Hello everyone! Now that things are starting to get less busy, I thought, why not tell you about this amazing Garlic Bread?
I'm a huge fan of the garlic bread you get from pizzerias. If we don't eat that version, here's a healthier version. It's kind of like a savory cake. Back when I had the time and could do workshops, we always made this in those workshops, and everyone who tried it loved it. Come on, try it yourselves, enjoy it! :)
Everyone who tries it once is amazed. It lasts for days. The inside is incredibly soft.
- A little more than 1.5 cups of buckwheat flour (any flour works except chickpea flour, carob flour, and coconut flour)
- 1 cup grated white cheese or any other cheese you prefer (aged cheddar is best)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- Parsley for garnish
Grate the cheese. Then mix all the ingredients together and pour into paper muffin cups or a cake pan using a spoon. The consistency should be thicker than cake batter, not too runny. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (turbo) for about 30 minutes, monitoring occasionally :)
Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and sugar-free week.
With love,
Sema
