Hormon Bozan Xenoöstrojenler

Xenoestrogens, which mimic estrogen, may be the cause of many problems in the body. These chemicals are also one of the biggest causes of estrogen dominance.

Do you have thick layers of fat on your calves, hips, arms, and abdomen?

Do you sleep soundly at night?

Do you experience severe premenstrual symptoms? Perhaps you have severe pain, are very irritable, or have a very increased appetite.

Do you have cysts in your breasts or uterus?

Do you experience anxiety, depression, or frequent mood swings?

Is your menstrual bleeding much heavier than normal?

Do you experience low libido, painful intercourse, or large blood clots during your period?

The biggest cause of all these problems is the makeup you use: lipsticks, eyeshadows, pencils, mascaras, foundations, blushes… Then, the cleansing products you use to remove all this makeup, chemical-containing soaps, cleansing waters… And then the moisturizers you apply on top of them. The cooking utensils you use to prepare your food. Then, the storage containers you use to store that food. These are called xenoestrogens, chemicals that mimic estrogen in your body. If consumed in excess, they enter cells by mimicking estrogen through receptors. In this case, our body cannot take in the estrogen it produces because the mimic is already inside. This leads to excess estrogen in the body.

There are two drawbacks to this. While excess estrogen is problematic, it also fails to reach the correct receptors and perform its function. This creates a layered problem. Xenoestrogens even play a role in bone thinning. They are most commonly found in makeup, chemical cleaning products, chemical cosmetics (don’t be fooled by brand and price), all types of plastic storage containers containing BPA, PET bottles, canned foods, nail polish, disposable cups (which look like paper but are lined with plastic), classic laundry and dish detergents, classic brand fabric softeners – all contain these toxic substances and have this effect.

So what should we do?

*We will not use the makeup products the system offers us every day. We will demand good, clean cosmetics. This will develop over time.

*We will turn to natural ingredients for cleansing and moisturizing. Luckily, there are many now.

*We will use and carry stainless steel or glass thermoses.

*We will use stainless steel or cast iron cookware.

*Our storage containers will be glass or ceramic. If it’s plastic, it should be BPA-free. Let’s stop using storage bags and things like that.

*As for cleaning products, I’ve been using clean ingredients for many years, ever since I had allergic asthma. They’re readily available.

With love,
