disappeared. I now go much longer between meals without getting hungry, and my late-night cravings have decreased dramatically. Some nights I don’t even feel like snacking anymore. On the nights I do, I no longer need to eat an entire chocolate bar to satisfy the craving. Sometimes a cucumber or a couple of almonds is enough.
I haven’t eaten chocolate in a month, and I don’t even miss it. It turns out the more you eat it, the more you crave it. Now, even a few cherries feel completely satisfying.
When I’m at the beach with friends, I can genuinely turn down chips, chocolate, or cookies—not because I’m forcing myself, but because I simply don’t want them anymore. I learned one simple trick: don’t go to the beach hungry. 🙂 And even if I do choose to indulge one day, I now know exactly how to rebalance my body the next day.
I also feel much more energetic and alive.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I’ve already mentioned the behavioral changes above.
Physically, I lost all the weight I had gained over the winter. I’m starting this summer at the same weight I was last year. That wasn’t even my goal, but it’s been an amazing bonus.
The fatigue and constant tiredness are gone as well.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To anyone who wants to become healthier.
Especially to anyone who struggles to establish healthy eating habits on their own.
O.T.
What was your goal when you started this program?
Honestly, my main goal was to lose weight.
Four months earlier, I had been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and my doctor advised me to eliminate sugar, gluten, and dairy. I’d tried cutting them out before because I also have IBS. I used to gain weight every winter and lose it again before summer—but that all changed after my Hashimoto’s diagnosis.
I started an elimination diet on my own in February, but I wasn’t consistent. I’d avoid these foods for two weeks, then eat them again the following week, and nothing really changed. I was also exhausted from years of dieting, which only added more stress.
That’s when I decided to continue with your program—and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I lost weight, felt so much better, and I’m truly glad I gave it a chance.
How did the program help you achieve your goals?
I thought I already knew a little about many of these topics, but I realized there was still so much I didn’t know.
The knowledge you shared was incredibly valuable, and that motivation played a huge role in helping me reach my goals.
What physical and behavioral changes did you notice by the end of the program?
I no longer eat unless I’m actually hungry.
I’ve started taking care of myself with genuine kindness while still losing weight.
Thanks to you, I also discovered Seda Hanım. After seeing your recommendation, I thought, “Why am I waiting? Exercise is one of the best things for Hashimoto’s patients.” So I started working out with her, and I’m so happy I did.
The last time I exercised regularly was before the pandemic. Eventually I got bored and quit, thinking, “I’ve had enough.” Now I’m exercising again, and I’m genuinely happy about it.
So thank you for that as well.
Who would you recommend this program to?
To everyone—and I already do!
Especially to my friends living with autoimmune conditions.
S.K.
At the end of the 21-day program, I had lost nearly 3 kg (about 6.5 lbs), my digestion became regular, and my skin looked as if I had just had a facial peel. The elimination process also helped me discover that I’m sensitive to dairy products.
Two years later, I’m still eating mostly gluten-free—not as strictly as someone with celiac disease, I admit. (I have to confess that I occasionally indulge in simit or Turkish pide because I love them.)
I used to think I could never eat breakfast without white cheese, but now I happily start my mornings with a breakfast salad, eggs, and plenty of green olives instead.
I don’t eat desserts anymore, although I occasionally enjoy a little dark chocolate.
My blood sugar, which used to be near the upper end of the normal range, has returned to healthy levels.
I went from 89 kg (196 lbs) down to 79 kg (174 lbs), and I now maintain around 81 kg (179 lbs).
I feel so much better, and the compliments I receive from people around me keep me motivated. Three of my friends joined your program after seeing my results.
But the most important part of my story is this:
I have Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (Waldenström Macroglobulinemia, WM). This condition causes my IgM antibody levels to rise excessively, making my blood thicker and disrupting my blood values. At the same time, my IgA and IgG levels—which are essential for immunity—drop, and anemia develops.
Unfortunately, there is no medication that cures the disease. When my IgM level rises above 5,000, it becomes dangerous, and treatment is needed to bring it back down.
After treatment in 2019, my IgM dropped into the 2,000s. Following a prolonged COVID infection in 2022 and a course of corticosteroids, it decreased a little further.
Here’s the amazing news:
With my new way of eating, my IgM level is now in the 300s, and my erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), which had been close to 80 for years, has dropped to around 30.
At my routine follow-up appointment, my doctor was thrilled with my results and told me:
“You’ve taken excellent care of yourself. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it.”
You’ve changed my life.
Not just mine—my husband now eats healthy alongside me as well.
Thank you so, so much.
You are such a sincere and genuine person, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done.
