Sesame Cabbage

Elimination-Friendly Recipes

I highly recommend making this before the season ends. It's very simple, and unlike the cabbage we're used to, it's a very different, slightly mischievous version that everyone will love 😀

I wash the cabbage and cut it into large pieces. I add olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. It cooks in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) in about 20-25 minutes, and it even starts to caramelize.

I put it on a plate and added reduced-salt soy sauce. I've had that soy sauce in the fridge for maybe 3 years and it's still not finished. It's something I love but use very, very rarely. I add it once every 40 years, when I feel like it, when I want a Far Eastern vibe. Finally, I added the green parts of fresh spring onions and sesame seeds. It was very, very delicious

You can also use any sauce you like instead of soy sauce. Regular vinegar, balsamic vinegar, I think they all go very well.

Please try it before the cabbage is gone 🥰
