I made a very delicious bread that you can also use as a pizza base.
2 cups sprouted green lentils. You can also use lentils that have been soaked in water overnight without sprouting.
I blended them with 1/2 cup of water.
I put sun-dried tomatoes in hot water. When they swelled, I chopped them into tiny pieces and added them.
I used salt and mixed spices. Red chili powder and thyme would be very nice.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds. For a moment I doubted it would work. I think it would have been fine without it. Another type of flour would also work.
I added 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds. Walnuts or hazelnuts would work. It’s optional.
I spread it thinly on the baking sheet. I sprinkled sesame seeds on top. It baked in a 170-degree turbo oven for exactly 30 minutes. I spread some parts too thinly. Those parts became crispy.
